In one embodiment, when the free end 311 presses the first ends 341 of the two sliding plates 34, the two second ends 342 gradually approach each other, the sliding plates 34 drive the corresponding sliding blocks 32 to move and further gradually press the elastic elements 33, the data wire harness 300 can be attached to the notches of the second ends 342, after the two second ends 342 are completely attached, the sliding blocks 32 completely press the elastic elements 33, the two notches bind the data wire harness 300, clamp the data wire harness 300, and limit the movement of the data wire harness 300; when the free end 311 is gradually far away from the first ends 341 on the two sliding plates 34, the restoring force of the elastic element 33 pushes the sliding block 32 to move, the sliding block 32 drives the corresponding sliding plates 34 to gradually far away from each other, the second ends 342 can be gradually separated, after the first ends 341 completely lose the pressure of the push rods 31, the restoring force of the elastic element 33 is completely released, the two gaps do not restrict the data wire harness 300 any more, and the data wire harness 300 can freely move in the penetrating direction of the first avoidance hole and the second avoidance hole.
Of course, in another embodiment, when the free end 311 presses the first ends 341 of the two sliding plates 34, the sliding plates 34 drive the corresponding sliding blocks 32 to move and further gradually stretch the elastic elements 33, and the technical solution of the present application can also be realized by the restoring force of the elastic elements 33.
It should be noted that the penetrating direction is a direction of inserting the data harness 300 into the first receiving space 101, that is, a direction of passing the data harness 300 through the first avoiding hole and the second avoiding hole.
According to one embodiment of the present application, the first end 341 and the free end 311 are each configured as a guide ramp.
When the free end 311 is in contact with the first end 341, in order to apply pressure to the first end 341, the first end 341 and the free end 311 are designed to be in the form of a guide slope having a guiding function, and the moving tracks of the free end 311 and the first end 341 can be controlled.
In the process that the free end 311 presses the first end 341, after the first end 341 and the free end 311 are in point contact, the first end 341 and the free end 311 become in surface-to-surface contact, and the free end 311 gradually applies pressure to the two first ends 341 until the two first ends 341 are pressed tightly.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the inner wall surface of the first back plate 11 is further provided with a slide channel 13 matched with the slide block 32.
The slide channel 13 can limit the moving track of the slide block 32, so that the slide block 32 can only move along the slide channel 13.
According to an embodiment of the present application, one end of the sliding channel 13 is provided with a protrusion 12 facing the second housing 20, and the elastic member 33 is disposed between the protrusion 12 and the sliding block 32, and when the first end 341 is pressed, the sliding block 32 abuts against the other end of the sliding channel 13.
One end of the elastic element 33 is fixed on the protrusion 12, and the other end is fixed on the sliding block 32, the sliding block 32 can move to stretch or press the elastic element 33, and the elastic element 33 can provide restoring force to reset the sliding block 32.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, when the free end 311 is fully pressed against the first end 341, the slider 32 abuts against the other end of the sliding path 13, the elastic element 33 is stretched to be in the longest state, and during the gradual withdrawal of the free end 311, the elastic element 33 causes the slider 32 to move along the sliding path 13 in the direction of the restoring force.
According to one embodiment of the present application, a rubber pad 40 is disposed on the second end 342.
In order to ensure that the data wire 300 is not damaged when the data wire 300 is clamped fixedly, a rubber pad 40 is provided at a position where the second end 342 contacts the data wire 300.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a rubber pad 40 is disposed at the notch, and during clamping, the rubber pad 40 contacts the outer wall of the data harness 300.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the fixture 100 further comprises: a first heat dissipation assembly 51 and a second heat dissipation assembly 52, and the first heat dissipation assembly 51 and the second heat dissipation assembly 52 are disposed on the first housing 10.
In order to prolong the service life of the computer 200 and ensure the temperature of the computer 200 in the operation process, the first heat dissipation assembly 51 and the second heat dissipation assembly 52 are arranged in the fixing device 100, so that the computer 200 is dissipated in multiple directions.
Specifically, the first housing 10 further includes: the first heat sink assembly 51 is disposed on the first top plate 14, and the second heat sink assembly 52 is disposed on the first side plate 15 on both sides of the first top plate 14 and the first side plate 15.
In the present application, the first heat sink 51 is disposed on the first top plate 14 to dissipate heat from the upper surface of the computer 200, and the second heat sink 52 is disposed on the first side plate 15 to dissipate heat from the first accommodating space 101.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the first heat dissipation assembly 51 includes: an air cooler 511, a heat dissipation pipe 512 and an air outlet pipe 513.
Specifically, the air cooler 511 is disposed on the first top plate 14; the heat dissipation tube 512 is disposed in the first accommodating space 101, the heat dissipation tube 512 is fixedly connected to the first side plate 15, and the heat dissipation tube 512 is provided with an air exhaust hole; one end of the air outlet pipe 513 is connected to the air cooler 511, and the other end of the air outlet pipe 513 passes through the first casing 10 and is communicated with the heat dissipation pipe 512.
Air-cooler 511 can direct output air conditioning, discharges through going out tuber pipe 513, goes out tuber pipe 513 and runs through first casing 10, and its one end is outside first casing 10, and the other end stretches into first the intracavity that holds, blows cold wind to first the intracavity that holds through cooling tube 512.
According to one embodiment of the present application, the exhaust holes are provided in plurality, and openings of the plurality of exhaust holes are disposed downward.
The heat pipe 512 is disposed above the second housing 20, and the opening of the air exhausting hole is downward, so as to blow the cool air downward, and thus the computer 200 below dissipates heat quickly.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the air discharge hole is further provided with an air discharge head 514, the air discharge head 514 is configured in a tapered shape, and a sectional area of the air discharge head 514 is gradually reduced in a direction away from the radiating pipe 512.
In order to guide the downward blowing direction of the cold air, the air exhausting heads 514 are installed on the air exhausting holes, each air exhausting hole corresponds to one or more air exhausting heads 514, the air exhausting heads 514 can gather the cold air to blow towards one direction, and the sectional area of the air exhausting heads 514 is gradually reduced in the direction far away from the radiating pipe 512, so that the air blowing area is reduced.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the first side plate 15 is provided with a third avoiding hole 102, the third avoiding hole 102 defines a second accommodating space, and the second heat dissipation assembly 52 is disposed in the second accommodating space.
The third avoiding hole 102 is formed in the first side plate 15, and since the panel of the first casing 10 has a certain thickness, after the third avoiding hole 102 is formed, a second accommodating space can be formed in the third avoiding hole 102, and the second heat dissipation assembly 52 can be installed in the second accommodating space.
There may be a plurality of third escape holes 102 on one side, each third escape hole 102 has one second heat dissipation member 52 mounted therein, and the number of second heat dissipation members 52 is proportional to the heat dissipation efficiency.
Preferably, the third avoiding hole 102 may be formed in a position on the first side plate 15, and may be specifically determined according to the installation position of the computer 200, and is formed in a position facing the side surface of the computer 200 as much as possible, so as to facilitate timely cooling of the computer 200.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a third avoiding hole 102 is formed in each of the first side plates 15 on both sides, and the second heat dissipation assembly 52 is installed to dissipate heat from the side surface of the computer 200.
According to one embodiment of the present application, the second heat dissipation assembly 52 includes: a motor and a fan 521, wherein the motor is electrically connected with the fan 521 to drive the fan 521 to rotate.
The hot air generated when the computer 200 operates is discharged out of the first receiving space 101 by the fan 521, thereby cooling the computer 200.
It should be noted that, as well known to those skilled in the art, the working principle and wiring method of the motor and the fan 521 are common and are all conventional means or common knowledge, and are not described herein again, and those skilled in the art can make any choice according to their needs or convenience.
According to one embodiment of the present application, the second heat dissipation assembly 52 further comprises: the filter screen 522 is disposed outside the fan 521, and the filter screen 522 is fixed to the first side plate 15 by a fastener to close the third avoidance hole 102.
The filter screen 522 is disposed outside the fan 521, and can isolate a large amount of dust outside the fixing device 100.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the third avoiding holes 102 are formed in symmetrical positions of the two first side plates 15, filter screens 522 capable of being connected through threads are arranged on outer wall surfaces of the first side plates 15, the two filter screens 522 respectively seal the third avoiding holes 102, and the filter screens 522 can be replaced.
In this application, when computer 200 high temperature, start air-cooler 511 and make cold wind flow to cooling tube 512 through going out tuber pipe 513 in, discharge through exhaust head 514 in to cool down computer 200, start fan 521 simultaneously and cool down, can keep apart a large amount of dusts through filter screen 522.
According to an embodiment of the present application, a positioning block 61 is disposed on the first housing 10, a positioning groove 601 is disposed on the positioning block 61, and a positioning element 62 engaged with the positioning groove 601 is disposed on the second housing 20, and the positioning element 62 is selectively engaged with the positioning groove 601.
After the second housing 20 is completely pushed into the first accommodating space 101, the positioning slot 601 on the first housing 10 can be matched with the positioning element 62 on the second housing 20, and the positioning element 62 is clamped in the positioning slot 601 to prevent the second housing 20 from moving outwards or inwards again.
According to one embodiment of the present application, the positioning member 62 includes: a rotating plate 621, a rotating shaft 622, and a torsion spring 623.
Specifically, one end of the rotating shaft 622 is pivotally connected to the second housing 20, and the other end of the rotating shaft 622 is fixed to the rotating plate 621; the torsion spring 623 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 622, and two ends of the torsion spring 623 are respectively fixedly connected with the second housing 20 and the rotating plate 621.
The rotating plate 621 is clamped with the positioning groove 601 to realize matching positioning, a rotating shaft 622 is installed between the rotating plate 621 and the second housing 20, the rotating plate 621 can rotate relative to the first housing 10 through the rotating shaft 622, the rotating plate 621 is separated from or inserted into the positioning groove 601, a torsion spring 623 is installed between the rotating plate 621 and the second housing 20, and the torsion spring 623 can help the rotating plate 621 to reset.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the rotating plate 621 is clamped with the positioning slot 601, a rotating shaft 622 and a torsion spring 623 are disposed between the rotating plate 621 and the second housing 20, the torsion spring 623 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 622, the rotating plate 621 can be separated from the positioning slot 601 by clockwise or counterclockwise rotation, the torsion spring 623 deforms under force, the second housing 20 can be pulled outwards after the rotating plate 621 is completely separated from the positioning slot 601, and the rotating plate 621 is recovered under the restoring force of the torsion spring 623.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the positioning block 61 is disposed at a front side of the first housing 10, and the positioning member 62 is disposed at a front side of the second housing 20.
Because the rear side of the first housing 10 is provided with the data wire harness 300, the fixing assembly and other devices, the positioning block 61 and the positioning element 62 are installed at the front sides of the first housing 10 and the second housing 20, on one hand, the force application of the second housing 20 by a worker is facilitated, the rotating plate 621 can be used as a handle, and on the other hand, the clamping and fixing operation of the first housing 10 and the second housing 20 by the worker is facilitated.
According to the big data server in the embodiment of the application, the big data server comprises: the above-described fixing device 100, the computer 200, and the data harness 300.
Specifically, the computer 200 is disposed in the second housing 20 and is screwed with the second housing 20; the data wire harness 300 sequentially passes through the first avoidance hole and the second avoidance hole, and is electrically connected with the computer 200, and the fixing device 100 clamps or loosens the data wire harness 300.
In one embodiment, when the computer 200 needs to be inspected or maintained, the rotating plate 621 is twisted to drive the rotating shaft 622 to rotate, the rotating plate 621 can deform the torsion spring 623 when rotating, when the rotating plate 621 is separated from the positioning groove 601, the rotating plate 621 is pulled to drive the second housing 20 to move, when the second housing 20 moves, the computer 200 can be driven to move, so that the computer 200 extends out of the first housing 10, and simultaneously, the second housing 20 can drive the push rod 31 to move when moving, so that the push rod 31 is far away from the sliding plate 34, at this time, the sliding plate 34 can be moved due to the pulling force of the elastic member 33, when moving, the sliding plate 34 can slide on the sliding rail through the sliding block 32, so that the two sliding plates 34 are far away, and the fixation of the data wire harness 300 is released; after inspection or maintenance are accomplished, promote rotating plate 621 and drive second casing 20 and remove, make second casing 20 get back to the normal position, twist rotating plate 621 when removing the assigned position, make rotating plate 621 again with the cooperation of constant head tank 601 joint, push rod 31 can extrude slide 34 simultaneously, makes slide 34 fix data pencil 300.

Claims (20)

1. A fixture for a big data server, comprising:
the first shell defines a first accommodating space, an open opening communicated with the first accommodating space is formed in the first shell, and the opening direction of the open opening is forward;
the second shell is arranged in the first accommodating space of the first shell, and the second shell is connected with the first shell in a sliding mode so as to be suitable for sealing the open opening;
the fixing assembly is arranged between the first shell and the second shell, and a fixing port for fixing the data wire harness is arranged on the fixing assembly, wherein when the second shell slides relative to the first shell, the fixing port clamps or loosens the data wire harness.
2. The fixing device according to claim 1, wherein the first housing includes a first rear plate, the first rear plate is provided with a first avoidance hole, the second housing includes a second rear plate, the second rear plate is provided with a second avoidance hole, the fixing member is disposed between the first rear plate and the second rear plate, and the first avoidance hole and the second avoidance hole are adapted to allow the data harness to pass through.
3. The fixture apparatus of claim 2, wherein the fixture assembly comprises:
the push rod is fixedly connected with the second rear plate, and the free end of the push rod extends towards the first rear plate;
the sliding piece is provided with the fixing port, one end of the sliding piece is fixedly connected with the first rear plate, the other end of the sliding piece can be selectively pressed by the free end of the push rod, and when the sliding piece is pressed, the fixing port clamps the data wire harness.
4. A fixation device as claimed in claim 3, wherein there are two of said slides, two of said slides being symmetrically disposed, each of said slides comprising:
the elastic piece is arranged between the sliding block and the first back plate and drives the sliding block to move;
a slide plate, the slider with slide plate fixed connection, the slide plate includes: a first end and a second end, the second end configured as a notch, the free end of the push rod selectively compressing the first end, both of the second ends clamping the data wire bundle when the first end is compressed.
5. The fixation device of claim 4, wherein the first end and the free end are each configured as a guide ramp.
6. The fixing device according to claim 4, wherein the inner wall surface of the first back plate is further provided with a slide way matched with the slide block.
7. A fixing device according to claim 6, wherein one end of the slideway is provided with a projection towards the second housing, the resilient member being provided between the projection and the slider, the slider abutting the other end of the slideway when the first end is compressed.
8. A fixation device as claimed in claim 4, wherein a rubber pad is provided on the second end.
9. The fixture according to claim 1, further comprising: the first heat dissipation assembly and the second heat dissipation assembly are arranged on the first shell.
10. The fixture according to claim 9, wherein the first housing further comprises: the first heat dissipation assembly is arranged on the first top plate, and the second heat dissipation assembly is arranged on the first side plate.
11. The fixture of claim 10, wherein the first heat sink assembly comprises:
the air cooler is arranged on the first top plate;
the radiating pipe is arranged in the first accommodating space, the radiating pipe is fixedly connected with the first side plate, and the radiating pipe is provided with an air exhaust hole;
the air outlet pipe, the one end of going out the air outlet pipe with the air-cooler links to each other, the other end that goes out the air outlet pipe passes first casing with the cooling tube intercommunication.
12. The fixing device as claimed in claim 11, wherein the air discharge hole is provided in plurality, and the openings of the plurality of air discharge holes are downwardly disposed.
13. The fixing device as claimed in claim 12, wherein the air discharge hole is further provided with an air discharge head, the air discharge head is constructed in a tapered shape, and a sectional area of the air discharge head is gradually reduced in a direction away from the radiating pipe.
14. The securing device according to claim 10, wherein a third avoiding hole is provided on the first side plate, the third avoiding hole defining a second accommodating space, and the second heat dissipation assembly is disposed in the second accommodating space.
15. The fixture of claim 14, wherein the second heat sink assembly comprises: the motor is electrically connected with the fan so as to drive the fan to rotate.
16. The fixture of claim 15, wherein the second heat sink assembly further comprises: the filter screen, the filter screen sets up the outside of fan, the filter screen passes through the fastener to be fixed on the first curb plate in order to seal the hole is dodged to the third.
17. The fixing device according to claim 1, wherein a positioning block is disposed on the first housing, a positioning groove is disposed on the positioning block, a positioning element engaged with the positioning groove is disposed on the second housing, and the positioning element is selectively engaged with the positioning groove.
18. A fixation device as claimed in claim 17, wherein the positioning member comprises:
a rotating plate;
one end of the rotating shaft is pivotally connected with the second shell, and the other end of the rotating shaft is fixed on the rotating plate;
the torsion spring is sleeved on the rotating shaft, and two ends of the torsion spring are fixedly connected with the second shell and the rotating plate respectively.
19. The fixture according to claim 17, wherein the positioning block is disposed on a front side of the first housing, and the positioning member is disposed on a front side of the second housing.
20. A big data server, comprising:
the fixture as claimed in any one of claims 1-19;
the computer is arranged in the second shell and is fixed with the second shell in a threaded manner;
the data wire harness sequentially penetrates through the first avoidance hole and the second avoidance hole and is electrically connected with the computer, and the fixing device clamps or loosens the data wire harness.
