Abstract
The invention discloses a logic control method for reducing water vapor at an air outlet of a dish-washing machine, which comprises a PTC heater, the air inlet, an air outlet fan, a temperature sensor, and a condensation air duct, wherein the control method specifically comprises the following steps: s1, placing tableware, and starting a cleaning mode; s2, after cleaning, carrying out a drying procedure; s3, when the humidity sensor at the air outlet reaches the minimum humidity value, the PTC heater is started, and whether the temperature in the cavity of the dish washing machine reaches a preset value is judged; s4, if the required preset value is reached, starting a conventional mode to reduce the water vapor at the air outlet, otherwise, starting a special mode; and S5, carrying out a detection program on the humidity processed in the S4. According to the invention, cold air and water air in the cavity of the dish washing machine are mixed, so that water vapor is condensed and dried in the condensation air duct, the water vapor generated by the air outlet is reduced, the humidity is reduced, and the experience of a user is improved.

Technical Field

A logic control method for reducing water vapor at an air outlet of a dish washing machine comprises a PTC heater, the air inlet, an air outlet fan, a temperature sensor and a condensation air channel, and is characterized by specifically comprising the following steps: s1, placing tableware, and starting a cleaning mode; s2, after cleaning, carrying out a drying procedure; s3, when the humidity sensor at the air outlet reaches the minimum humidity value, the PTC heater is started, and whether the temperature in the cavity of the dish washing machine reaches a preset value is judged; s4, if the required preset value is reached, starting a conventional mode to reduce the water vapor at the air outlet, otherwise, starting a special mode; and S5, carrying out a detection program on the humidity processed in the S4.

The logic control method for reducing water vapor at the air outlet of the dishwasher according to claim 1, wherein the air outlet fan comprises a first air outlet fan and a second air outlet fan, and the first air outlet fan and the second air outlet fan are respectively connected to one end of the condensation air duct.
