Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments.
The embodiment provides a data standard verification system based on a blockchain, which includes a server and a data acquisition module connected to each other, where the server includes a computer-readable storage medium and a processor connected to each other, and the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by the processor, the method implements the data standard verification method based on a blockchain as shown in fig. 1, and includes the following step A, B, C, D, E, F, G.
A. The identity information of each medical staff, the identity information of each patient and each diagnosis and treatment data thereof are collected from hospital databases of multiple hospitals.
In this embodiment, each hospital establishes a hospital database for storing diagnosis and treatment data, after medical staff diagnose and treat patients, the identity information and the diagnosis and treatment data of the same patient are associated with each other through a terminal (for example, a computer), and then the identity information of the medical staff, the identity information of the same patient and the diagnosis and treatment data are uploaded to the hospital database to be stored, so that the identity information of each medical staff, the identity information of each patient and each item of diagnosis and treatment data are stored in the hospital database. The data acquisition module of the system is connected with each hospital database, so that the server can acquire the identity information of each medical staff, the identity information of each patient and each diagnosis and treatment data thereof from the hospital databases of the hospitals through the data acquisition module. Each diagnosis and treatment data comprises historical illness states and corresponding historical diagnosis and treatment schemes.
B. And uploading the identity information of each medical staff, the identity information of each patient and each diagnosis and treatment data thereof to the block chain.
After acquiring the identity information of each medical staff, the identity information of each patient and various diagnosis and treatment data thereof, the server uploads the identity information of each medical staff, the identity information of each patient and various diagnosis and treatment data thereof to the block chain. The blockchain has a plurality of nodes, the nodes are servers in each area, and the identity information of each medical staff, the identity information of each patient and each diagnosis and treatment data uploaded to the blockchain are recorded in each node.
C. And acquiring a diagnosis and treatment request from a patient to medical staff.
Before a patient goes to a doctor, the patient firstly inputs own login verification information on the portable electronic equipment, wherein the login verification information comprises at least one of an account ID and a mobile phone number and a password corresponding to the account ID or the mobile phone number. The portable electronic equipment sends the patient login verification information to the server, and the server acquires the patient login verification information through the portable electronic equipment, because the patient login verification information comprises at least one of an account ID and a mobile phone number, and the account ID and the mobile phone number are uniquely corresponding to the patient identity information, the server can identify the patient identity information according to the patient login verification information.
In this embodiment, each medical staff is provided with an identification code, such as a two-dimensional code, a barcode, etc., to which the identity information of the medical staff is bound. When a patient is hospitalized, the portable electronic equipment which inputs patient login information is used for scanning the identification code to obtain code scanning information, the portable electronic equipment sends the code scanning information to the server, and therefore the server obtains a diagnosis and treatment request which is provided by the patient to medical staff through the portable electronic equipment, and the diagnosis and treatment request comprises identity information of the patient and identity information of the medical staff to be requested.
D. And identifying the identity information of the patient and the identity information of the medical personnel according to the diagnosis and treatment request.
Because the diagnosis and treatment comprises the identity information of the requested patient and the identity information of the requested medical personnel, the server can identify the identity information of the requested patient and the identity information of the requested medical personnel according to the diagnosis and treatment request.
E. And sending the identity information of the patient and the identity information of the medical personnel to be requested to the blockchain.
After the server identifies the identity information of the patient and the identity information of the medical personnel to be requested, the identity information of the patient and the identity information of the medical personnel to be requested are sent to the blockchain, and all nodes of the blockchain receive the identity information of the patient and the identity information of the medical personnel to be requested.
F. And respectively verifying the identity information of the requested medical personnel by using each node in the block chain to obtain the verification condition of each node, wherein the verification condition comprises that the verification is passed and the verification is not passed.
Since each node of the block chain is a server in each region, and the nodes record the identity information of each medical staff, the nodes can be used as verification modules for verifying the identity information of the requested medical staff. Specifically, each node of the blockchain compares the identity information of the requested medical staff with the recorded identity information of each medical staff for verification, and determines whether the identity information of the requested medical staff is the same as the recorded identity information of one of the medical staff or not, if so, a verification condition that the verification is passed is obtained, and if not, a verification condition that the verification is not passed is obtained.
G. And calculating to obtain a verification passing rate according to the ratio of the verification passing times of each node to the total verification times, and if the verification passing rate exceeds a preset value, returning the diagnosis and treatment data of the request patient to the requested medical personnel by the block chain according to the identity information of the request patient.
Since each node in the block chain respectively verifies the identity information of the requested medical personnel, the total verification frequency can be obtained to be equal to the number of the nodes in the block chain, and after each node is verified, the verification condition of passing or failing verification can be obtained, so the verification passing frequency and the verification failing frequency can be obtained according to the verification condition of each node. For example, if the number of nodes in the block chain is 100, and 10 nodes fail to verify and fail, the total number of times of verification is 100, the number of times of verification passes is 100-10 to 90, and the number of times of verification fails is 10. Then, the verification passing rate is calculated to be 90/100-9/10 according to the ratio of the verification passing times of each node to the total verification times, and then the verification passing rate is compared with a preset value 2/3, so that the verification passing rate exceeds the preset value, and therefore the blockchain returns the diagnosis and treatment data of the requested patient to the requested medical staff through the hospital terminal according to the identity information of the requested patient. In other embodiments, if the verification pass rate does not exceed the preset value 2/3, the medical data of the requesting patient is not returned to the requested medical personnel.
Thus, even if a certain node (corresponding to a verification module) in the block chain fails, the identity information of the requested medical personnel can be verified by other nodes.
The above description is only the embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of protection is not limited thereto. The insubstantial changes or substitutions will now be made by those skilled in the art based on the teachings of the present invention, which fall within the scope of the claims.
