(5) After receiving the control instruction, the screen projection receiving service forwards the control instruction to the video conference program in a broadcast sending mode or other transmission modes.
(6) After the video conference program receives the control instruction carrying the room number, the judgment is carried out:
a) and if the conference flat plate is not in the video conference, joining the video conference through the conference room number and initiating screen sharing.
b) If the conference tablet is already in the video conference of the conference room number but is not the screen sharing initiator, screen sharing is initiated.
c) If the conference tablet is already in the video conference for that conference room number and is the screen sharing initiator, no processing is done.
d) If the conference tablet is already in the video conference (not the conference room number), no processing is done.
(7) And opening the state of a microphone and a camera of the conference tablet in the video conference, and closing the microphone of the current computer in the video conference.
By the scheme, the problems that the discussion scene of the user in the conference is transferred to the conference tablet from the computer and a complicated operation process exists when the discussion scene needs to be shared to the remote user can be solved, and an option is provided for rapidly switching the discussion scene.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the figures are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and may be performed in other orders unless explicitly stated herein. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in the flow chart of the figure may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.

Claims (13)

1. A sharing control method of a video conference is applied to a terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after screen projection connection is established with a conference panel, screen pictures of a terminal are projected onto the conference panel for display;
and sending a control instruction carrying the video conference information to the conference tablet so that the conference tablet joins the video conference according to the control instruction and starts a first peripheral device used in the video conference.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before sending the control command carrying the videoconference information to the conference tablet, the method further comprises:
displaying prompt information for controlling a conference panel to join a current video conference and starting screen sharing on an interface;
and when receiving the prompt information confirmed by the user, executing the step of sending a control instruction carrying the video conference information to the conference tablet.
3. The sharing control method of a video conference according to claim 1, further comprising:
closing a second peripheral device used by the terminal in the video conference; wherein the second peripheral device includes a microphone and a camera of the terminal.
4. The sharing control method for video conference according to claim 1, further comprising, before the terminal establishes the screen-casting connection with the conference tablet:
detecting whether a terminal and the conference flat plate are in the same local area network or not, if so, establishing connection between the terminal and the conference flat plate through a link code;
otherwise, the terminal and the conference panel are switched to the same network, and the step of establishing screen projection connection between the terminal and the conference panel is executed.
5. A sharing control device of a video conference, which is applied to a terminal, is characterized by comprising:
the first screen projection module is used for projecting a screen picture of the terminal to the conference panel for displaying after screen projection connection is established with the conference panel;
and the instruction sending module is used for sending a control instruction carrying the video conference information to the conference panel so that the conference panel joins the video conference according to the control instruction and starts a first peripheral device used in the video conference.
6. A sharing control method of a video conference is applied to a conference flat plate and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after screen projection connection with a terminal is established, receiving a screen picture sent by screen projection of the terminal, and displaying the screen picture on the conference panel;
and receiving a control instruction which is sent by the terminal and carries the video conference information, adding a conference panel into the video conference according to the control instruction, and starting a first peripheral device used in the video conference.
7. The sharing control method of a video conference according to claim 6, further comprising: and initiating screen sharing according to the control instruction so as to share the screen picture of the conference tablet in the video conference.
8. The method according to claim 6, wherein the receiving the control instruction carrying the videoconference information sent by the terminal includes:
receiving a control instruction which is transmitted by a screen projection receiving service program and carries video conference connection information; and the control instruction is sent to the screen receiving service program by the terminal.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein the videoconference connection information includes a room number of a current videoconference and command parameters for a conference tablet to turn on a microphone and a camera in the videoconference.
10. The sharing control method of the video conference according to claim 6, wherein the adding a conference tablet to the current video conference according to the control instruction and initiating the screen of the screen sharing conference tablet comprises:
if the conference flat plate is not in any video conference, controlling the conference flat plate to join the corresponding video conference through the video conference room number, and controlling the conference flat plate to initiate screen sharing;
if the conference flat plate is already in the video conference corresponding to the video conference room number and the conference flat plate is not the initiator of the screen sharing, controlling the conference flat plate to initiate the screen sharing;
if the conference flat plate is already in the video conference corresponding to the video conference room number and the conference flat plate is the initiator of screen sharing, no processing is performed;
and if the conference flat plate is already in the video conference corresponding to the room number of the other video conference, not processing.
11. A video conference sharing control device is applied to a video conference program of a conference tablet, and is characterized by comprising:
the second screen projection module is used for receiving a screen picture sent by screen projection of the terminal after screen projection connection is established with the terminal, and displaying the screen picture on the conference panel;
and the instruction receiving module is used for receiving a control instruction which is sent by the terminal and carries the video conference information, adding the conference tablet into the video conference according to the control instruction and starting first peripheral equipment used in the video conference.
12. A terminal having a video conference program installed thereon, characterized in that the video conference program is configured to execute the steps of the sharing control method of a video conference according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
13. A conference tablet having a video conference program installed thereon, wherein the video conference program is configured to execute the steps of the sharing control method of a video conference according to any one of claims 6 to 10.
