The interference size range with better interference magnitude is 0.1-2mm, the further better size range is 0.1-1mm, the sealing of paint in the bottle can be realized, the friction force between the sponge wheel 6 and the paint outlet boss 22 can be reduced, and the better using effect can be realized.
Further, as shown in fig. 13, a quick-release groove 40 extending upward is formed at the connecting shaft hole of the rolling wheel.
Further, as shown in fig. 14 to 16, the pair of roller supporting pieces 16 on the painting head 2 is replaced with a quick-release supporting piece, and the quick-release supporting piece is provided with a quick-release shaft hole having an opening.
Other parts of this embodiment are the same as any of embodiments 1 to 3, and thus are not described again.

Claims (10)

1. A rivet head painting device is characterized by comprising a painting bottle (1), a painting head (2) and a painting head cover (3); the top of the paint bottle (1) is provided with a spot paint head (2), and a spot paint head cover (3) is hermetically clamped on the spot paint head (2); point lacquer head (2) including mount pad (15), one side and lacquer bottle (1) sealing connection of mount pad (15), and the opposite side is provided with the installation cavity, the inside of installation cavity is provided with the play lacquer hole (23) that communicate with lacquer bottle (1), the installation cavity is inside to be close to a lacquer hole (23) and to rotate and be provided with sponge wheel (6).

A rivet head spot-painting device according to claim 1, characterized in that a sealing ring (8) is arranged between the spot-painting head (2) and the spot-painting head cover (3); one end of the mounting seat (15) close to the spot paint head cover (3) is provided with a sealing ring mounting groove (20) for mounting a sealing ring (8).
3. A rivet head spot-painting device according to claim 2, characterized in that air pressure balance grooves (18) are respectively provided on the outer opposite side surfaces of said mounting seat (15), said air pressure balance grooves (18) extending to seal ring mounting grooves (20).

A rivet head spot painting device according to claim 1, characterized in that one side of the mounting seat (15) close to the paint bottle (1) is provided with a cylindrical boss (13) or a cylindrical groove (55), the mounting seat (15) is connected with the paint bottle (1) through the cylindrical boss (13) or the cylindrical groove (55), and the cylindrical boss (13) is provided with a paint outlet channel (12) corresponding to the paint outlet hole (23).

A rivet head spot-painting device according to claim 1, characterized in that a spot-painting head cover positioning block (19) is arranged on the outer side of the mounting seat (15), and a positioning groove (37) is correspondingly arranged in the spot-painting head cover (3); and an anti-slip ring (35) is arranged on the outer side surface of the spot paint head cover (3) along the circumferential direction.

A rivet head spot painting device according to claim 1, characterized in that rolling wheel supporting sheets (16) are respectively arranged at two sides of the mounting seat (15), rolling wheel connecting shaft holes are formed in the rolling wheel supporting sheets (16) and used for rotatably mounting rolling wheels, and sponge wheels (6) are arranged on the rolling wheels.

A rivet head spot-painting device according to claim 6, characterized in that the rolling wheels comprise a main rolling wheel (5) and an auxiliary rolling wheel (7), the main rolling wheel (5) comprises a main roller and a sponge wheel (6) mounting shaft, the auxiliary rolling wheel (7) comprises an auxiliary roller, the main roller is connected with the auxiliary roller through the sponge wheel (6) mounting shaft, and the outer sides of the main roller and the auxiliary roller are respectively provided with a technical cylindrical boss (13) and are respectively rotatably connected with the mounting seat (15) through the technical cylindrical boss (13); the sponge wheel (6) is sleeved on the sponge wheel (6) mounting shaft; and the main roller and the auxiliary roller are respectively provided with an anti-skid rubber ring (4) mounting groove along the circumferential direction and used for mounting the anti-skid rubber ring (4).
8. A rivet head spot painting device according to claim 7, characterized in that an anti-overflow paint chamfer is arranged at the end face of the sponge wheel (6), and the height difference between the sponge wheel (6) and the anti-slip rubber ring (4) is 1-3 mm.
9. A rivet head spot painting device according to claim 6, characterized in that an upwardly extending quick-release groove (40) is provided at the connecting shaft hole of the rolling wheel.
10. A rivet head spot-painting device according to claim 1, characterized in that said sponge wheel (6) is of elastic material, and the interference of said sponge wheel (6) is in the range of 0.1-1 mm.
