Specifically, the invention sets the face bracket 5 as a U-shaped frame, so that the head of the observed person can be placed on the face bracket 5 to support the face, the two sides of the face are clamped by the U-shaped frame, the face is prevented from shaking in the eyeball detection process, after the face of the observed person is fixed, the upper eyelid and the lower eyelid of the two eyes of the observed person are turned over by the two eyelid flanging assemblies 3 on the upper right side and the lower eyelid of the observed person through the face bracket 5, so that the upper eyelid condition and the lower eyelid condition of the observed person can be observed by the observer, the right side of the eyelid flanging assembly 3 can slide left and right through the observation assembly 1, the distance between the eyelid flanging assembly 3 and the observation assembly 1 is adjusted, the convex lens 315 and the concave lens 101 can be adjusted to be a relatively suitable distance, the eyelid condition of the observed person is observed by the observer is clearer, and the detection accuracy is improved.
Specifically, the concave mirror 101 and the first lifting shaft 103 are hinged through the swing frame 102, so that the concave mirror 101 can swing back and forth left and right at the top end of the first lifting shaft 103, so as to adjust the concave mirror 101 to be respectively in sight with any one of the corresponding eyelid flanging assemblies 3, the concave mirror 101 can observe the eyeball condition of the observed person through the corresponding eyelid flanging assembly 3, the height of the concave mirror 101 is adjusted through the first adjusting nut 104 by the first lifting shaft 103, the second telescopic shaft 304 is axially lifted through the second adjusting nut 303, the height of the eyeball observation tube 305 is adjusted, the height can be adaptively adjusted conveniently according to different face shapes of the observed person, the observation comfort of the observed person and the observed person is improved, and the practicability of the detection instrument is improved.
Each eyelid flanging component 3 includes a second sliding base 301, a second telescopic shaft 304, the second sliding base 301 is connected in the corresponding fourth sliding groove 202 in a sliding manner, the top surface of the second sliding base 301 is fixedly provided with a second supporting cylinder 302 standing on the top surface of the second sliding base 301, the top surface of the second supporting cylinder 302 is provided with a shaft hole with a round hole structure, the bottom end of the second telescopic shaft 304 extends into the shaft hole, the top end of the second supporting cylinder 302 is rotatably connected with a second adjusting nut 303, the threaded hole of the second adjusting nut 303 is connected on the outer circular surface of the second telescopic shaft 304 through a thread, the top end of the second telescopic shaft 304 is fixedly provided with an eyeball observing cylinder 305, the eyeball observing cylinder 305 is arranged in a cylindrical structure, the middle part of the eyeball observing cylinder 305 is provided with a through viewing hole 333, the viewing hole 333 stands in front of the eyeball of the observed person, and a convex lens 315 is movably connected in the viewing hole 333.
Specifically, because the eyelid clips 311 hold the upper and lower eyelids of the observed person, if the eyeball observation tube 305 shakes during the observation process of the observed person, the eyes of the observed person are easily damaged, and a distance is left between the eyeball observation tube 305 and the concave mirror 101, the eyeball observation tube 305 can be effectively prevented from shaking during the process of observing the eyeballs by the observer, and the eyes of the observed person can be effectively prevented from being damaged.
The outer circular surface of the eyeball observation cylinder 305 is provided with an adjusting thread 309, the outer circular surface of the eyeball observation cylinder 305 is connected with a second adjusting nut 306 through a thread, the left end surface of the second adjusting nut 306 is provided with a chute 323 with a circular ring structure, two sliders 326 are connected in the chute 323 through sliding, the two sliders 326 are distributed in the chute 323 in a vertical symmetry manner, the left end of each slider 326 is hinged with an eyelid supporting rod 310, and the left end of each eyelid supporting rod 310 is hinged with an eyelid clamp 311;
the second adjusting screw 312 is arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the eyeball observation tube 305 and on the left side of the adjusting screw 309, eyelid expansion supporting pieces 308 are symmetrically arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the second adjusting screw 312, each eyelid expansion supporting piece 308 is arranged on the inner side of the eyelid supporting rod 310, the right side of each eyelid expansion supporting piece 308 is hinged to the right end of the second adjusting screw 312, the left side of the second adjusting screw 312 is connected with a third adjusting nut 313 through a screw thread, the right end of the third adjusting nut 313 is abutted to the left end of the eyelid expansion supporting piece 308, the top surface of the eyelid expansion supporting piece 308 is provided with a raised pin rod 335, the middle part of each eyelid supporting rod 310 is provided with a through sliding hole 334, and the pin rod 335 on the top surface of the eyelid expansion supporting piece 308 is connected into the sliding hole 334 in the middle part of the eyelid supporting rod 310 through a sliding fit manner.
Specifically, the eyeball observation cylinder 305 of the present invention slides left and right on the top end surface of the base 2, so that the eyeball observation cylinder 305 can slide left and right in the front direction of the eyeball of the observed person, so that the eyeball observation cylinder 305 can be more comfortably positioned in front of the two eyes of the observed person, the eyeball observation cylinder 305 clamps the upper eyelid and the lower eyelid of the observed person through the eyelid clamps 311 distributed vertically on the outer circumferential surface, and opens the upper eyelid and the lower eyelid of the observed person through the tilting of the eyelid supporting rod 310, so that the observer can clearly see the internal conditions around the eyeball and the eyelid through the focusing of the concave mirror 101 and the convex lens 315, and the operation difficulty of the observer can be reduced by clamping the upper eyelid and the lower eyelid of the observed person through the upper eyelid and the lower eyelid to replace the manual eyelid turning operation of human beings, the workload of an observer is reduced, the infection rate of the hand bacteria of the observer to the eyes of the observed person is reduced, and the problems that the detection is influenced by the shaking of the turned-over eyelid caused by shaking due to human tremor in the manual eyelid turning process are avoided.
Specifically, each of the eyeball observation barrels 305 of the present invention clamps the upper and lower eyelids of the eyeball of the observed person by the eyelid clips 311, adjusts the tilting angle of the eyelid supporting rod 310 by the second adjusting nut 303 and the corresponding third adjusting nut 313, performs fine adjustment by the second adjusting nut 303 and the third adjusting nut 313, allows the eyelid clips 311 on the upper and lower sides of the left end of the eyelid supporting rod 310 to be opened slowly on the upper and lower sides of the eyeball of the observed person, allows the upper and lower eyelids of the eyeball of the observed person to be opened gradually and slowly, improves the comfort level of the eyeball of the observed person, performs left and right sliding on the outer circumferential surface of the eyeball observation barrel 305 by the second adjusting nut 303, realizes primary adjustment of the opening angle of the eyelid clips 311, performs left and right sliding on the outer circumferential surface of the eyeball observation barrel 305 by the third adjusting nut 313, realizes secondary adjustment of the opening angle of the eyelid clips 311, and then improve that eyelid clip 311 can carry out the adaptability to different people's eye type and press from both sides and get, improve observed person's comfort level.
The eyelid clamp 311 comprises a fixed clamp plate 316, adjusting ear plates 317, adjusting bolts 318, movable clamp plates 319, water sac bags 320 and anti-skidding bumps 321, the fixed clamp plate 316 is hinged to the left end of the eyelid supporting rod 310, the middle part of each fixed clamp plate 316 is hinged with the movable clamp plate 319, the top end of the movable clamp plate 319 extends into the outer side of the fixed clamp plate 316, the adjusting ear plates 317 are fixedly arranged at the top ends of the movable clamp plates 319 extending into the outer side of the fixed clamp plate 316, the middle parts of the adjusting ear plates 317 are provided with through sliding holes, the top ends of the fixed clamp plates 316 are provided with through threaded holes, and the bottom ends of the adjusting bolts 318 penetrate through the sliding holes of the adjusting ear plates 317 to be in threaded connection with the threaded holes of the fixed clamp plates 316;
the inner side of the movable splint 319 facing the direction of the fixed splint 316 and the inner side of the fixed splint 316 facing the inner side of the movable splint 319 are respectively provided with a water bag 320, the water bag 320 is internally sealed with water, and the top surface of the water bag 320 at each side is fixedly provided with a plurality of anti-skidding convex points 321 with a semi-sphere structure to prevent eyelids from falling off.
Specifically, the eyelid clamp 311 of the present invention clamps the upper and lower eyelids of the observed person by adjusting the clamping force of the fixed clamp plate 316 and the movable clamp plate 319 through the adjusting bolt 318, the clamping force on the eyelids is easy to control in the process of clamping the eyelids through the adjusting bolt 318, the fine adjustment is easy to adjust to just clamp the eyelids and not to make the eyelids of the observed person feel painful, the comfort of the eyeball of the observed person is improved, the water bag 320 is arranged between the fixed clamp plate 316 and the movable clamp plate 319, the water bag 320 is sealed with water, the water liquid has active flow in the water liquid, so that when the eyelid is clamped by the fixed clamp plate 316 and the movable clamp plate 319, the adaptive clamping can be performed according to the outline of the eyelid, further, the injury caused by excessive fat at a certain position of the eyelid can be effectively avoided, the water liquid in the water bag 320 of the present invention can be heated, the clamped eyelid tissue can be covered by heat through the heat temperature of the water liquid, so that the activity of blood flowing in the eyelid at the clamping position is accelerated, and the comfort of the eyelid clamp 311 of the observed person can be effectively improved.
The hinge support 325 is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the fixed clamping plate 316 and at the left end of the fixed clamping plate 316, the hinge support 325 is connected with the flanging support 322 in a rotating mode, the flanging support 322 is of a U-shaped structure, the rubber column 324 of a cylindrical structure is fixedly arranged at the left end of the flanging support 322, the flanging support 322 is made of metal soft materials (copper sheets), and the structural shape of the flanging support 322 can be bent into any shape manually.
Specifically, the fixed end of the outer side of the fixed splint 316 is hinged with the flanging bracket 322, the middle part of the upper eyelid is supported by the flanging bracket 322, the fixed splint 316 and the movable splint 319 swing correspondingly along the position of the hinged support 325, the upper eyelid of the observed person is turned over by the flanging bracket 322, the top end of the flanging bracket 322 is fixedly provided with the rubber column 324 with a cylindrical structure, the upper eyelid is turned over by the rubber column 324, the comfort in the process of turning over the eyelid is improved, the flanging bracket 322 is made of metal soft materials, so that the flanging bracket 322 can be bent into any shape, the eyelid is supported better, the conditions around the eyeball and inside the eyelid are observed conveniently, and the observation accuracy is improved.
The hinged support 325 comprises a spherical raised head 327, a spring 328, a rotating shaft 329, a spring groove 330, a spherical concave surface 331 and a shell 332, wherein the shell 332 is fixed at the left end of the outer side of the fixed splint 316, and spherical concave surfaces 331 with a semi-spherical structure are arranged on two sides of the inner wall of the shell 332 at equal intervals according to a cylinder;
the rotating shaft 329 is fixedly arranged at the right end of the flanging bracket 322, spring grooves 330 are formed in the two ends of the outer wall of the rotating shaft 329 at equal intervals according to a cylinder, a spherical raised head 327 is connected in each spring groove 330 in a sliding manner, a spherical head with a semi-spherical structure is arranged on the top surface of each spherical raised head 327, and a spring 328 is fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the spherical raised head 327 connected in the spring groove 330 in a sliding manner.
The hinged support is clamped with the spherical concave surface 331 through the spherical raised head 327, the flanging support 322 is limited to swing to any angle and can be fixed and bear a certain supporting force, and the firmness of the flanging support 322 in supporting and opening eyelid is improved.
The first 4 light filling subassembly is including bending frame 401, first camera 402, first light filling lamp 403, the top surface of eyeball observation barrel 305 has set firmly bellied second nut base 307, the top surface of second nut base 307 is seted up threaded hole, there is bending frame 401 through threaded connection in the threaded hole of second nut base 307, bending frame 401 sets up to the perturbing lever structure, bending frame 401's top has set firmly the first light filling lamp 403 of a plurality of towards in 5 directions of face bracket, bending frame 401's top middle part has set firmly first camera 402, wherein, first camera 402 imbeds in the middle part of the first light filling lamp 403 of a plurality of at bending frame 401's top.
The light supplementing assembly II 6 comprises a second camera 601, a second light supplementing lamp 602, a second light supplementing plate 603, a second groove 604, a second support plate 605 and a second anti-skid step 606, the second groove 604 is arranged on the top surface of the base 2, the left side of the second groove 604 is hinged with the second light supplementing plate 603, the second light supplementing plate 603 is arranged to be a square plate, the middle part of the bottom surface of the second light supplementing plate 603 is hinged with the second support plate 605, the bottom surface of the second support plate 605 is hinged with the second anti-skid step 606 at equal intervals,
the top surface of the second light compensation plate 603 is fixedly provided with a plurality of second light compensation lamps 602 at equal intervals, wherein the top surface of the second light compensation plate 603 is fixedly provided with a second camera 601, and the second camera 601 is embedded in the middle of the plurality of second light compensation lamps 602 on the top surface of the second light compensation plate 603.
Specifically, the light supplementing assembly I4 is fixedly arranged above the ball observation cylinder, the light supplementing assembly II 6 is arranged on the top surface of the base 2, the light supplementing component II 6 and the light supplementing component I4 respectively incline from the upper side and the lower side of the observed person to the eyeball of the observed person for illumination, so that the dead angle position around the eyeball of the observed person can be conveniently illuminated, the dead angle position of the eye angle can be illuminated, can be beneficial to the observer to find the problems around the eyeball in time, improve the detection accuracy, the first camera 402 arranged on the first light supplementing assembly 4 and the second camera 601 arranged on the second light supplementing assembly 6 are used for taking pictures and keeping pictures of the insides of the eyelids with the outstretched periphery of the eyeball, and the operations of preventing shaking and turning the eyelids are matched with the eyelids clamp 311, the problems existing around the eyeball can be effectively captured, so that the accuracy of judging the eyeball problem is improved.
A plurality of third fill-in lamps 314 are fixedly arranged at the left end of the eyeball observation tube 305 along the edge of the viewing hole 333 at equal intervals along the circumference.
Specifically, the plurality of third light supplement lamps 314 are fixedly arranged on the left end face of the eyeball observation tube 305, the third light supplement lamps 314 are used for directly illuminating the eyeballs of the observed person, when the third light supplement lamps 314 illuminate the eyeballs of the observed person, the eyeballs of the observed person look upwards or downwards, light rays of the third light supplement lamps 314 are directly illuminated on the sclera around the eyeballs, the surface condition of the sclera is observed, the surface condition of the sclera can be effectively observed through direct light, the surface condition of the sclera can be found more quickly, and the accuracy of eyeball detection is improved.
The operating principle of the eyelid flanging assembly is as follows:
the eyeball observation cylinder 305 slides left and right on the top end surface of the base 2, so that the eyeball observation cylinder 305 can slide left and right in the front direction of the eyeball of the observed person to adjust, so that the eyeball observation cylinder 305 is more comfortably arranged in front of two eyes of the observed person, the eyeball observation cylinder 305 clamps the upper eyelid and the lower eyelid of the observed person through the eyelid clamps 311 which are distributed up and down on the outer circular surface, the upper eyelid and the lower eyelid of the observed person are opened through the tilting of the eyelid supporting rod 310, so that the observer can clearly see the internal conditions around the eyeball and the eyelid through the focusing of the concave mirror 101 and the convex lens 315, the upper eyelid and the lower eyelid of the observed person are clamped through the upper eyelid and the lower eyelid to replace the manual eyelid turning operation of human, the operation difficulty of the observer can be reduced, and the workload of the observer can be reduced, the infection rate of bacteria on the hands of an observer to the eyes of the observer is reduced, and the problem that the detection is influenced by the shaking of the opened eyelids caused by shaking due to human tremor in the manual process of turning the eyelids is avoided.
Each eyeball observation cylinder 305 clamps the upper and lower eyelids of the eyeballs of the observed person through the eyelid clamp 311, the tilting angle of the eyelid supporting rod 310 is adjusted through the second adjusting nut 303 and the corresponding third adjusting nut 313, the upper and lower eyelids of the eyeballs of the observer are gradually and slowly opened by fine adjustment through the second adjusting nut 303 and the third adjusting nut 313, the eyelid clamps 311 on the upper and lower sides of the left end of the eyelid supporting rod 310 are slowly opened on the upper and lower sides of the eyeballs of the observed person, the comfort level of the eyeballs of the observed person is improved, the first-order adjustment of the opening angle of the eyelid clamp 311 is realized by sliding the second adjusting nut 303 on the outer circumferential surface of the eyeball observation cylinder 305 left and right, the second-order adjustment of the opening angle of the eyelid clamp 311 is realized by sliding the third adjusting nut 313 on the outer circumferential surface of the eyeball observation cylinder 305 left and right, and the eyelid clamp 311 is further improved to be adaptive to the eye shapes of different persons, the comfort of the observed person is improved.
The eyelid clamp 311 clamps the upper and lower eyelids of the observed person by adjusting the clamping force of the fixed splint 316 and the movable splint 319 through the adjusting bolt 318, the clamping force to the eyelids is easy to control in the process of clamping the eyelids through the adjusting bolt 318, the eyelid is easy to adjust to just clamp the eyelids and not easy to cause the eyelids of the observed person to feel pain due to fine adjustment, the comfort level of the eyeballs of the observed person is improved, the water bag 320 is arranged between the fixed splint 316 and the movable splint 319, water is sealed in the water bag 320, and the water has active flow in the water, so that when the eyelid is clamped by the fixed splint 316 and the movable splint 319, the eyelid can be clamped adaptively according to the outline of the eyelid, further, the injury caused by excessive fat at one part of the eyelid can be effectively avoided, the water in the water bag 320 can be heated, the clamped eyelid tissue can be covered by heat through the heat temperature of the water liquid, so that the activity of blood flowing in the eyelid at the clamping position is accelerated, and the comfort of the eyelid clip 311 of the observed person can be effectively improved.
According to the invention, the fixed end of the outer side of the fixed splint 316 is hinged with the flanging bracket 322, the middle part of the upper eyelid is supported by the flanging bracket 322, the fixed splint 316 and the movable splint 319 swing correspondingly along the position of the hinged support 325, the upper eyelid of an observed person is turned over by the flanging bracket 322, the top end of the flanging bracket 322 is fixedly provided with the rubber column 324 with a cylindrical structure, the upper eyelid is turned over by the rubber column 324, the comfort in the process of turning over the eyelid is improved, the flanging bracket 322 is made of a soft metal material, so that the flanging bracket 322 can be bent into any shape, the eyelid is conveniently supported better, the condition around the eyeball and inside the eyelid is conveniently observed, and the observation accuracy is improved.

the inner sides of the movable clamping plate and the fixed clamping plate facing the inner sides of the fixed clamping plate are respectively provided with a water bag, water is sealed in the water bags, and the top surface of each water bag on each side is fixedly provided with a plurality of anti-skidding convex points with a semi-sphere structure.
