5. A positioning clamp rotatable adjustment device according to claim 1, wherein: the installation fixing ring (10) is fixedly connected with the fixing ring (6) through a fixing connecting rod (8), and the electric hydraulic push rod (22) is located inside the first limiting frame (14).

A positioning clamp rotatable adjustment device according to claim 1, wherein: the two ends of the tubular workpiece (3) are clamped and fixed in the extrusion limiting wheel (24), and the diameter of a triangular gap formed by the driving belt (23) is larger than that of an insertion groove formed in the middle of the mounting and fixing ring (10).
