In this example, the alkali solution preferably comprises sodium hydroxide solution, and the operating temperature of the extruder is controlled at 145 ℃ in the S3 pelletization.

Claims (8)
1. A cloth pasting embroidery process for shirts is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
step one, embroidering embryo: fixing the base fabric on an embroidery frame, embroidering the pattern of the pattern on the surface of the base fabric by using an embroidery machine, and cutting off redundant parts along the outline of the embroidered pattern to obtain embroidery blanks; flattening the embroidery blank by using flattening equipment, controlling the force applied by the flattening equipment to be sequentially increased by taking 15-25N as a basic quantity when the flattening equipment is used for flattening, and stopping flattening when the force applied by the flattening equipment reaches 75-95N;
step two, positioning: the surface of the shirt is provided with an embroidery thread which is the same as the outline of the embroidery blank, so as to obtain a positioning outline; in the second positioning step, two first positioning parts are moved out of the positioning outline by using an empty needle, then two second positioning parts matched with the first positioning parts are moved out of the surface of the embroidery blank, and the two first positioning parts are completely attached to the two second positioning parts during positioning;
step three, viscose: placing the embroidery blank obtained in the first step on an operation table, then gluing to form a melt adhesive layer on the surface of the embroidery blank, and then adhering the embroidery blank into a positioning contour for fixing;
step four, fine embroidery: filling embroidery paper on the back of the shirt, then using an embroidery machine to perform fine embroidery on color embroidery threads according to the embroidery patterns, and cutting and removing redundant thread heads and burrs after the fine embroidery is completed to obtain an embroidery face;
fifth, decoration: and finally, decorating ornaments and beads on the surface of the embroidery surface, and cutting redundant ornaments burrs completely after finishing decoration.
2. A process for embroidering a shirt cloth according to claim 1, wherein: and in the fourth step of fine embroidery, the embroidery face is fixed on an embroidery machine by using a triangular needle for one circle, and then the selvedge-sewing full embroidery is performed by using a binding needle method.
3. A process for embroidering a shirt cloth according to claim 1, wherein: and designing the pattern according to a design scheme before the step one embroidery blank, and printing or drawing the pattern by using a manual hand.
4. A process for embroidering a shirt cloth according to claim 1, wherein: the base fabric comprises cotton and hemp fabric, and embroidery threads used in the first step of embroidery embryo, the second step of positioning and the fourth step of fine embroidery are silk threads.
5. A process for embroidering a shirt cloth according to claim 2, wherein: and step four, placing the shirt and the embroidery face into cleaning equipment for cleaning after fine embroidery, cleaning and peeling the embroidery paper, and drying and ironing after cleaning.

A process for embroidering a shirt cloth according to claim 1, wherein: and thirdly, preheating the shirt in heating equipment before gluing, keeping the preheating temperature at 110-125 ℃, and then performing hot pressing fixation by using hot pressing equipment after the embroidery is attached to the positioning contour.
7. A process for embroidering a shirt cloth according to claim 1, wherein: the preparation process of the melt adhesive layer in the step three adhesive comprises the following steps:
s1, raw materials: 15-20 parts of SEBS thermoplastic elastomer, 9-18 parts of polyether polyol, 20-25 parts of aqueous polyester resin, 10-25 parts of deionized water, 2-8 parts of corn starch and 9-18 parts of alkali solution;
s2, mixing: placing corn starch and deionized water into heating equipment, stirring, heating to 35-45deg.C, adding alkali solution, mixing, continuously heating to 50-65deg.C, standing for reaction to obtain a mixture;
s3, granulating: sequentially placing the SEBS thermoplastic elastomer, the water-based polyester resin, the polyether polyol and the mixture into stirring equipment for mixing, and injecting the mixture into an extruder for extrusion granulation after the mixing is completed to obtain melt adhesive particles;
s4, preparation: and (3) putting the melt adhesive particles into heating equipment for heating, injecting the melt adhesive particles into a gluing machine for gluing the embroidery blanks after the melt adhesive particles are melted, and obtaining the melt adhesive layer after gluing is completed.
8. The process for embroidering a shirt cloth according to claim 7, wherein: the alkali solution comprises sodium hydroxide solution, and the working temperature of the extruder in the S3 granulation is controlled to be 145-165 ℃.
