背景技术
雪纺产品可分为真丝雪纺和仿真丝雪纺,真丝雪纺采用天然桑蚕丝纤维织成,有光泽柔和、质地柔软、手感滑爽、穿戴恬静、有弹性、凉爽、透气、悬垂性好等特点,但牢固性不好,仿真丝雪纺则一般采用涤纶、粘胶丝等化学纤维长丝织成,采用粘胶人造丝织成的雪纺织品,质地轻薄、平滑柔软、光彩鲜艳,但因为粘胶丝湿强力低下,弹性较差,故易起皱,穿戴时衣服底边易变形,现需要一种高强度防折皱新型雪纺纱面料解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度防折皱新型雪纺纱面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的真丝雪纺牢固性不好,人造丝织成的雪纺织品弹性较差,故易起皱的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高强度防折皱新型雪纺纱面料,包括雪纺层和抗菌层,
所述雪纺层外侧设置有加强层,且上方的加强层上端设置有防折皱层,同时防折皱层上端设置有弹性层;
所述抗菌层设置在下方的加强层下端,且抗菌层下端设置有吸湿层。
优选的,所述雪纺层包括有冰丝纤维和真丝纤维,且雪纺层由冰丝纤维和真丝纤维相互交错编制而成。
优选的,所述加强层包括有第一抗静电纤维、第二抗静电纤维、金属纤维和聚乙烯纤维,且第一抗静电纤维和第二抗静电纤维相互交错编制,所述第一抗静电纤维和第二抗静电纤维之间设置有金属纤维,且金属纤维外侧与聚乙烯纤维相连接,同时聚乙烯纤维远离金属纤维的一端分别和第一抗静电纤维与第二抗静电纤维相连接。
优选的,所述金属纤维均匀分布在第一抗静电纤维与第二抗静电纤维之间,且每个金属纤维上呈现环形分布着聚乙烯纤维。

(2)加强层由第一抗静电纤维和第二抗静电纤维相互交错编制而成,在第一抗静电纤维和第二抗静电纤维作用下使得面料不易积聚静电荷,且在第一抗静电纤维和第二抗静电纤维之间通过聚乙烯纤维和金属纤维连接,增强其抗拉强度,另外在弹性层作用下进一步增强雪纺层的弹性效果;
(3)在设置的防折皱层作用下增强雪纺层的耐折皱性,防折皱层主要由涤纶纤维和导电纤维加捻在金属丝外侧制成的经纤维和纬纤维相互交错编制而成,金属丝和涤纶纤维增强经纤维和纬纤维的韧性,由于涤纶纤维容易产生静电,可通过导电纤维加快涤纶纤维产生静电的释放,减少静电存留;
(4)通过竹纤维和外侧设有银离子层的植物纤维相互交错编制成抗菌层,使得面料具有良好的抗菌性,减少在夏天时由于出汗产生的细菌以及细菌传播,另外尼龙吸湿纤维和珍珠纤维相互交错编制而成的吸湿层,可更好的对汗水进行吸湿,以及珍珠纤维可更好的和人体皮肤接触,具有一定的护肤功效。

Claims (9)

1.一种高强度防折皱新型雪纺纱面料,包括雪纺层(1)和抗菌层(5),其特征在于:
所述雪纺层(1)外侧设置有加强层(2),且上方的加强层(2)上端设置有防折皱层(3),同时防折皱层(3)上端设置有弹性层(4);
所述抗菌层(5)设置在下方的加强层(2)下端,且抗菌层(5)下端设置有吸湿层(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度防折皱新型雪纺纱面料,其特征在于:所述雪纺层(1)包括有冰丝纤维(101)和真丝纤维(102),且雪纺层(1)由冰丝纤维(101)和真丝纤维(102)相互交错编制而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度防折皱新型雪纺纱面料,其特征在于:所述加强层(2)包括有第一抗静电纤维(201)、第二抗静电纤维(202)、金属纤维(203)和聚乙烯纤维(204),且第一抗静电纤维(201)和第二抗静电纤维(202)相互交错编制,所述第一抗静电纤维(201)和第二抗静电纤维(202)之间设置有金属纤维(203),且金属纤维(203)外侧与聚乙烯纤维(204)相连接,同时聚乙烯纤维(204)远离金属纤维(203)的一端分别和第一抗静电纤维(201)与第二抗静电纤维(202)相连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高强度防折皱新型雪纺纱面料,其特征在于:所述金属纤维(203)均匀分布在第一抗静电纤维(201)与第二抗静电纤维(202)之间,且每个金属纤维(203)上呈现环形分布着聚乙烯纤维(204)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度防折皱新型雪纺纱面料,其特征在于:所述防折皱层(3)包括有经纤维(301)、纬纤维(302)、涤纶纤维(303)、导电纤维(304)和金属丝(305),且防折皱层(3)由经纤维(301)和纬纤维(302)相互交错编制而成,同时经纤维(301)和纬纤维(302)均由涤纶纤维(303)和导电纤维(304)加捻在金属丝(305)外侧而成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高强度防折皱新型雪纺纱面料,其特征在于:所述涤纶纤维(303)、导电纤维(304)和金属丝(305)均设置有两组,且每组的涤纶纤维(303)、导电纤维(304)和金属丝(305)分别与一组经纤维(301)和一组纬纤维(302)相对应。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度防折皱新型雪纺纱面料,其特征在于:所述弹性层(4)包括有聚氨酯纤维(401)和氨纶纤维(402),且弹性层(4)由聚氨酯纤维(401)和氨纶纤维(402)相互交错编制而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度防折皱新型雪纺纱面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(5)包括有竹纤维(501)、植物纤维(502)和银离子层(503),且抗菌层(5)由竹纤维(501)和植物纤维(502)相互交错编制而成,同时植物纤维(502)外侧表面设置有银离子层(503)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度防折皱新型雪纺纱面料,其特征在于:所述吸湿层(6)包括有尼龙吸湿纤维(601)和珍珠纤维(602),且吸湿层(6)由尼龙吸湿纤维(601)和珍珠纤维(602)相互交错编制而成。
