In one embodiment, the rotating mechanism comprises a fourth transmission shaft, a second belt, a fifth transmission shaft, bevel gears, a worm and a storage basin, wherein the fourth transmission shaft is rotatably arranged on one side of the upper portion of the base, the second belt is arranged between one side of the first transmission shaft and one side of the fourth transmission shaft, the fifth transmission shaft is rotatably arranged on the upper side of the inside of the base, the bevel gears are rotatably arranged on one side of the fifth transmission shaft and one side of the fourth transmission shaft, the bevel gears are mutually meshed, the worm is arranged in the middle of the fifth transmission shaft, a turbine is rotatably arranged in the middle of the top of the support frame, the worm is mutually meshed with the worm, the storage basin is arranged at the top of the turbine, and the bottom of the storage basin is communicated with a drain and a water pipe.

The beneficial effects are that: 1. according to the rice washing machine, the rice washing mechanism, the rotating mechanism and the sliding mechanism are matched, so that rice can be automatically rotated and washed, and people are not required to manually wash the rice, so that a great amount of physical strength and time of people are effectively saved.

When people need to clean rice, the rice is firstly put into a certain part of the rotating mechanism 3, then the rotating mechanism 3 and the rice are pulled upwards through the sliding mechanism 4, the servo motor 20 is started, the output shaft of the servo motor 20 drives the first transmission shaft 21, the first belt 24, the second transmission shaft 23, the spur gear 26 and the third transmission shaft 25 to rotate, the spur gear 26 on the left side drives the stirrer 29 and the universal joint 28 to rotate, so that the rice is stirred, then water is added into the rice, so that the rice is cleaned, meanwhile, the first transmission shaft 21 drives the certain part of the rotating mechanism 3 to rotate, so that the rice is driven to rotate, the rice is cleaned better, at the moment, the wastewater is discharged through the sliding mechanism 4, after the cleaning is finished, the servo motor 20 is closed, then the rotating mechanism 3 is put down through the sliding mechanism 4, the rice is taken away, and then the certain part of the rotating mechanism 3 is cleaned.
The sliding mechanism 4 comprises a supporting frame 40, a drain net 41, a clamping cylinder 42, a water pipe 43 and a first clamping block 44, wherein the supporting frame 40 is arranged on the upper portion of the base 1 in a sliding mode, the drain net 41 is arranged in the middle of the top of the supporting frame 40, the water pipe 43 is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the supporting frame 40, the clamping cylinder 42 is arranged in the middle of the water pipe 43, the first clamping block 44 is arranged in the middle of the inside of the base 1, and the clamping cylinder 42 is connected with the first clamping block 44 in a sliding mode.
When people need to clean rice, the rice is poured into a certain part of the rotating mechanism 3, the servo motor 20 is started, the supporting frame 40 is pulled upwards, all parts on the supporting frame are driven to move upwards, so that the rice is better cleaned, when the stirrer 29 cleans the rice, waste water is discharged downwards through the screen 41, the water pipe 43 and the clamping cylinder 42, after the cleaning is finished, the servo motor 20 is closed, the supporting frame 40 is pulled downwards to reset, all parts on the supporting frame are driven to reset, and then the rice is taken away.
The rotating mechanism 3 comprises a fourth transmission shaft 30, a second belt 31, a fifth transmission shaft 32, bevel gears 33, a worm 34 and a storage basin 36, wherein the fourth transmission shaft 30 is rotatably arranged on the right part of the rear side of the upper part of the base 1, the second belt 31 is arranged between the rear side of the first transmission shaft 21 and the rear side of the fourth transmission shaft 30, the fifth transmission shaft 32 is rotatably arranged on the upper side of the inside of the base 1, the bevel gears 33 are rotatably arranged on the right side of the fifth transmission shaft 32 and the front side of the fourth transmission shaft 30, the bevel gears 33 are mutually meshed, the worm 34 is arranged in the middle of the fifth transmission shaft 32, a turbine 35 is rotatably arranged in the middle of the top of the support frame 40, the turbine 35 is mutually meshed with the worm 34, the storage basin 36 is arranged on the top of the turbine 35, and the bottom of the storage basin 36 is communicated with a drain net 41 and a water pipe 43.
When people need to wash rice, the rice is poured into the storage basin 36, then the storage basin 36 is driven to move upwards through the support frame 40, the servo motor 20 is started again, the output shaft of the servo motor 20 drives the first transmission shaft 21 to rotate, the first transmission shaft 21 drives the second belt 31, the fourth transmission shaft 30, the bevel gear 33, the fifth transmission shaft 32, the worm 34 and the turbine 35 to rotate, the turbine 35 drives the storage basin 36 to rotate, and accordingly the rice is driven to rotate, the rice is cleaned more cleanly, after the rice is cleaned, the servo motor 20 is closed, the storage basin 36 is driven to move downwards through the support frame 40 to reset, the rice is taken away, and the storage basin 36 is cleaned.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the fixing mechanism 5 is further included, the fixing mechanism 5 includes a handle 50, a second rotating shaft 51, a supporting block 52 and a second clamping block 53, the supporting block 52 is symmetrically arranged on the front side of the supporting frame 40 in a left-right direction, the second rotating shaft 51 is symmetrically arranged on the upper portion of the supporting frame 40 in a left-right direction, the handle 50 is arranged in the middle of the second rotating shaft 51, the handle 50 is matched with the supporting block 52, the second clamping blocks 53 are arranged on the upper portions of the left side and the right side of the base 1, and the second clamping blocks 53 are matched with the handle 50.
When people pull the support frame 40 upwards, all the parts on the support frame are driven to move upwards, then the handle 50 is clamped into the second clamping block 53 in a backward rotation mode, so that the support frame 40 is fixed, people do not need to manually fix the support frame 40 all the time, after rice cleaning is finished, the handle 50 is reset to be separated from the second clamping block 53 in a forward rotation mode, the handle 50 is limited by the supporting block 52, and then the support frame 40 is pulled downwards to be reset.
The water draining device is characterized by further comprising a water draining mechanism 6, wherein the water draining mechanism 6 comprises a water valve 60 and a flow guiding frame 61, the water valve 60 is arranged at the lower part of the water pipe 43, the flow guiding frame 61 is arranged on the inner wall of the lower part of the base 1, and the flow guiding frame 61 is positioned below the water pipe 43.
When the agitator 29 washes rice, the waste water is discharged downwards and blocked by the water valve 60, when the water in the storage basin 36 is full, the water addition is stopped, and after the rice washing is finished, the water valve 60 is opened, so that the waste water is discharged into the diversion frame 61, the waste water flows forwards from the diversion frame 61, and then the water valve 60 is closed.
