Abstract
The invention discloses a self-regulating constant-temperature exhaust water separator of a magnetic suspension air compressor, which comprises a fixed plate, wherein a water inlet assembly for supplying water to the magnetic suspension air compressor and a water outlet assembly for discharging water in the magnetic suspension air compressor are arranged on the fixed plate; the water inlet assembly comprises a water inlet main pipe for receiving an external water source and a plurality of water inlet joints for supplying water to all parts of the magnetic suspension air compressor; the water outlet assembly comprises a main water drain pipe for draining water in the magnetic suspension air compressor and a plurality of water drain joints for collecting water drained by each component of the magnetic suspension air compressor; the water inlet joint and the water inlet main pipe and the water discharge joint and the water discharge main pipe are connected through water distribution joints; the invention has good sealing performance and simple and convenient installation and maintenance, can improve the operation stability and the energy-saving effect of the whole unit and automatically control the water quantity.

the water inlet joint and the water inlet main pipe and the water discharge joint and the water discharge main pipe are connected through the water distribution joint.

the water outlet assembly comprises a main water drain pipe 5 for draining water in the magnetic suspension air compressor and a plurality of water drain joints for collecting water drained by each component of the magnetic suspension air compressor;
the water inlet joint and the water inlet main pipe 4 and the water discharge joint and the water discharge main pipe 5 are connected through the water distribution joint 6.
The plurality of water inlet joints comprise a cooler water inlet joint 7, a frequency converter water inlet joint 8 and a motor cooling water inlet joint 9, wherein the cooler water inlet joint 7 is connected with an electric regulating valve 10 for regulating water inflow, and the electric regulating valve 10 is connected with the cooler water inlet joint 7 through a hose 11; can set up temperature sensor in magnetic suspension air compressor's exhaust department, be connected temperature sensor and electrical control valve 10 electricity, through the temperature that temperature sensor detected, electrical control valve 10 adjusts the aperture, and the inflow of control cooler guarantees that exhaust temperature keeps in certain extent.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a cooling water drainage joint 15 for discharging cooling water inside the cooler and a condensed water drainage joint 16 for discharging condensed water of the cooler are further arranged on the fixing plate 1, and the cooling water drainage joint 15 is connected with the cooler of the magnetic levitation air compressor.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the water inlet joint and the water outlet joint have the same structure, and both comprise a fixed section 17 for connecting with the water diversion joint 6 and a connecting section 18 for connecting with a pipeline of the magnetic levitation air compressor, a fixed shaft 19 is arranged on the side surface of the fixed section 17 along the flowing direction of water, and the connecting section 18 is formed by splicing two shells 20 with semicircular sections; the edge of each shell is provided with a connecting ring 21 matched with the diameter of the fixed shaft 19, and the connecting ring 21 is sleeved on the fixed shaft 19; connecting pieces 22 for locking are arranged on the other sides of the two shells opposite to the connecting ring 21, and bolt holes are formed in the connecting pieces 22.
An overlapping section 23 is arranged between the fixed section 17 and the connecting section 18, the overlapping section 23 is of a double-layer cylindrical structure and comprises an inner layer 24 and an outer layer 25, the inner layer 24 is connected with the end part of the fixed section 17, and the outer layer 25 is connected with the end part of the connecting section 18.
On the matching surface of the inner layer 24 and the outer layer 25, one of the matching surfaces is provided with an annular sealing boss 26, the other matching surface is provided with an annular clamping groove 27 corresponding to the annular sealing boss 26, and the bottom of the annular clamping groove 27 is provided with a sealing ring to enhance the sealing performance of the joint.
When the self-regulating constant-temperature exhaust water separator of the magnetic suspension air compressor is used, a water inlet connector and a water discharge connector are firstly connected with a pipeline of the magnetic suspension air compressor, and the specific connection process is as follows: the shell 20 of the connecting section 18 is opened to rotate along the fixed shaft 19, then the shell 20 is closed, the pipeline to be connected is clamped between the two shells 20, the bolts are screwed down to complete the connection, and the annular sealing boss 26 presses the sealing ring 28 in the annular clamping groove 27 to complete the sealing.
After the pipeline connection is completed, the water inlet main pipe and the water discharge main pipe are respectively connected with an external pipeline, the installation of the automatic water distributor is completed, water supply and water discharge are carried out, the electric regulating valve is used for regulating the water inlet quantity of the cooler, and the exhaust temperature is regulated.
