The invention aims to provide a flat pressing waste cleaning die cutting machine, when in use, by arranging a material ejecting clamping strip 19 and a movable push plate 22, when a user performs die cutting processing operation on a paperboard by using the flat pressing waste cleaning die cutting machine, the user can loosen the space between the movable push plate 22 and an upper waste cleaning template 16 by rotating a first positioning bolt 4 according to the die cutting specification of the paperboard, push the movable push plate 22 by using a limit sliding chute 23, make the movable push plate 22 move at the bottom of the upper waste cleaning template 16, adjust the punching positions of a plurality of groups of material ejecting clamping strips 19 by adjusting the position of the movable push plate 22, make the material ejecting clamping strip 19 perform waste punching operation on the paperboard at different positions, simultaneously rotate a fixing bolt 26 to loosen the space between the material ejecting clamping strip 19 and a fixed top plate 27, push the material ejecting clamping strip 19 by using a movable sliding chute 31 of the movable push plate 22, adjust the position of the material ejecting clamping strip 19 on the movable push plate 22, by adjusting the position between the ejection card strip 19 and the movable push plate 22, the distance between a plurality of groups of ejection card strips 19 can be adjusted according to the die cutting structure, so that the adjusted ejection card strip 19 can be suitable for different types of die cutting structures, meanwhile, the fixing bolt 26 can separate the ejection clamping strip 19 from the fixed top plate 27, thereby adjusting the using number of the ejection clamping strips 19, enabling a user to install the ejection clamping strips 19 with corresponding number according to the die cutting structure, moving the paper board to the lower part of the first hydraulic press 7, starting the first hydraulic press 7, so that the first hydraulic press 7 drives the ejecting clamping strip 19 to move downwards to eject the waste materials after the paperboard is subjected to die cutting, and by utilizing the arrangement of the ejecting clamping strip 19 and the movable push plate 22, the flat pressing flat waste cleaning die-cutting machine is provided with a waste cleaning adjusting structure, so that the flat pressing flat waste cleaning die-cutting machine can perform corresponding waste cleaning adjusting operation according to the paperboard die-cutting structure, and the flexibility of the flat pressing flat waste cleaning die-cutting machine in use is improved;
by arranging the limiting clamping block 12 and the push-pull clamping plate 10, when a user performs die cutting operation on the paperboard by using the flat pressing flat waste cleaning die cutting machine, the user can stack the paperboard on the upper part of the material receiving bottom plate 11, rotate two groups of locking bolts 9 between the push-pull clamping plate 10 and the material receiving bottom plate 11, loosen the push-pull clamping plate 10 and the material receiving bottom plate 11, push the push-pull clamping plate 10 according to the width of the paperboard, so that the push-pull clamping plate 10 moves on the material receiving bottom plate 11, so that the push-pull clamping plate 10 is tightly attached to the side edge of the paperboard, simultaneously loosen the limiting clamping block 12 and the telescopic block 13 by rotating the second positioning bolt 20 according to the length of the paperboard, pull the limiting clamping block 12, draw the telescopic block 13 out of the inner side of the limiting clamping block 12, thereby adjust the using length of the telescopic block 13, simultaneously rotate the second positioning bolt 20, and perform locking and fixing operation on the telescopic block 13 and the limiting clamping block 12, the push-pull handle 3 is pushed to drive the limiting clamping block 12 to move, the limiting clamping block 12 is used for clamping and fixing two ends of the paper board, the material receiving bottom plate 11 and the limiting clamping block 12 are used for fixing the side edge of the paper board, the limiting clamping block 12 and the push-pull clamping plate 10 are adjusted in position, so that auxiliary fixing operation on paper boards with different sizes can be completed, and the application range of the flat-pressing flat-die waste removing die-cutting machine is widened;
