If the suitability meets the requirement, the corrugated paper printing equipment can send a personalized printing order application message to the printing description data exchanger to apply for obtaining a personalized printing order, and the printing description data exchanger sends the personalized printing order application message to the digital printing manager. When the digital printing manager issues an allocation instruction allowing order application, the printing description data exchanger converts the printing description data corresponding to the personalized printing order into a printing instruction, and issues the printing instruction to the corrugated paper printing equipment to execute the personalized printing order.
The digital printing manager is used for issuing a personalized printing order to the corrugated paper printing equipment according to an application initiated by the corrugated paper printing equipment of the distributed corrugated paper printing equipment supply chain, establishing a printing management process for the personalized printing order, synchronizing the printing management process to the printing description data exchanger and adding the printing description data.
As shown in fig. 2, the digital printing manager includes a printing management scheduling module, a data center module, an equipment status maintenance module, and an equipment failure processing module. The printing management scheduling module is used for distributing the personalized printing order to the corrugated paper printing equipment according to an application initiated by the corrugated paper printing equipment; and establishing a printing management process for the personalized printing order, and updating the printing management process according to the feedback of the corrugated paper printing equipment to the printing instruction. The data center module obtains data and messages from a data message stack of the printing description data exchanger, and performs data management, monitoring, storage and visual display; the data center module can realize the visualization of data; and, the data center module can synchronize a printing management process to the printing description data exchanger to add the printing description data. The equipment state maintenance module can be used for carrying out real-time visual transparent monitoring on the equipment operation condition, the production environment condition, the material condition and the like of the supply chain of the distributed corrugated paper printing equipment through the printing description data exchanger, and checking real-time data and historical data curves in the aspects of equipment, environment, materials and the like. The equipment fault processing module realizes the fault prediction and maintenance of the supply chain of the distributed corrugated paper printing equipment; the equipment fault processing module obtains data and information of a supply chain of the distributed corrugated paper printing equipment through the printing description data exchanger, and judges whether fault risks exist in the individualized printing order executed by the corrugated paper printing equipment or not according to the data and the information and a preset fault prediction rule, so that fault grading is carried out, and accidents and machine halt are avoided.
And the digital printing cloud platform interface is used for carrying out big data statistical analysis on the personalized printing orders and the printing management process thereof based on the interaction with the printing description data exchanger. The digital printing cloud platform interface is a cloud platform with big data analysis capability, and can extract big data indexes facing to all printing management processes of the whole distributed corrugated paper printing equipment supply chain. The digital printing cloud platform interface and the data center module perform data sharing, and massive equipment data, environmental data and material data are accumulated. Therefore, the discovery and analysis of the big data indexes are realized by combining an AI data analysis algorithm on the basis of mass big data.
As shown in fig. 3, the present invention provides a personalized paper product digital print description data transmission system, comprising: the system comprises a corrugated paper personalized printing demand end and a corrugated paper digital printing supply end, wherein the corrugated paper digital printing supply end comprises a personalized printing description deconstructor, a printing description data exchanger, a distributed corrugated paper printing equipment supply chain, a digital printing manager and a digital printing cloud platform interface. The personalized printing demand end of the corrugated paper can be a terminal device such as a computer and a mobile phone used by an end user of a corrugated paper packing paper product or a manufacturer of the corrugated paper packing paper product, and the digital printing supply end of the corrugated paper is a digital printing service platform on a network side and is used for realizing the personalized printing demand of the corrugated paper.
The individualized printing demand end of corrugated paper is connected with the individualized printing description deconstructor through a network, the individualized printing demand end of corrugated paper provides an individualized printing order and individualized printing demand information, and the individualized printing description deconstructor analyzes according to the individualized printing demand information to form printing description data.
The personalized printing order provided by the personalized printing demand end of the corrugated paper comprises delivery time, the number of ordered sheets, the specification requirement of original corrugated paper sheets, the order acceptance price and the like; and the personalized printing order can be added with personalized printing requirement information, the personalized printing requirement information comprises pictures and characters to be printed, and based on the pictures and the characters to be printed, breadth size attributes, element type attributes, surface modification attributes, resolution attributes, color attributes and the like which are matched with the personalized printing requirement information are also added into the personalized printing requirement information. The personalized printing demand end of the corrugated paper can provide the personalized printing demand information in a mode of filling an order form and uploading a layout file with pictures and characters to be printed. Furthermore, the breadth size attribute and the surface modification attribute can be directly read from the metadata information of the layout file; the element type attribute can extract the layout constituent elements from the layout file, and the type (characters, figures and photos) of each layout constituent element can be obtained by directly identifying the type of the layout constituent element; and determining the resolution attribute of the layout information according to the element type attribute and the printing quality grade of each layout component, and determining the color attribute of the layout information according to the pixel color number and the printing quality grade of each layout component, so as to be added to the personalized printing requirement information.
And the personalized printing description deconstructor analyzes according to the personalized printing requirement information to form printing description data. Specifically, the personalized printing description deconstructor firstly classifies the printing types according to the acquired personalized printing requirement information; and the personalized printing description deconstructor inputs the breadth size attribute, the element type attribute, the surface modification attribute, the resolution attribute and the color attribute in the personalized printing requirement information into a classifier, and the trained classifier can determine the printing type matched with the personalized printing requirement information based on the attributes, wherein the printing type comprises one of flexography, indirect offset printing, direct offset printing, silk-screen printing and gravure printing. For example, the personalized printing requirement information with the breadth size attribute of large, the layout component type of character or graph, and the resolution attribute and the color attribute of low can be matched with the screen printing or the flexographic printing; the personalized printing requirement information with the breadth size attribute of 'middle', the layout component of 'photo', the resolution attribute and the color attribute of high can be matched with indirect offset printing or direct offset printing. And then, the personalized printing description deconstructor calls the printing description slot template corresponding to the printing type according to the determined printing type, fills the printing description slot template by analyzing the personalized printing requirement information and the supplementary dialogue with the personalized printing requirement end of the corrugated paper, and finally generates the printing description data.

the distributed corrugated paper printing equipment supply chain comprises a plurality of types of corrugated paper printing equipment which are established in a distributed mode, wherein the types of the corrugated paper printing equipment comprise a flexographic printing equipment, an indirect offset printing equipment, a direct offset printing equipment, a screen printing equipment and/or a gravure printing equipment; the corrugated paper printing equipment obtains print description data which are transmitted isomorphically from the print description data exchanger, determines the adaptation degree of the personalized printing requirement and the corrugated paper printing equipment according to the print description data, applies for and obtains a personalized printing order from the digital printing manager, converts the print description data corresponding to the personalized printing order into a printing instruction and executes the personalized printing order;
the digital printing manager is used for issuing a personalized printing order to the corrugated paper printing equipment according to an application initiated by the corrugated paper printing equipment of the distributed corrugated paper printing equipment supply chain, establishing a printing management process for the personalized printing order, synchronizing the printing management process to the printing description data exchanger and adding printing description data;
and the digital printing cloud platform interface is used for carrying out big data statistical analysis on the personalized printing orders and the printing management process thereof based on the interaction with the printing description data exchanger.

The system for transmitting digital printing description data of personalized paper products according to claim 1, wherein the personalized printing description deconstructor first classifies the printing type according to the obtained personalized printing requirement information; the personalized printing description deconstructor inputs the breadth size attribute, the element type attribute, the surface modification attribute, the resolution attribute and the color attribute in the personalized printing requirement information into a classifier, and the trained classifier can determine the printing type matched with the personalized printing requirement information based on the attributes, wherein the printing type comprises one of flexography, indirect offset printing, direct offset printing, silk-screen printing and gravure printing; and then, the personalized printing description deconstructor calls a printing description slot template corresponding to the printing type according to the determined printing type, fills the printing description slot template by analyzing the personalized printing requirement information and the supplementary dialogue with the personalized printing requirement end of the corrugated paper, and finally generates the printing description data.

The personalized paper product digital print description data transmission system of claim 1, wherein the print description data exchanger creates, maintains and manages a data message stack; the data message stack comprises a plurality of groups of data stacks and message stacks, messages and data transmitted between the supply chain of the distributed corrugated paper printing equipment and the digital printing manager are converted according to a uniform format and then are respectively added into the data stacks and the message stacks, and the stacks with different priorities are set according to the emergency levels of the data and the messages.

The system for transmitting digital printing description data of personalized paper products according to claim 3, wherein the printing description data exchanger issues and updates a printing description data label form, wherein the form item in the form records the printing description data corresponding to each personalized printing requirement, and reflects the breadth size attribute, the element type attribute, the surface modification attribute, the resolution attribute and the color attribute in the printing description data; and an interpreter is configured in the printing description data exchanger aiming at the printing description data labeling form, and the interpreter can translate form items into industrial control instructions according to industrial control instructions supported by corrugated paper printing equipment of a distributed corrugated paper printing equipment supply chain and according to the format and instruction mechanism of the industrial control instructions and send the industrial control instructions to the corrugated paper printing equipment in series or in parallel.

The personalized paper product digital print description data transmission system of claim 1, wherein the digital print manager comprises: a printing management scheduling module; the printing management scheduling module is used for distributing the personalized printing order to the corrugated paper printing equipment according to an application initiated by the corrugated paper printing equipment; and establishing a printing management process for the personalized printing order, and updating the printing management process according to the feedback of the corrugated paper printing equipment to the printing instruction.

The personalized paper product digital print description data transmission system of claim 1, wherein the digital print manager comprises: a data center module; the data center module is used for acquiring data and messages from a data message stack of the printing description data exchanger, and performing data management, monitoring, storage and visual display; and, the data center module can synchronize a printing management process to the printing description data exchanger to add the printing description data.

The personalized paper product digital print description data transmission system of claim 1, wherein the digital print manager comprises: a device state maintenance module; the equipment state maintenance module can be used for visually and transparently monitoring the equipment operation condition, the production environment condition, the material condition and the like of the supply chain of the distributed corrugated paper printing equipment in real time through the printing description data exchanger, and checking real-time data and historical data curves of the equipment, the environment, the materials and the like.

The personalized paper product digital print description data transmission system of claim 1, wherein the digital print manager comprises: an equipment fault processing module; the equipment fault processing module is used for realizing fault prediction and maintenance of a supply chain of the distributed corrugated paper printing equipment; the equipment fault processing module obtains data and information of a supply chain of the distributed corrugated paper printing equipment through the printing description data exchanger, and judges whether fault risks exist in the individualized printing order executed by the corrugated paper printing equipment or not according to the data and the information and a preset fault prediction rule, so that fault grading is carried out, and accidents and machine halt are avoided.
9. A method for transmitting digital printing description data of personalized paper products is characterized by comprising the following steps:
providing an individualized printing order and individualized printing demand information through a network based on an individualized printing demand terminal of corrugated paper;
analyzing according to the personalized printing requirement information based on a personalized printing description deconstructor to form printing description data;
based on a printing description data exchanger serving as an uplink interface and a downlink interface of a supply chain of the distributed corrugated paper printing equipment, enabling the printing description data formed by the personalized printing description deconstructor to realize isomorphic transmission to the supply chain of the distributed corrugated paper printing equipment and realizing instruction and message exchange between the supply chain of the distributed corrugated paper printing equipment and the digital printing manager;
logging in the printing description data exchanger based on corrugated paper printing equipment, and traversing and reading a printing description data label form issued by the printing description data exchanger; the corrugated paper printing equipment obtains form items in the printing description data labeling form, and the adaptability between the individualized printing requirement of the printing description data labeling form description and the corrugated paper printing equipment is determined according to the form items;
if the adaptation degree meets the requirement, the corrugated paper printing equipment can send a personalized printing order application message to the slave printing description data exchanger to apply for obtaining a personalized printing order, and the printing description data exchanger sends the personalized printing order application message to the digital printing manager;
based on the application initiated by the digital printing manager according to the corrugated paper printing equipment of the distributed corrugated paper printing equipment supply chain, a personalized printing order is issued to the corrugated paper printing equipment, a printing management process is established for the personalized printing order, and the printing management process is synchronized to the printing description data exchanger to add the printing description data.

The method for transmitting digital printing description data of personalized paper products according to claim 9, wherein the step of parsing based on the personalized printing description deconstructor according to the personalized printing requirement information to form printing description data specifically comprises:
based on the personalized printing description deconstructor, firstly classifying the printing types according to the obtained personalized printing requirement information; the personalized printing description deconstructor inputs the breadth size attribute, the element type attribute, the surface modification attribute, the resolution attribute and the color attribute in the personalized printing requirement information into a classifier, and the trained classifier can determine the printing type matched with the personalized printing requirement information based on the attributes, wherein the printing type comprises one of flexography, indirect offset printing, direct offset printing, silk-screen printing and gravure printing; and then, based on the personalized printing description deconstructor, calling the printing description slot template corresponding to the printing type according to the determined printing type, filling the printing description slot template by analyzing the personalized printing requirement information and the supplementary dialogue with the personalized printing requirement end of the corrugated paper, and finally generating the printing description data.
