The box cover 13 is further provided with a limiting hole 133, and a limiting pin 134 penetrates through the limiting hole 133. The limiting hole 133 penetrates through the box cover 13 along a direction perpendicular to the axis of the thimble 3 and is communicated with the through groove 132. Meanwhile, when the box cover 13 is inserted into the main body 11, the inner circumference of the main body 11 covers the opening of the limiting hole 133 departing from the through groove 132 to block the limiting pin 134 from escaping from the limiting hole 133.
The abutting rod 31 is provided with a limiting groove 311, and the limiting groove 311 penetrates through the abutting rod 31 along the radial direction of the abutting rod 31 and extends along the axial direction of the abutting rod 31. The limiting groove 311 is slidably sleeved on the periphery of the limiting pin 134, so that the axis of the limiting pin 134 intersects with the axis of the spread lever, and limits the stroke and the limit position of the abutting lever 31. In this embodiment, the limit pin 134 is a round rod.
The implementation principle of the embodiment 1 is as follows: the clamp can be used in a matched mode, a workpiece is located between the two clamps, and the abutting rod 31 in any clamp faces to the other clamp. When the work piece is clamped, the outlet 22 of the capsule body 2 is closed to be communicated with the electromagnetic valve, fluid with certain pressure is injected into the capsule body 2 through the inlet 21 of the capsule body 2, the capsule body 2 expands and pushes the thimble 3 to axially extend out of the box body 1 along the guide hole 121 until the ball head is abutted to the surface of the work piece to be extruded, extrusion forces in opposite directions are applied to the work piece by the two fixtures on two sides of the work piece, and then the two fixtures complete clamping of the work piece.
Alternatively, the clamp can be used with a base plate, with the abutment rod 31 facing the base plate and the workpiece between the base plate and the clamp. When a workpiece is clamped, fluid with certain pressure is injected into the capsule body 2 through the inlet 21 of the capsule body 2, the capsule body 2 expands and pushes the thimble 3 to extend out of the box body 1, and the thimble 3 abuts against the workpiece and pushes the workpiece to abut against the bottom plate; the clamp cooperates with the bottom plate to complete clamping of the workpiece.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the case body 1 includes a body 11 and a case cover 13.

The implementation principle of the embodiment 3 is as follows: when the clamp is in operation, the displacement of each thimble 3 may be different, and at this time, the displacement of each thimble 3 is compensated by the deformation of the air column 24. In the process, the periphery of the capsule body 2 and the end face of the thimble 3 do not move relatively, so that the abrasion of the capsule body 2 is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
