s1, preparation of raw materials: placing natural rock containing calcium carbonate into a device, calcining at high temperature to generate blocky calcium oxide and carbon dioxide, discharging the generated carbon dioxide to avoid the reaction of the carbon dioxide and the calcium oxide, and then taking out the blocky calcium oxide for later use;
s2, processing raw materials: adding the blocky calcium oxide prepared in the step S1 into a crusher, controlling the crusher to crush the blocky calcium oxide, and obtaining coarse calcium oxide particles after crushing;
s3, dust removal processing: putting the coarse calcium oxide particles in the crusher in the S2 into a pulse dust collector by using a lifting machine, then carrying out dust removal treatment on the coarse calcium oxide particles by using the pulse dust collector, controlling a blanking hopper of the pulse dust collector to carry out blanking after the dust removal is finished, and immediately dropping the coarse calcium oxide particles after the dust removal into a raw material bin to be processed;
s4, fine grinding: the coarse calcium oxide particles falling into the raw material bin to be processed in S3 are put into a Raymond mill in a spiral feeding mode, then the Raymond mill is controlled to carry out fine grinding on the coarse calcium oxide particles, and the coarse calcium oxide particles are removed and collected after processing is finished, so that calcium oxide powder is obtained;
s5, air separation and conveying: sieving the calcium oxide powder obtained in the step S4 by a winnowing machine, separating the calcium oxide powder which does not accord with a certain particle size from the calcium oxide powder, then putting the calcium oxide powder into a Raymond mill for grinding again, conveying the calcium oxide powder which accords with the certain particle size into a finished product raw material bin by a conveyor, and then packaging the calcium oxide powder in the finished product raw material bin by a specified packaging machine to obtain a finished product of the calcium oxide production process.
