The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the device is used, raw materials for producing polyurea lubricating grease are conveyed into the first cavity 2 through the feeding pipe 40, when the raw materials in the first cavity 2 reach a certain amount, the raw materials are stopped being added, the driving motor 4 enables the driving shaft 5 to rotate, the driving shaft 5 drives the rotating shafts 8 to rotate through the first bevel gear 12 and the second bevel gear 13, the connecting mechanisms 9 drive the stirring block 10 to turn over, the internal solution is stirred up and down, and the solution containing tank 11 arranged on the stirring block 10 can contain the solution, so that the solution at the bottom can be turned over to the upper part; the driving shaft 5 drives the rotary table 14 to rotate circumferentially, the annular groove 25 plays a role in guiding the rotary table 14, the rotary table 14 drives the vertical pipes 15 to revolve around the fixed column 6, and the vertical pipes 15 and the stirring plate 19 stir the solution in the horizontal direction, so that the stirring effect is improved, and the polyurea lubricating grease raw materials are mixed fully;
in the rotation process of the turntable 14, each second gear 23 moves around the first gear 21, that is, each second gear 23 drives the lifting rod 16 to rotate, the helical blade 17 rotates along with the lifting rod 16, the solution at the bottom of the first cavity 2 is lifted under the action of the helical blade 17 and the lifting rod 16, the solution at the bottom of the first cavity 2 moves upwards along the vertical pipe 15, and finally the solution in the vertical pipe 15 is sprayed to the upper part of the liquid level through each liquid spraying hole 18, so that the upper-layer solution and the lower-layer solution are fully mixed, and the mixing and stirring effects and the stirring efficiency are further improved;
after stirring, the solution in the first cavity 2 is conveyed into the second cavity 3 by the discharging pipe 26, the solution flows along the inclined plane of the trapezoidal table 27 (the solution sequentially flows from the inclined plane of each trapezoidal table 27 from top to bottom, namely flows from the upper trapezoidal table 27 to the opposite trapezoidal table 27 below the upper trapezoidal table), the solution is filtered by the filter screen 28, particle impurities in the lubricating grease can be filtered, the filtering effect is good, and the quality of the lubricating grease is improved; the slag collecting box 41 collects the filtered foreign particles, the filtered solution enters the collecting cavity 29 in the trapezoidal platform 27, the solution in the collecting cavity 29 enters the material conveying channel 30 along the material conveying inclined opening 31, the material conveying channel 30 conveys the solution into the aggregate cavity 34 through the connecting pipe 32, and the solution in the aggregate cavity 34 is output through the discharge pipe 33, so that the using effect is excellent.
