Abstract
The forming tool and the forming method for the honeycomb sandwich wall plate with the foam structure at the tail edge comprise a main body die, foam supporting bars, a foam area uniform pressure cover plate and a laminate area uniform pressure cover plate, wherein the main body die comprises a die panel; the honeycomb sandwich wall plate comprises an outer skin, an inner skin of the honeycomb sandwich structure wall plate, a honeycomb core and a foam core; a foam limiting boss is arranged on the main body mould, and a foam supporting bar positioning block is further arranged on the main body mould. By laying an outer skin over a mould face plate of a main body mould; laying the honeycomb core on the outer skin, and then laying the inner skin; positioning the foam support bars on the inner skin, turning over the inner skin and paving the inner skin on the foam support bars; positioning the foam core on the outer skin, turning over the outer skin and paving the outer skin on the foam core and the foam support bars to form a tail edge foam structure; and respectively placing the foam area uniform pressure cover plate and the laminate area uniform pressure cover plate on a foam area and a laminate area of the tail edge foam structure, and packaging and then entering an autoclave for thermoforming.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of composite material manufacturing, in particular to a forming tool and a forming method for a honeycomb sandwich wall plate with a foam structure at the tail edge.
Background
The composite material has become one of the most important aviation structural materials in the present day due to the characteristics of high specific strength, high specific hardness, strong designability, good fatigue fracture resistance, corrosion resistance, good dimensional stability and convenience for large-area integral molding. The sandwich structure composite material is a structural material which saves materials and has a very large strength-weight ratio, and is widely applied to structures such as rudders, flaperons, wingtip winglets and the like of airplanes. Compared with solid materials, the effective material used by the sandwich structure composite material is only 1% -10% of the replaced material, and the sandwich structure composite material is obviously a light material with great potential, less material consumption and less energy consumption. The honeycomb sandwich structure wallboard is a sandwich structure consisting of an outer skin, a thin honeycomb and an inner skin, and sometimes in the design process, in order to improve the rigidity of the honeycomb sandwich structure wallboard, a foam sandwich structure is often added at the tail edge of the honeycomb wallboard. and respectively placing the foam area uniform pressure cover plate and the laminate area uniform pressure cover plate on a foam area and a laminate area of the tail edge foam structure, and packaging and then entering an autoclave for thermoforming.

The honeycomb sandwich wall plate forming tool is simple to operate, the problem of forming of the honeycomb sandwich wall plate with the foam structure at the tail edge is solved, and the forming internal quality and the profile precision of the honeycomb sandwich wall plate are guaranteed.

The embodiment of the invention provides a honeycomb sandwich wall plate forming tool for a foam structure at the tail edge, which comprises a main body mould 1, foam supporting bars 2, a foam area pressure equalizing cover plate 3 and a laminate area pressure equalizing cover plate 4, wherein the main body mould 1 comprises a mould panel 9; the upper profile of the main body mould 1 is consistent with the lower profile of the honeycomb sandwich wall plate with the foam structure at the tail edge; the honeycomb sandwich wall plate comprises an outer skin 6, an inner skin 7 of the honeycomb sandwich structure wall plate, a honeycomb core 8 and a foam core 5; the main body mould 1 is used for placing the honeycomb sandwich wallboard with a foam structure at the tail edge; a foam limiting boss 10 is arranged on the main body die 1, and the main body die 1 further comprises a foam support strip positioning block 11 which is positioned at the end head of the foam core 5 in the length direction and used for positioning the foam support strip 2.
The side surface of the foam limiting boss 10 is consistent with the outer side molded surface of the foam structure carried by the honeycomb sandwich wall plate, and the positioning surface of the foam support bar positioning block 11 is consistent with the end surface of the foam core 5; the outer molded surfaces of the foam support bars 2 are consistent with the inner molded surfaces of the foam structures carried by the honeycomb wall plates, and the lower molded surfaces of the foam area pressure equalizing cover plates 3 are consistent with the upper molded surfaces of the foam structures; the lower molded surface of the laminate area uniform pressure cover plate 4 is consistent with the upper molded surface of the laminate area of the honeycomb sandwich wall plate above the foam support bars 2.
The length of the foam support bars 2 is larger than or equal to the length of the foam structure, the length of the foam area pressure equalizing cover plate 3 is consistent with that of the foam structure, and the length of the laminate area pressure equalizing cover plate 4 is consistent with that of the foam area pressure equalizing cover plate.
Preferably, the main body die 1 of the invention is manufactured by numerical control machining of Q235 steel, and a solid die or a large-opening frame die can be adopted.
The foam support bar 11 is made of Q235 steel through numerical control machining, can be made in sections if the length of the foam support bar is larger than 1 m, and is provided with a threaded hole in the end face of one side of the non-working molded surface for the demolding process of the foam support bar.
The foam area pressure equalizing cover plate 3 and the laminate area pressure equalizing cover plate 4 are made of composite material laminates or aluminum plates with the thickness of 2 mm.

The method comprises the steps of (1) paving a honeycomb sandwich structure wall plate outer skin 6 on a mould panel 9 of a main body mould 1; laying the honeycomb core 8 on the outer skin 6, and then laying the inner skin 7 of the honeycomb sandwich structure; positioning the foam support bars 2 on the inner skin 7 through foam support bar positioning blocks 11, and turning over the inner skin 7 and paving the inner skin on the foam support bars 2; positioning a tail edge foam core 5 on an outer skin 6 of the honeycomb sandwich structure wall plate through a foam limiting boss 10 and a foam supporting bar 2, and turning over the outer skin 6 and paving the outer skin on the tail edge foam core 5 and the foam supporting bar 2 to form a tail edge foam structure; and respectively placing the foam area pressure equalizing cover plate 3 and the laminate area pressure equalizing cover plate 4 on a foam area and a laminate area of the tail edge foam structure, and packaging and then entering an autoclave for thermoforming. The honeycomb sandwich wall plate forming tool is simple to operate, the problem of forming of the honeycomb sandwich wall plate with the foam structure at the tail edge is solved, and the forming internal quality and the profile precision of the honeycomb sandwich wall plate are guaranteed.

and respectively placing the foam area pressure equalizing cover plate 3 and the laminate area pressure equalizing cover plate 4 on a foam area and a laminate area of the tail edge foam structure, and packaging and then entering an autoclave for thermoforming.

Claims (7)
1. A honeycomb sandwich wallboard forming tool for a foam structure at the tail edge is characterized by comprising a main body mold (1), foam supporting bars (2), a foam area uniform pressure cover plate (3) and a laminate area uniform pressure cover plate (4), wherein the main body mold (1) comprises a mold panel (9); the upper molded surface of the main body mold (1) is consistent with the lower molded surface of the honeycomb sandwich wall plate with the foam structure at the tail edge; the honeycomb sandwich wall plate comprises an outer skin (6), an inner skin (7) of the honeycomb sandwich structure wall plate, a honeycomb core (8) and a foam core (5); the main body mould (1) is used for placing the honeycomb sandwich wallboard with a foam structure at the tail edge; the foam limiting boss (10) is arranged on the main body die, and the main body die (1) further comprises a foam support strip positioning block (11) which is positioned at the end of the foam core (5) in the length direction and used for positioning the foam support strip (2).

and respectively placing a foam area uniform pressure cover plate (3) and a laminate area uniform pressure cover plate (4) on a foam area and a laminate area of the tail edge foam structure, and packaging and then entering an autoclave for thermoforming.
