Preferably, the flexible vibration damping member 133 can be assembled between the first strut 131 and the second strut 132 by bonding or fixing by a sleeve beer, but the patent does not limit the fixing form of the flexible vibration damping member 133, and any means that can be used to fix the flexible vibration damping member 133 to the two struts is within the scope of the patent. It should be noted that the number of the first sealing rings 136 is preferably two, which can achieve the effect of double sealing between two wall surfaces, but the specific number can be specifically increased or decreased according to the actual application scenario. Thus, based on the above arrangement, the port 111 can effectively prevent the water for brushing teeth from penetrating into the main body member 100 from the port 111 under the dual actions of the soft rubber 135 and the first sealing ring 136. The rotating shaft 142 is located at one end of the abutting portion 143 opposite to the mounting portion 144. And an eccentric groove 145 is formed between the mounting part 144 and the abutting part 143, and the contour of the eccentric groove 145 is consistent with that of the mounting part 144 and is also in a semi-cylindrical groove body structure. Further, eccentric groove 145 has a groove bottom surface 1451 and a groove side surface 1452 that are vertically disposed, and groove bottom surface 1451 has a semicircular end surface and groove side surface 1452 has a rectangular end surface. And the free end of the elastic shaft 122 is provided with a butt-joint part 1221 which extends towards the motor 121 and is matched with the eccentric groove 145. The abutting portion 1221 has an abutting side surface 1222 abutting the groove side surface 1452 and an abutting end surface 1223 abutting the groove bottom surface 1451. Thus, after the abutting portion 1221 is assembled in the eccentric slot 145, the abutting portion 1221 can directly abut against the mounting portion 144, and at this time, the outer wall arc surface of the mounting portion 144 and the outer wall surface of the elastic shaft 122 are engaged with each other to form a whole. In this embodiment, the weight of one side of the elastic shaft 122 assembled with the weight 141 is set to be greater than the weight of the other side thereof, so as to achieve the eccentric effect, and when the motor 121 drives the elastic shaft 122 to rotate, the eccentric block 140 can achieve the vibration effect due to the eccentricity. That is, the eccentric mass 140 is assembled to the free end of the elastic shaft 122 in order to ensure that the weight of the free end is not uniform, thereby achieving the eccentric vibration effect. Therefore, any component capable of achieving the above eccentric vibration effect is within the protection scope of the present patent, and is not limited to the structure of the eccentric block 140, and will not be described in detail herein.
Further, as a further optimization of the above example, the abutting side 1222 is provided with a limiting rib 1224 extending to the outside of the abutting end surface 1223 along the axial direction of the elastic shaft 122, and the limiting rib 1224 may preferably be a round bar structure, but is not limited thereto. The groove side 1452 is provided with a limit groove 1453 fitted with the limit rib 1224, and the limit groove 1453 extends to the inner side of the abutting portion 143. Thus, after the limiting ribs 1224 are engaged with the limiting grooves 1453, the free ends of the limiting ribs 1224 are inserted into the abutting portions 143 to achieve the initial fixation of the elastic shaft 122 and the eccentric block 140. Further, a limiting protrusion 1441 is disposed at an end of the mounting portion 144 opposite to the abutting portion 143, and a limiting recess 1225 adapted to the limiting protrusion 1441 is disposed at an end of the abutting portion 1221 facing the motor 121. In this way, the final fixation of the elastic shaft 122 and the eccentric block 140 can be achieved by the insertion fitting of the limit projection 1441 and the limit recess 1225.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the bottom of the cavity 134 is further provided with a slot 1341 for the rotation shaft 142 to be inserted into and rotate, so that the eccentric block 140 can rotate smoothly along the axial direction of the elastic shaft 122, noise is reduced, and a more comfortable vibration feeling is provided for the user during brushing teeth.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the host member 100 may further include a rear cover 210, a middle frame 220, and a PCB 230, a battery 240, a wireless charging module 250, and a switch button 260 electrically connected to each other. And the motor 121 is also electrically connected to the PCB 230.
The rear cover 210 is detachably assembled to an end of the main housing 110 opposite to the port 111, and at least one second sealing ring 211 is disposed at a position where the rear cover 210 contacts the main housing 110. Specifically, the rear cover 210 has a rear cover fixing portion 212 extending into the main housing 110 to be in abutting engagement with the inner wall of the main housing 110, the rear cover fixing portion 212 may be a soft rubber plug structure, and the second sealing ring 211 may be sleeved on the rear cover fixing portion 212 and abut against the inner wall of the main housing 110, so as to effectively prevent external water from penetrating into the main housing 100 through the rear cover 210. As a further optimization of this embodiment, the number of the second sealing rings 211 may be two, and in order to effectively prevent the second sealing rings 211 from easily moving on the back cover fixing portion 212, thereby affecting the waterproof effect, ring grooves matching the position and number of the second sealing rings 211 may be formed on the back cover fixing portion 212, for fixing the second sealing rings 211, but not limited thereto. It should be noted that the interference between the second sealing ring 211 and the back cover fixing part 212 and the inner wall of the main housing 110 is greater than or equal to 0.1 mm and less than or equal to 0.4 mm, but not limited thereto.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the middle frame 220, the PCB 230, the battery 240 and the wireless charging module 250 are disposed in the main housing 110, and the switch button 260 is disposed on the main housing 110. The middle frame 220 is used for fixing the PCB 230, the battery 240, the wireless charging module 250 and the motor 121.
Specifically, the middle frame 220 is provided with a motor accommodating portion corresponding to the position of the motor 121 and adapted to the contour of the motor 121, after the motor 121 is assembled in the motor accommodating portion, a motor fixing member 1211 is further provided on a side of the motor 121 opposite to the middle frame 220, the motor fixing member 1211 is also in a cover plate-shaped structure adapted to the contour of the wall surface of the motor 121, and the motor fixing member 1211 can lock the motor 121 in the motor accommodating portion of the middle frame 220 by a screw.
Further, the assembly of the PCB 230 can be realized only by fastening the edge of the PCB 230 to the middle frame 220. In order to prevent the PCB 230 from easily loosening or even falling off the middle frame 220 during the shaking of the host component 100, one or more screws may be added to strengthen the fixation of the PCB 230 after the PCB 230 is fastened to the middle frame 220. Based on the sheet-like structure of the PCB 230, the PCB 230 may be preferably configured as a strip shape to match the inner contour of the main housing 110. Preferably, the PCB 230 is fixed to the middle frame 220 at a position corresponding to the inner wall surface of the main housing 110, so as to facilitate the installation of the battery 240 and the driving member 120. Thus, the battery 240 and the driving member 120 are located on the same straight line, so that when the host member 100 is held by a user, the stress is uniform at each position, the situation of local overweight or overweight is avoided, and the holding feeling of the user is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 3, an end of first strut 131 facing away from second strut 132, that is, connection end 1311 of first strut 131, is fixed to an end of middle frame 220 facing port portion 111. Thus, the fixation of the vibration rod 130 can be strengthened to ensure that the vibration rod 130 can be more stably abutted against the elastic shaft 122.
Further, referring to fig. 2, an accommodating groove 221 is disposed at an end of the middle frame 220 facing the rear cover 210, and the wireless charging module 250 is fastened in the accommodating groove 221 through the fastener 113, so as to receive and fix the wireless charging module 250 and prevent the wireless charging module from being damaged due to direct exposure to the outside. The wireless charging module 250 is used to charge the battery 240, so that the battery 240 can be preferentially arranged adjacent to the rear cover 210, and can be conveniently connected with the wireless charging module 250, so as to ensure the smoothness of power transmission and achieve better charging effect. It should be noted that the battery 240 may be assembled on the middle frame 220 by double-sided adhesive and the fastener 113. And the motor 121 may be preferentially disposed adjacent to the port portion 111 to facilitate the elastic shaft 122 to extend to the outside of the main housing 110 through the port portion 111.
Further, the outer wall surface of the receiving groove 221 of the middle frame 220 is provided with one of the buckle 113 and the slot 2211, the inner wall surface of the main housing 110 is provided with the other of the buckle 113 and the slot 2211 which are relatively matched, and the middle frame 220 is assembled in the main housing 110 by the buckling and matching of the buckle 113 and the slot 2211. Thus, after all components are assembled on the middle frame 220, the formed movement can be directly inserted into the main housing 110 from one end of the main housing 110 facing the rear cover 210 and is buckled in the main housing 110 to realize the fixation, and the rear cover 210 can also be provided with a buckle to be buckled with the main housing 110 to realize the sealing of the main housing 110.
It should be noted that, the present embodiment does not limit the specific outline of the middle frame 220, and can be specifically configured according to the actual use requirement. In order to arrange the components in the main housing 110 compactly to save space, the overall contour of the middle frame 220 may be configured to match the interior of the main housing 110. Thus, when the middle frame 220 is assembled in the main housing 110, the stability is stronger and the shaking does not occur due to the abutting of the inner wall of the main housing 110, so that the stability of the PCB 230, the battery 240, the wireless charging module 250 and the motor 121 fixed thereon is also stronger. The switch button 260 extends to the outside of the main housing 110 for a user to touch, and the specific profile thereof is not limited and can be specifically set according to actual use requirements.
As a further optimization of this embodiment, the switch button 260 may not be limited to controlling the on/off of the driving element 120, but may also be used to adjust the frequency of the driving element 120, so as to expand the application range of the host component 100 and meet various requirements of users. Referring to fig. 2, the switch button 260 may include an indicator lamp assembly 261 and a button 262 electrically connected to the PCB 230. In this embodiment, a soft adhesive layer 112 may be formed on the inner wall surface of the main housing 110 at positions corresponding to the indicator assembly 261 and the button 262, and the soft adhesive layer 112 may be integrated with the inner wall surface of the main housing 110 through a process of casting. Thus, under the blocking action of the soft gel layer 112, external water may not permeate into the interior of the host member 100 from the gap between the edges of the indicator light assembly 261 and the button 262. And the button 262 can be directly bonded on the soft rubber layer 112, so that the installation is convenient and the practicability is strong. Further, in this embodiment, a light leakage prevention soft rubber 274 is further disposed between the indicator light assembly 261 and the PCB 230, and the light leakage prevention soft rubber 274 can prevent a light emitting source in the indicator light assembly 261 from side light leakage on the one hand, and on the other hand, the soft rubber material of the light leakage prevention soft rubber 274 can also be used for vibration reduction to protect the indicator light assembly 261 and the PCB 230.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the motor 121 is sleeved with a vibration damping soft rubber sleeve 271 for abutting against the inner wall surface of the main housing 110, so that most of the vibration generated by the motor 121 during the operation process is absorbed by the vibration damping soft rubber sleeve 271, so that the vibration transmitted to the main housing 110 is weak, the noise is reduced, and the holding experience of the user is improved. Preferably, the damping rubber sleeve 271 can be sleeved on the motor fixing 1211 and the middle frame 220 at the same time. So that the damping rubber boot 271 can directly act on the inner wall surface of the main casing 110. In this embodiment, the length of the damping rubber sleeve 271 can be specifically set according to the actual use scenario, and it can cover the entire outer wall surface of the motor 121, and can also cover a part of the outer wall surface of the motor 121, all within the protection scope of this patent. Of course, the damping rubber sleeve 271 can also act on the area where the motor 121 and the elastic shaft 122 abut to reduce the vibration at this position.
Further, in this embodiment, one end of the motor 121 opposite to the elastic shaft 122 is further provided with a soft damping rubber pad 272 for abutting against the middle frame 220. Thus, the vibration and noise of the motor 121 can be further reduced.
That is, the vibration damping soft rubber sleeve 271 damps vibration and reduces noise from the lateral direction of the motor 121, and the vibration damping soft rubber pad 272 damps vibration and reduces noise from the axial direction of the motor 121. By acting on the two spatial dimensions of the motor 121, the comfort of the user can be increased to a large extent.
Further, in this embodiment, the battery 240 is also provided with a vibration damping foam pad 273 for abutting against the inner wall surface of the main housing 110, so that the vibration sense of the battery 240 can be effectively reduced, the battery 240 is ensured not to be damaged, and the service life of the battery is effectively prolonged.

Claims (10)

1. A host component, comprising:
a main housing having a port portion;
the driving piece comprises a motor and an elastic shaft which is connected with the motor in a driving way;
the motor is assembled in the main shell, and the elastic shaft extends to the outer side of the main shell through the port part;
the vibrating rod comprises a first supporting rod assembled at the port part and a second supporting rod assembled at the free end of the first supporting rod through a flexible damping piece; the first support rod and the second support rod together form a cavity for assembling the elastic shaft;
wherein, the free end of the elastic shaft is assembled with an eccentric block;
the eccentric block comprises an integrated counterweight part and a rotating shaft, the counterweight part is assembled on one side of the elastic shaft, and the weight of one side of the elastic shaft, on which the counterweight part is assembled, is greater than that of the other side of the elastic shaft; and
the rotating shaft is right opposite to the free end of the elastic shaft and is coaxially arranged with the elastic shaft; and
the bottom of the cavity is provided with a slotted hole for the rotating shaft to be inserted and rotated;
the first support rod is provided with a connecting end for butting the port part;
the connecting end abuts against the inner wall of the port part; and
a butting table is formed between the connecting end and the rest part of the first supporting rod and is used for butting the opening of the port part; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
a soft rubber part is arranged between the abutting table and the port part opening;
the longitudinal section of the soft rubber piece is L-shaped and is used for performing double water prevention on the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction of the butt joint area of the first supporting rod and the port part.

the counterweight part comprises a butting part and a mounting part which are coaxially arranged;
the abutting part is of a disc-shaped structure, and the mounting part is of a semi-cylindrical structure;
an eccentric groove is formed between the mounting part and the abutting part;
the eccentric groove is provided with a groove bottom surface and a groove side surface which are vertically arranged; and
the free end of the elastic shaft is provided with a butt joint part which extends towards the direction of the motor and is matched with the eccentric groove;
the butt joint part is provided with a butt joint side face in butt joint with the groove side face and a butt joint end face in butt joint with the groove bottom face;
the butt joint side surface is provided with a limiting rib extending to the outer side of the butt joint end surface along the axial direction of the elastic shaft; the side surface of the groove is provided with a limit groove matched with the limit rib, and the limit groove extends to the inner side of the abutting part; and
one end of the installation part, which is back to the abutting part, is provided with a limiting bulge, and one end of the abutting part, which faces the motor, is provided with a limiting concave part matched with the limiting bulge;
the eccentric block is fixed with the elastic shaft through the inserting and embedding fit of the limiting rib and the limiting groove and the inserting and embedding fit of the limiting protrusion and the limiting concave part.
3. The host component of claim 1,
at least one first sealing ring is arranged between the connecting end and the inner wall of the port part.
4. The host component of any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
the wireless charging device comprises a rear cover, a middle frame, a PCB, a battery, a wireless charging module and a switch key, wherein the PCB, the battery, the wireless charging module and the switch key are electrically connected with each other;
the motor is electrically connected to the PCB;
the rear cover is detachably assembled at one end of the main shell, which is back to the port part, the middle frame, the PCB, the battery and the wireless charging module are all arranged in the main shell, and the switch key is arranged on the main shell;
the middle frame is used for fixing the PCB, the battery, the wireless charging module and the motor.
5. The host component of claim 4,
one end of the first supporting rod back to the second supporting rod is fixed on the middle frame.
6. The host component of claim 4,
the switch key comprises an indicator light assembly and a button which are electrically connected to the PCB;
a soft rubber layer is sleeved on the inner wall surface of the main shell and corresponds to the positions of the indicator light assembly and the button;
and/or at least one second sealing ring is arranged at the contact position of the rear cover and the main shell.

one end of the middle frame facing the rear cover is provided with an accommodating groove, and the wireless charging module is buckled in the accommodating groove; the outer wall surface of the accommodating groove is provided with one of a buckle and a clamping groove, the inner wall surface of the main shell is provided with the other of the buckle and the clamping groove which are oppositely matched, and the middle frame is assembled in the main shell in a buckling and matching mode through the buckle and the clamping groove; and/or
One side of the motor, which is back to the middle frame, is also provided with a motor fixing piece, and the motor fixing piece is used for locking the motor on the middle frame.
8. The host component of claim 6,
the periphery of the motor is provided with a vibration reduction soft rubber sleeve used for abutting against the inner wall surface of the main shell;
and/or one end of the motor back to the elastic shaft is provided with a vibration reduction soft rubber pad used for abutting against the middle frame;
and/or the battery is provided with a vibration damping foam pad used for abutting against the inner wall surface of the main shell;
and/or light leakage prevention soft glue is arranged between the indicating lamp assembly and the PCB.

a brush head member;
the host component of any one of claims 1-8;
wherein the brush head member comprises a handle and a brush head;
one end of the brush handle is used for assembling the brush head, and the other end opposite to the brush handle is used for butting a vibrating rod of the host machine component.
10. The electric toothbrush of claim 9,
the brush handle is made of a soft rubber material; and
the brush handle comprises a brush handle body and a mounting part for assembling the brush head; and
the brush holder body is provided with an interface piece for butting the vibrating rod.
