The vertical casing 12 is provided with a second air inlet 12a facing the support mechanism 2. When the operator uses the apparatus 100 of the embodiment of the present invention to disassemble the display module, the face of the operator faces the second air inlet 12 a. Therefore, the gas carrying the mercury vapor can enter the hollow shell through the first air inlet 11b or the second air inlet 12a under the driving of the exhaust fan, and then pass through the accommodating part 5 in the hollow shell and carry the mercury vapor in the accommodating part 5 to enter the mercury removing mechanism through the air outlet, thereby further reducing the risk that the mercury vapor generated by the collision of the backlight module is sucked by an operator. Among them, the first inlet port 11b is preferably a through hole of a perforated plate formed on the top surface 11 a. The second air inlet 12a is preferably a through hole in a perforated plate formed on the surface of the vertical casing 12 opposite to the support mechanism 2. The size of the area of the orifice plate may be selected according to actual requirements, but in the present embodiment, the area ratio of the orifice plate provided on the top surface 11a to the top surface 11a is any value of 40-80%. The area ratio of the orifice plate provided on the vertical casing 12 to the surface of the vertical casing opposed to the support mechanism 2 is any value of 20 to 70%. The wind speed of the suction fan is preferably any value of 0.4 to 3 m/s. This embodiment can ensure that the fan will disassemble the mercury vapour that the display module in-process produced and take out to avoid too big waste or the operation of disassembling to the operator of the energy that causes of wind-force to cause the interference.
In summary, the device 100 for assisting in disassembling the display module according to the embodiment of the invention can allow an operator to rotate the display module to heat a proper position, and simultaneously solve the problem that the liquid crystal panel assembly and the backlight assembly are easily broken in the disassembling process, thereby reducing the risk of damage to the health of the operator due to mercury vapor leakage.
