Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the base 100 is fixedly provided with a rack 101, and the outer ring of the fixed cylinder 400 is provided with a gear 405 engaged with the rack 101, so that when the bending assembly moves, that is, the bending head 300 moves, the fixed cylinder 400 can be driven to move, and since the rack 101 is fixed on the base 100, the fixed cylinder 400 can be rotated under the action of the rack 101 and the gear 405 engaged with each other, and the orientation of the inclined surface of the push-pull block 401 can be adjusted.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the fixing assembly provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the fixing assembly includes:
the fixing block 600 is fixedly arranged in the fixing groove 103, and the fixing groove 103 is opened on the base 100;
a rotating post 601 rotatably provided on the fixed block 600;

the clamping block 603 is rotatably mounted at the bottom end of the screw 605, and an operating handle 606 is fixedly arranged at the top end of the screw 605.
When the fixing assembly provided by the embodiment of the invention is used specifically, the steel bar 500 to be processed respectively passes through the fixing brackets 602 of the two fixing assemblies, then the screw 605 is rotated by using the operating handle 606, and the clamping block 603 is moved downwards to clamp and fix the steel bar 500 placed on the fixing brackets 602 according to the rotation direction of the screw 605, otherwise, the screw 605 is rotated reversely to move the clamping block 603 upwards, so that the steel bar 500 can be taken out.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, a positioning plate 106 is fixedly disposed at one side of the base 100 to position an end of the reinforcing bar 500 placed on the fixing assembly.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the base 100 is provided with a guide rail groove 104 and a shear groove 105; the elastic support member includes:
one end of the first connection spring 704 is connected to one side of the moving block 701, and the other end of the first connection spring 704 is connected to an inner wall of one side of the guide rail groove 104;
one end of the second connecting spring 705 is connected to the other side of the moving block 701, and the other end of the second connecting spring 705 is connected to the inner wall of the other side of the guide rail groove 104;
further, in an embodiment of the present invention, the cutting assembly includes:
a cutting motor 702 fixedly mounted on the moving block 701;
a cutting knife 703 fixedly installed on the output shaft of the cutting motor 702, wherein the cutting knife 703 is positioned in the shearing groove 105.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, a collecting box 800 is installed on the side wall of the base 100 on the same side as the cutting assembly, the collecting box 800 communicates with the shearing groove 105, and the scraps are collected in the collecting box 800 when the cutting assembly is used to cut the reinforcing bars 500.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, a slag discharge port 801 is formed at one side of the bottom of the collection box 800, and after a valve on the slag discharge port 801 is opened, the scraps collected in the collection box 800 are conveniently discharged; and the collecting box 800 is further provided with a support bracket 802 for supporting the reinforcing steel bar 500.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in a specific use process of the bending reinforcement shearing apparatus for building construction according to an embodiment of the present invention:
firstly, the reinforcing steel bar 500 is installed on a fixing component;
in the extending process of the hydraulic telescopic cylinder 200, as shown in fig. 1, the inclined surface of the push-pull block 401 faces away from the stop block 700, at this time, when the bending component is pushed to move by using the telescopic function of the hydraulic telescopic cylinder 200, under the left and right of the meshed fit of the rack 101 and the gear 405, the push-pull block 401 can rotate a certain angle, at the same time, the moving push-pull block 401 can push the stop block 700 to move, and push the cutting component to move to the left and right of cutting the steel bar 500, after the cutting is completed, when the rotating push-pull block 401 rotates to the inclined surface thereof faces the stop block 700, the bending component which continues to move can move because the edge of the stop block 700 is abutted against the inclined surface of the push-pull block 401, so that the push-pull block 401 is abutted against the lower surface of the stop block 700, no matter the inclined surface of the push-pull block 401 is abutted against the lower surface of the stop block 700, the left movement of the stop block 700 under the resetting action of the elastic support member can not be affected, that is, as the bending assembly continues to advance, the cutting assembly resets, and the bending assembly continues to perform bending processing on the steel bar 500, as shown in fig. 5;
in the retraction process of the hydraulic telescopic cylinder 200, the return bending component can also enable the push-pull block 401 to rotate, when the inclined surface of the push-pull block 401 faces the stop block 700, the edge of the stop block 700 abuts against the inclined surface of the push-pull block 401, the push-pull block 401 moving continuously can realize the downward movement process, and after the push-pull block 401 crosses the stop block 700, the push-pull block 401 can be reset to the position on the left side of the stop block 700, as shown in fig. 1.

the fixed cylinder is rotatably arranged on the support;
the rectangular sliding block is radially supported and slidably arranged in the fixed cylinder through a supporting spring;
the push-pull block is provided with an inclined surface on one side, the push-pull block is fixedly installed at the top end of a fixed column, and the bottom of the fixed column extends into the fixed cylinder and is fixedly connected with the rectangular sliding block; the push-pull block abuts against the stop block; when the bending component moves, the fixed cylinder rotates.
5. A bent steel bar shearing device for building construction as claimed in claim 4, wherein a rack is fixedly provided on said base, and a gear engaged with said rack is provided on an outer ring of said fixed cylinder.

the rotating column is rotatably arranged on the fixed block;
the fixing support is fixedly arranged at the top end of the rotating column, a top block is fixedly arranged at the top end of the fixing support, and a screw rod arranged on the top block penetrates through the fixing support in a threaded connection mode;
