Claims (8)

1. A material informatization management system based on radio frequency identification technology is characterized by comprising the following components:
the sample receiving database is used for storing sample receiving information;
the registration module is connected with the sample receiving database and is used for registering material related information, importing the registered material related information into the sample receiving database and transmitting an instruction to the submission module;
the submission module is connected with the registration module, accepts an instruction from the registration module, is used for completing submission and sample receiving records of the material, and transmits the instruction to the identification module;
the identification module is connected with the submission module, accepts an instruction from the submission module, is used for finishing taking and recording the material and transmits the instruction to the rechecking module;
the rechecking module is connected with the identification module, accepts the instruction from the identification module, is used for completing the rechecking related record of the material and transmits the instruction to the warehousing module;
the warehousing module is connected with the rechecking module, accepts the instruction from the rechecking module, is used for finishing warehousing related records of the materials and transmits the instruction to the monitoring module;
and the monitoring module is connected with the warehousing module, accepts the instruction from the warehousing module and is used for finishing the monitoring management of all records of the materials.
2. The system for informationized management of materials based on radio frequency identification technology according to claim 1, wherein:
the registration module, the submission module, the identification module, the rechecking module and the warehousing module are respectively provided with a recognizer;
when the reader receives a signal transmitted by a radio frequency tag or a radio frequency chip, the registration module, the submission module, the identification module, the review module or the warehousing module corresponding to the reader starts to work.

the sample receiving information comprises material direct information and material related information;
the material direct genus information comprises: material name, material quantity, material package, whether double or multiple copies exist;
the material-related information includes: namely material number, material source mark, material source name, material source contact, material acceptance time and material circulation time.

The system for informationized management of materials based on radio frequency identification technology according to claim 3, wherein: when the submission module works, the submission module allows the UID of the RFID label, the non-contact IC card chip and the ID card chip to be bound to a corresponding material, and the material is uniquely identified.
5. The system for informationized management of materials based on radio frequency identification technology according to claim 4, wherein:
when the identification module works, judging whether the material is in compliance according to the selection information received from the submission module;
allowing use of the material when the material meets specifications, the authentication module recording the time of use, the person using and the use of the material;
and when the material is not in accordance with the standard, the identification module displays warning information and sends the warning information to the monitoring module.

The system for informationized management of materials based on radio frequency identification technology according to claim 5, wherein: when the rechecking module works, the rechecking module has an auditing and feedback mechanism, and can record auditing and feedback process time points, users/auditors and feedback information.
7. The system for informationized management of materials based on radio frequency identification technology according to claim 6, wherein:
the warehousing module records and stores warehousing time, warehousing people, warehousing and storage places, transfer time, transfer people, transfer receivers, destruction time and destruction people;
the warehousing module also has the functions of expiration reminding and residual quantity reminding.

The system for informationized management of materials based on radio frequency identification technology according to claim 7, wherein: the monitoring module has the functions of monitoring and warning whether the whole system normally operates or not, whether the material circulation process is in compliance or not and the like when working.
