step S2: placing the anesthetized carp into the box body, placing the fish head on a supporting table of the fish head fixing component, placing the fish body into the fish body clamping component, and adjusting the heights of the supporting table and the clamping height adjusting component to reach proper positions so that the skull surface of the carp is parallel to the horizontal plane; screwing and fixing the screw of the fish head fixing component and the bolt of the clamping height adjusting component; attaching the arc-shaped fixing arm to the skull of the fish head, and screwing down a nut and a wing nut of the fish head fixing assembly for fixing; according to the size of the fish body, a fixing nut for clamping the elastic component is screwed up and fixed to clamp and fix the fish body;
step S3: craniotomy is performed by using a bone milling drill to expose brain tissues;
