Description

Intelligent pressure therapeutic instrument system based on Internet of things technology
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an intelligent pressure therapeutic apparatus system based on the technology of the Internet of things.
Background
In order to prevent the muscular atrophy of a patient, prevent the muscular fibrosis and strengthen the oxygen content of limbs, the air wave pressure therapeutic instrument repeatedly inflates and deflates a plurality of air bags in order to repeatedly extrude the human body part, so as to realize the passive and uniform massage, accelerate the absorption of metabolic wastes, inflammatory factors and pain-causing factors in blood, promote the flow of the blood and lymph and improve the microcirculation. The air wave pressure therapeutic apparatus has wide adaptation groups, such as people who stand for a long time in a sedentary manner, the old and people with limb pain and edema can use the pressure therapeutic apparatus to carry out rehabilitation treatment, and the air wave pressure therapeutic apparatus is widely applied to clinical treatment and rehabilitation.
However, the air wave pressure therapeutic apparatus on the market is not intelligent enough in use, and has the following disadvantages:
a plurality of air bag cavities are formed in an air bag sleeve of a common pressure therapeutic apparatus, each air bag cavity is isolated by a pressing line, and when the pressure therapeutic apparatus works, the area near the pressing line cannot be pressed fully; the common pressure therapeutic apparatus has fixed specification, the limb length and thickness of the patient are different, when the patient with smaller size is treated, the pressure of the inner surface of the air bag to the patient is smaller, the treatment effect is greatly reduced, when the patient with stronger size is treated, the initial pressure of the air bag to the patient is not zero, the working pressure is greater than the target value, the larger overshoot pressure can influence the treatment effect, even the health of the patient.
The common pressure therapeutic apparatus has single operation function and can only carry out treatment through simple parameter setting; when the common pressure therapeutic apparatus is used, the contact population of patients is large, if the common pressure therapeutic apparatus does not have the identity recognition function, the patients are easily influenced by the treatment schemes of other patients when different patients are used, the over-treatment or under-treatment condition occurs, and the appropriate treatment effect is achieved; when a patient uses the instrument or uses a plurality of instruments in different places, the common pressure therapeutic apparatus can not take the treatment record and parameters of the patient, and the treatment parameters of the patient need to be set when the pressure therapeutic apparatus is used every time, so that the workload of medical care personnel and the patient is increased, and the efficiency is lower; the common pressure therapeutic apparatus has no data processing function, and after each patient uses the pressure therapeutic apparatus, a health report can not be derived according to the treatment data of each patient, and the self treatment condition can not be fully judged.
The pressure therapeutic apparatus can not work in the environment with the electromagnetic intensity exceeding the allowable range, and the common pressure therapeutic apparatus usually has no electromagnetic intensity detection device, so that the safety of the electromagnetic environment can not be ensured, and the therapeutic effect and the instrument safety are influenced; because the air bag is damaged or the pipeline leaks air, when the working pressure of the common pressure therapeutic apparatus is obviously abnormal, a patient or a medical care personnel can judge whether the apparatus has a fault through visual observation, if the air pressure is abnormal, which is difficult to be detected by the visual observation, the patient or the medical care personnel can not find the fault in time, so that the therapeutic effect is influenced, and the reliability and the safety are low; the common pressure therapeutic apparatus can not share the remote real-time information of the patient and the medical platform (or doctor), thereby reducing the treatment efficiency of the patient; after a common pressure therapeutic apparatus leaves a factory, only one set of fixed therapeutic system is provided, software cannot be upgraded and functions cannot be expanded, and the apparatus cannot meet the increasing treatment requirements.
