Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bookshelves, in particular to an oak guard plate bookshelf with multifunctional purposes and an operation method thereof.
Background
The bookshelf is a type of furniture indispensable in learning, the existing bookshelf mostly only plays a role of storing books, the structure is simple, the function is single, the storage space of the bookshelf is certain, large books or albums and the like are difficult to put in order, the books are difficult to recover after being folded at corners, and the adaptability is poor.
When a book page is wrinkled, a corresponding book is placed on a first shelf, a pressing disc is rotated to a position where the book contacts and is pressed, and the wrinkles of the book are flattened by using the jacking force of a screw rod, so that the flatness and the attractiveness of the book are ensured. However, in this structure, since the friction force between the books is increased, when a certain book is taken, it is difficult to take out the book, or the surrounding books are moved when the book is taken out.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the main objective of the present invention is to solve the problem that the friction between books is increased, which makes it difficult to take out a certain book or drives the surrounding books to shift when taking out the certain book.
The invention provides a multifunctional oak guard plate bookshelf, which comprises a shelf body and a central processing unit arranged on the side wall of the shelf body, wherein the central processing unit is arranged on the side wall of the shelf body; the RFID reader for scanning electronic tags of visitors and electronic tags of books is arranged on the side wall of the frame body, the middle part of the frame body is provided with a transverse plate, the middle part of the transverse plate is provided with a sliding groove, the transverse plate is movably provided with at least one pressing block, so that the pressing block can move along the direction of the sliding groove, the outer wall of the pressing block is provided with an inserting groove, and the outer wall of the pressing block is provided with a position identification code; an air cylinder is arranged on the inner side wall of the frame body, the movable end of the air cylinder can be in contact with the outer wall of the pressing block, a pressure sensor is arranged on the movable end of the air cylinder, and the pressure sensor can be in contact with the outer wall of the pressing block so as to receive the pressure transmitted by the pressing block; a fixed seat is installed on the upper portion of the frame body, a lead screw is installed on the fixed seat, one end of the lead screw is in transmission connection with a driving motor installed on the side wall of the frame body through bevel gears, a sliding block is sleeved on the outer ring of the lead screw, a moving block is arranged on the lower portion of the sliding block, an electric push rod is installed on one side wall, close to the transverse plate, of the moving block, and the moving end of the electric push rod can move in the direction perpendicular to the pressing block, so that the moving end of the electric push rod is in a first state of being inserted into the insertion groove and a second state of being withdrawn from the insertion groove; the central processing unit is electrically connected with the RFID reader, the air cylinder, the pressure sensor, the identifier, the driving motor, the electric push rod and the processing unit respectively.
In some embodiments of the invention, an abutting block is detachably mounted on a part of the lower end of the pressing block, which penetrates through the sliding groove, so that the pressing block is movably mounted on the transverse plate.
In some embodiments of the invention, a roller is arranged on one side of the abutting block close to the transverse plate, and the outer wall of the roller abuts against the lower outer wall of the transverse plate.
In some embodiments of the invention, the upper portion of the cross plate is provided with a baffle.
In some embodiments of the invention, the processing unit comprises: the receiving module is used for receiving data information of the electronic tags and the position identification codes of the books; the association module is connected with the receiving module and is used for associating a certain book electronic tag with a certain position identification code; and the storage module is connected with the association module and is used for storing the association relation between a certain book electronic tag and a certain position identification code.
The invention also provides an operation method of the multifunctional oak guard plate bookshelf, which comprises the following steps: the RFID reader scans the electronic tag of the visitor and sends the scanning result to the central processing unit; a central processor searches whether at least one book electronic tag associated with the visitor electronic tag exists; if at least one book electronic tag associated with the visitor electronic tag exists, determining a compact block for clamping the book based on the association relationship between the book electronic tag and the position identification code; based on the position information of the compression block, the central processing unit controls and starts a driving motor, so that the electric push rod moves to the position right in front of the compression block along the direction of the screw rod; the central processing unit controls the electric push rod to be started, so that the movable end of the electric push rod is inserted into the insertion groove of the pressing block, and the driving motor is started again to rotate, so that the electric push rod moves along the direction of the screw rod again.
In some embodiments of the invention, before the central processor finds whether there is at least one book electronic tag associated with the guest electronic tag, the method of operating further comprises: scanning electronic tags of books pasted on the books by an RFID reader, and then placing the electronic tags between the pressing blocks 15; the central processing unit controls the starting cylinder to push the pressing block, and detects the pressure value of the movable end of the cylinder in real time through the pressure sensor; and if the pressure value of the movable end of the air cylinder detected in real time reaches a preset pressure value, the central processing unit controls to close the air cylinder.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after the driving motor is started again to rotate, so that the electric push rod moves in the direction of the screw rod again, the operation method further includes: the pressure sensor detects the pressure value of the movable end of the air cylinder in real time; if the pressure value of the movable end of the air cylinder detected in real time is larger than the preset pressure value, the central processing unit controls the movable end of the air cylinder to contract until the pressure value received by the movable end of the air cylinder is equal to the preset pressure value.
The oak guard plate bookshelf with the multifunctional function and the operation method thereof provided by the invention have the following beneficial effects:
1. the staff places books between the compact heap of two activities to promote the compact heap through the cylinder, make the tight power in top of compact heap compress tightly books, can realize extrudeing books that have the fold, thereby guarantee that the level and smooth of books is pleasing to the eye.
2. When any book needs to be taken out, visitor electronic tags are scanned through the RFID reader, the central processing unit searches for book electronic tags associated with the visitor electronic tags, the position of a compression block for clamping the books is determined based on the association relationship between the book electronic tags and position identification codes, the driving motor is controlled to rotate, the electric push rod is enabled to move right ahead of the compression block along the direction of the screw rod, the movable end of the electric push rod is inserted into the insertion groove of the compression block, the electric push rod is moved again, the compression block loosens the corresponding compressed books, the flatness of the books is kept, the books are convenient for a worker to take, the problem that the books are difficult to take out due to the fact that the friction force between the books is increased is solved, when a certain book is taken, or the problem that the peripheral books are driven to shift when the books are taken out is solved.

The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the related invention are shown in the drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, there is shown a multifunctional oak guard bookshelf according to the present application, which includes a shelf body 10 and a cpu 20 disposed on a side wall of the shelf body 10; an RFID reader 11 for scanning electronic tags of visitors and electronic tags of books is arranged on the side wall of the frame body 10, a transverse plate 12 is arranged in the middle of the frame body 10, a sliding groove 1202 is formed in the middle of the transverse plate 12, at least one pressing block 15 is movably arranged on the transverse plate 12, the pressing block 15 can move along the direction of the sliding groove 1202, an inserting groove 1501 is formed in the outer wall of the pressing block 15, and a position identification code 1502 is arranged on the outer wall of the pressing block 15; an air cylinder 13 is arranged on the inner side wall of the frame body 10, the movable end of the air cylinder 13 can be in contact with the outer wall of the pressing block 15, a pressure sensor 1301 is arranged on the movable end of the air cylinder 13, and the pressure sensor 1301 can be in contact with the outer wall of the pressing block 15 so as to receive the pressure transmitted by the pressing block 15; the upper part of the frame body 10 is provided with a fixed seat 31, the fixed seat 31 is provided with a lead screw 32, one end of the lead screw 32 is in transmission connection with a driving motor 35 arranged on the side wall of the frame body 10 through bevel teeth, the outer ring of the lead screw 32 is sleeved with a sliding block 33, the lower part of the sliding block 33 is provided with a moving block 34, one side wall of the moving block 34 close to the transverse plate 12 is provided with an electric push rod 40, and the moving end of the electric push rod 40 can move along the direction vertical to the pressing block 15, so that the moving end of the electric push rod 40 has a first state of being inserted into the insertion groove 1501 and a second state of being withdrawn from the insertion groove 1501; the central processor 20 is electrically connected to the RFID reader 11, the cylinder 13, the pressure sensor 1301, the identifier 3401, the driving motor 35, the electric putter 40, and the processing unit, respectively.
By applying the technical scheme of this embodiment, firstly, the RFID reader 11 scans the electronic tags of the books attached to the books, and the identifier scans the position identification code 1502 on the abutting block 15, and the processing unit associates the data information of the electronic tags of the books with the data information of the position identification code 1502. Afterwards, when any book needs to be placed, the book is placed at the position of the pressing block 15 of the position identification code 1502 related to the electronic tag of the book, after the placing is completed, the air cylinder 13 is controlled by the central processor 20 to push the pressing block 15, at this moment, the pressure sensor 1301 arranged at the movable end of the air cylinder 13 detects the pressure value of the movable end of the air cylinder 13 in real time, when the pressure value of the movable end of the air cylinder 13 detected in real time reaches a preset pressure value, the central processor 20 controls the closing of the air cylinder 13, when the possibility that the book is crushed is reduced, the book is pressed by the pressing force of the pressing block 15, the book with folds can be squeezed, and therefore the flatness and attractiveness of the book are guaranteed.
When any book needs to be taken out, the visitor electronic tag is scanned by the RFID reader 11, the central processor 20 searches for the presence of the book electronic tag associated with the visitor electronic tag, and determines the position of the pressing block 15 for clamping the book based on the association relationship between the electronic tag of the book and the position identification code 1502, after which the central controller 20 controls the driving motor 35 to rotate, so that the electric push rod 40 moves to the front of the pressing block 15 along the direction of the screw rod 32, the movable end of the electric push rod 40 is inserted into the insertion groove 1501 of the pressing block 15, and the electric push rod 40 is moved again, so that the pressing block 15 releases the corresponding pressed book, thereby being convenient for workers to take the books while keeping the flatness of the books, solving the problem that the friction force between the books is increased, when a book is taken, the book is difficult to take out, or the surrounding books are moved when the book is taken out.
Specifically, the lower end of the pressing block 15 is detachably mounted with the abutting block 14 through the sliding groove 1202, so that the pressing block 15 is movably mounted on the cross plate 12.
In some alternative embodiments, the side of the abutting block 14 close to the cross plate 12 is provided with a roller 1401, and the outer wall of the roller 1401 abuts against the lower outer wall of the cross plate 12. In this way, the abutment block 14 is prevented from directly contacting the cross plate 12, thereby facilitating the movement of the pressing block 15.
In some alternative embodiments, a baffle 1201 is provided on the upper portion of the cross plate 12. In this way, the baffle 1201 abuts against the book, and the flatness of the book placement can be improved.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the processing unit includes: a receiving module for receiving data information of the book electronic tag and the position identification code 1502; an association module connected to the receiving module, the association module being configured to associate a certain book electronic tag with a certain location identifier 1502; and a storage module connected to the association module, the storage module being configured to store an association relationship between a certain book electronic tag and a certain location identifier 1502.
Referring to fig. 4, there is shown a block diagram of the operation control of a multifunctional oak guard bookshelf according to the present application.
The operation method of the multifunctional oak guard plate bookshelf comprises the following steps: the RFID reader 11 scans the visitor electronic tag and sends the scanning result to the central processor 20; the central processor 20 searches whether at least one book electronic tag associated with the visitor electronic tag exists; if at least one book electronic tag associated with the visitor electronic tag exists, determining a compact block 15 for clamping the at least one book electronic tag based on the association relationship between the book electronic tag and the position identification code 1502; based on the position information of the pressing block 15, the central processor 20 controls to start the driving motor 35, so that the electric push rod 40 moves to the right front of the pressing block 15 along the direction of the screw rod 32; the central processor 20 controls the electric push rod 40 to start, so that the movable end of the electric push rod 40 is inserted into the insertion groove 1501 of the pressing block 15, and the driving motor 35 is started again to rotate, so that the electric push rod 40 moves along the direction of the screw rod 32 again.
The operation method can keep the flatness of the books, meanwhile, the worker can conveniently take the books, and the problem that when a certain book is taken, the book is difficult to take out or the peripheral books are driven to shift when the book is taken out due to the fact that friction force between the books is increased is solved.
In some optional embodiments, the method of operation further comprises: scanning electronic tags of books pasted on the books by an RFID reader 11, and then placing the electronic tags between the pressing blocks 15; the central processor 20 controls the starting cylinder 13 to push the pressing block 15, and detects the pressure value of the movable end of the cylinder 13 in real time through the pressure sensor 1301; if the pressure value of the movable end of the air cylinder 13 detected in real time reaches the preset pressure value, the central processing unit 20 controls to close the air cylinder 13.
According to the method, the possibility that the book is crushed is reduced, the book is compressed through the jacking force of the compression block 15, the wrinkled book can be squeezed, and therefore the flatness and the attractiveness of the book are guaranteed.
In some optional embodiments, the method of operation further comprises: the pressure sensor 1301 detects the pressure value of the movable end of the air cylinder 13 in real time; if the pressure value of the movable end of the air cylinder 13 detected in real time is greater than the preset pressure value, the central processing unit 20 controls the movable end of the air cylinder 13 to contract until the pressure value applied to the movable end of the air cylinder 13 is equal to the preset pressure value.
