Abstract

本发明属于果树栽培技术领域,公开了一种用于延迟柑橘开花物候期的植物调节剂配方,其包括如下组分:吲哚丁酸钾、柠檬酸铁铵、助剂和水。本发明方法能够有效延迟柑橘开花物候期,便于开展花期不遇的柑橘亲本之间的杂交授粉工作。本发明中的植物调节剂配方合理,操作简单方便,实用性强,能够有效延迟柑橘开花,安全高效。

用于延迟柑橘开花物候期的植物调节剂及其应用
技术领域
本发明属于果树栽培技术领域,公开了一种用于延迟柑橘开花物候期的植物调节剂及其应用。
背景技术
植物花期调控,即采用人为措施使其开花期在自然花期之外,达到控制花期提早或延后的目的。近年来,喷施激素进行花期调控已成为林木栽培管理的一项重要技术而备受重视。相关研究结果表明,吲哚3-丁酸(Indole-3-Butyric Acid)是生长素前体之一,在过氧化物酶体β氧化过程中转化为生长素(Indole-3-Acetic Acid),调节植物中IBA的水平可以促进根系的生长和发育。因此,目前IBA作为生根剂的主要成分,可以显着提高拟南芥、柑橘、鳄梨和月桂等植物的生根率。也有研究报道表明外源IBA处理可以增加芽中的生长素含量水平,从而抑制芽的萌发及生长。但目前并没有IBA处理对花期的影响的报道。
柑橘是世界上最重要的水果作物之一,柑橘产业的健康发展直接关系农户种植的经济效益,只有不断更新柑橘品种,发展种业强国战略,才能适应国内外市场,与国外竞争。有鉴于此,柑橘的杂交育种工作不容忽视。其中,柑橘父母本花期是否完全相遇,是柑橘杂交育种成败的关键。近年来,往往因人为错期不当或受遗传特性、气候及栽培等因素影响,造成双亲花期不遇,导致杂交育种失败,研究花期调整措施,对提高柑橘杂交育种进程具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于延迟柑橘开花物候期的植物调节剂。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种用于延迟柑橘开花物候期的植物调节剂,其特征在于其组分包括:吲哚丁酸钾200~500mg.L-1,柠檬酸铁铵0.5~2.0g.L-1,溶剂为水。
优选的,吲哚丁酸钾200mg.L-1,柠檬酸铁铵2.0g.L-1
优选的,还包括表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂为农用有机硅增效剂,稀释1500~3000倍液喷施。
本发明还公开了上述的植物调节剂在延迟柑橘开花物候期的应用。
优选的,选择已进入结果期、无病虫害、叶片生长发育正常的柑橘植株,在其春季萌芽前,对叶面均匀喷施至少两次上述的植物调节剂,每次喷施至树冠开始滴液,两次喷施的间隔时间为48~60小时。
优选的,喷施植物调节剂的次数为两次,两次喷施的间隔时间为48小时。
注意事项:
1)柑橘花期延迟处理植株的叶片营养生长状况对花期延迟效果影响较大,只有在柑橘植株叶片生长健康的情况下使用上述调节剂方可奏效。
2)花期延迟调节剂的喷施时间对其延迟效果至关重要,尽量保证在春芽萌发前且满足一定的的时间间隔,若过于临近萌芽阶段,则延迟效果不佳。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1)、该方法适合我国大部分地区,实现了柑橘花期的延迟,可以应用于柑橘杂交育种工作中亲本花期不遇的人为调控。此外,本发明在花期延迟调节剂配方中加入了兼具植物抗逆调节及微量元素叶面肥效果的柠檬酸铁铵,其花期延迟效果优于单纯使用吲哚丁酸钾,可以更有效地打破干柑橘开花的自然规律,从而达到的调控柑橘花期延迟的目的;
2)、本发明中的调节剂组分均易溶于水,使用吲哚丁酸钾优于吲哚丁酸(需要乙醇助溶),配制方便,可被叶片快速吸收,在植物体内可被较快分解,不会长期残留造成后续一系列副作用;此外,柠檬酸铁铵中的柠檬酸与铁等离子均可提升植株抗逆性及叶片光合作用,作为作物中已广泛使用的叶面肥,安全高效且无副作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例具体地说明本发明的内容。应当理解,本发明的实施并不局限于下面的实施例,对本发明中调节剂组分的浓度等所做的任何形式上的变通和/或改变都将落入本发明保护范围。
实施例1
本延迟柑橘开花物候期的植物调节剂配方及其使用方法,其步骤包括:
(1)适宜的药剂喷施时间:
选择无病虫害、叶片生长茂盛且物候期一致的柑橘‘Ehime kashi No.28’品种4年生嫁接容器苗,在其春季萌芽前约30天,即2021年2月1日(本地区以往的萌芽期在3月初),进行叶面花期延迟调节剂均匀喷施处理,至树冠少量滴液为宜。同时设置不同的花期延迟调节剂处理;其中,每个处理分为三个重复,每株为一个重复;然后将上述所有植株置于光照培养箱中,温度设置为28℃,湿度控制为70%,24小时全光照处理。间隔48小时后再按相同方法进行喷施处理;
(2)花期延迟调节剂配制方法及处理方式:
处理A:吲哚丁酸钾200mg,柠檬酸铁铵2.0g,溶于1L水中,最后加入0.5ml农用有机硅表面活性助剂,现配现用;
处理B:吲哚丁酸200mg,柠檬酸铁铵2.0g,溶于1L水中,最后加入0.5ml农用有机硅表面活性助剂,现配现用;
处理C:吲哚丁酸钾200mg,溶于1L水中,最后加入0.5ml农用有机硅表面活性助剂,现配现用;
处理D:即为清水对照处理组,喷施相同体积的清水;
处理E:吲哚丁酸钾500mg,柠檬酸铁铵0.5g,溶于1L水中,最后加入0.33ml农用有机硅表面活性助剂,现配现用;第一次喷施后间隔60h再按相同方法进行喷施处理;
(3)花期延迟效果调查分析:
延迟初花期用数值统计分析方法,参照张垂明(张垂明,符城,刘少谋,杨业后,吴其卫,陈勇生,邓海华.断夜处理天数对延迟甘蔗开花的影响[J].甘蔗糖业,2007(04):1-6+24)方法以清水对照组的初花期(2月8日)为基准零点,计为“0”,与其相比较,延后1天则计为“1”,以此类推。使用花期不同延迟调节剂调控处理后,其延迟效果比较分析结果见表1。由此可见,在同等浓度调节剂处理条件下,处理A的调节剂的花期延迟效果最佳,随着吲哚丁酸钾浓度的升高,花期延迟效果越明显。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于延迟柑橘开花物候期的植物调节剂,其特征在于其组分包括:吲哚丁酸钾200~500mg.L-1,柠檬酸铁铵0.5~2.0g.L-1,溶剂为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于延迟柑橘开花物候期的植物调节剂,其特征在于:吲哚丁酸钾200mg.L-1,柠檬酸铁铵2.0g.L-1。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于延迟柑橘开花物候期的植物调节剂,其特征在于:还包括表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂为农用有机硅增效剂,稀释1500~3000倍液喷施。
4.权利要求1、2或3所述的植物调节剂在延迟柑橘开花物候期的应用。
5.根据权利要求4所述的应用,其特征在于其步骤具体为:选择已进入结果期、无病虫害、叶片生长发育正常的柑橘植株,在其春季萌芽前,对叶面均匀喷施至少两次权利要求1、2或3所述的植物调节剂,每次喷施至树冠开始滴液,两次喷施的间隔时间为48~60小时。
6.根据权利要求5所述的应用,其特征在于:喷施植物调节剂的次数为两次,两次喷施的间隔时间为48小时。
