面料就是用来制作服装的材料,作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果,高功能面料一种是户外运动功能性面料制作的服装,此类面料主要以登山服、滑雪服、冲锋衣为主,风格粗犷,手感硬挺,对产品性能要求非常高,适用探险和恶劣环境下使用,对人具有起到保护的作用,另外一种是户外休闲功能性面料制作的服装,其定义就是走出家门外就是户外活动,此类布料以休闲时尚为主,讲究做工精细,手感柔软,穿着舒适,适用于旅游、野外活动等,随着功能性面料的不断深入变化,人们对服装面料的功能要求越来越高,在服装使用过程中,往往期望生活中能够穿着舒适同时有很强的功能,适应生活化以及专业的需求想法。
目前,随着生活水平的提高,现代运动服高功能面料,其缺点防护性能差、不可屏蔽紫外线、抗菌除臭功能差、御寒防晒和吸湿排汗性能不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现代运动服高功能面料,其缺点防护性能差、不可屏蔽紫外线、抗菌除臭功能差、御寒防晒和吸湿排汗性能不足,而提出的一种可防紫外线与抗菌运动服高功能面料及其制备工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种可防紫外线与抗菌运动服高功能面料,包括有高功能面料,面料由多层材质结构构成,高功能面料由表面防护层、御寒防晒层、抗菌除臭面料基层、吸湿排汗层、接触层和可屏蔽紫外线涂层,表面防护层下方连接有御寒防晒层,且御寒防晒层下方连接有抗菌除臭面料基层,抗菌除臭面料基层下方连接有吸湿排汗层,且吸湿排汗层下方连接有接触层,抗菌除臭面料基层上方涂有可屏蔽紫外线涂层。

S2、法兰绒面料在编织前将羊毛通过染色技艺后,加入原色的羊毛经过混纺编织而成,采用斜纹编织和平纹编织技艺,同时经过缩绒及拉毛处理,使编织品具有了柔软及紧密的特点,通过纺纱机械将法兰绒和阻燃纤维沿经向和纬向呈垂直十字交错穿插相连制成布料,获取御寒防晒布料,再通过将银纤维布料与御寒防晒布料进行粘贴固定;
S3、通过将纯棉布料放置在无毒抗菌除臭药水内进行浸泡,浸泡后进行晾干杀菌处理,再将防紫外线涂料涂抹在纯棉布料上;
S4、通过纺纱机械将银纤维横向排列穿插在记忆丝布料内,获取吸湿排汗层所需布料原料;
S5、通过纺纱机械对纤维原料进行机械网眼布料制作,获取机械网眼布料,再通过将吸湿排汗布料与机械网眼布料进行粘贴固定。
S6、将接触层朝下吸湿排汗层朝上,再将抗菌除臭面料基层放置在吸湿排汗层上,将御寒防晒层朝下银纤维布料朝上放置在抗菌除臭面料基层上,再通过缝合机械将多层材质布料进行缝合构成所需的高功能面料。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中,采用银纤维布料来作为高性能面料的表层防护层,银纤维布料具有电磁屏蔽功能,迅速消除因摩擦所产生的静电,还具有防霉除臭功能,防止细菌滋生会让身体产生臭味,可促进血液循环,消除或显著减轻疲劳感,达到医疗卫生保健的功用具备更强的防护能力,同时轻薄舒适,柔软透气,具有更好的舒适度,采用可屏蔽紫外线涂层,有利于穿着这种面料的服装时完全不用担心皮肤被太阳晒伤,可以更好的保护皮肤不受紫外线的伤害;
2、本发明中,采用法兰绒和阻燃纤维构成的御寒防晒层,有利于使产品具有了柔软、紧密和防火的特点,增强产品功能性,采用纯棉面料经过浸泡抗菌除臭药水构成抗菌除臭面料基层,有利于增强产品抗菌除臭性能,提高产品品质,采用记忆丝布料和银纤维构成的吸湿排汗层,记忆丝布料记忆丝具有独特的记忆功能,舒适的手感,记忆丝面料柔软、光泽亮丽,使其织物可与丝绸媲美,记忆丝有抗皱防缩性、悬垂性、滑爽性及免烫效果,记忆丝有优越的抗菌性、防霉性,银纤维进一步提高产品防护性能,接触层采用机械网眼布料能够帮助我们的身体在承受压力之后得到更快的恢复,它的网眼结构能够给人在特定区域上到更强的支撑效果,减轻人体肌肉的疲劳和肿胀感。

S3、通过将纯棉布料放置在无毒抗菌除臭药水内进行浸泡,浸泡后进行晾干杀菌处理;
S4、通过纺纱机械将银纤维502横向排列穿插在记忆丝布料501内,获取吸湿排汗层5所需布料原料;
S5、通过纺纱机械对纤维原料进行机械网眼布料制作,获取机械网眼布料,再通过将吸湿排汗布料与机械网眼布料进行粘贴固定。
S6、将接触层6朝下吸湿排汗层5朝上,再将抗菌除臭面料基层4放置在吸湿排汗层5上,将御寒防晒层3朝下银纤维布料朝上放置在抗菌除臭面料基层4上,再通过缝合机械将多层材质布料进行缝合构成的高功能面料1。
综上所述:本发明中,采用银纤维布料来作为高性能面料表层防护层2,银纤维布料具有电磁屏蔽功能,迅速消除因摩擦所产生的静电,还具有防霉除臭功能,防止细菌滋生会让身体产生臭味,可促进血液循环,消除或显著减轻疲劳感,达到医疗卫生保健的功用具备更强的防护能力,同时轻薄舒适,柔软透气,具有更好的舒适度,采用可屏蔽紫外线涂层7,有利于穿着这种面料的服装时完全不用担心皮肤被太阳晒伤,可以更好的保护皮肤不受紫外线的伤害,采用法兰绒301和阻燃纤维302构成的御寒防晒层,有利于使产品具有了柔软、紧密和防火的特点,增强产品功能性,采用纯棉面料经过浸泡抗菌除臭药水构成抗菌除臭面料基层4,有利于增强产品抗菌除臭性能,提高产品品质。
采用记忆丝布料501和银纤维502构成的吸湿排汗层5,记忆丝布料501记忆丝具有独特的记忆功能,舒适的手感,记忆丝面料柔软、光泽亮丽,使其织物可与丝绸媲美,记忆丝有抗皱防缩性、悬垂性、滑爽性及免烫效果,记忆丝有优越的抗菌性、防霉性,银纤维502进一步提高产品防护性能,接触层6采用机械网眼布料能够帮助我们的身体在承受压力之后得到更快的恢复,它的网眼结构能够给人在特定区域上到更强的支撑效果,减轻人体肌肉的疲劳和肿胀感。

1.一种可防紫外线与抗菌运动服高功能面料,包括有高功能面料(1),其特征在于:所述高功能面料(1)由多层材质结构构成,所述高功能面料(1)由表面防护层(2)、御寒防晒层(3)、抗菌除臭面料基层(4)、吸湿排汗层(5)、接触层(6)和可屏蔽紫外线涂层(7),所述表面防护层(2)下方连接有御寒防晒层(3),且御寒防晒层(3)下方连接有抗菌除臭面料基层(4),所述抗菌除臭面料基层(4)下方连接有吸湿排汗层(5),且吸湿排汗层(5)下方连接有接触层(6),所述抗菌除臭面料基层(4)上方涂有可屏蔽紫外线涂层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可防紫外线与抗菌运动服高功能面料,其特征在于:所述表面防护层(2)通过化学镀银技术在尼龙纤维的表面形成一层银的镀层而形成的纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可防紫外线与抗菌运动服高功能面料,其特征在于:所述御寒防晒层(3)由法兰绒(301)和阻燃纤维(302)构成,且法兰绒(301)和阻燃纤维(302)通过经纬线方式编织组成御寒防晒层(3),且法兰绒(301)和阻燃纤维(302)沿经向和纬向呈垂直十字交错穿插相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可防紫外线与抗菌运动服高功能面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌除臭面料基层(4)由纯棉面料构成,且纯棉面料经过浸泡抗菌除臭药水构成抗菌除臭面料基层(4)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可防紫外线与抗菌运动服高功能面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌除臭面料基层(4)上方贴近御寒防晒层(3)下方,且抗菌除臭面料基层(4)下方贴近吸湿排汗层(5)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可防紫外线与抗菌运动服高功能面料,其特征在于:所述吸湿排汗层(5)由记忆丝布料(501)和银纤维(502)构成,所述银纤维(502)横向排列穿插在记忆丝布料(501)内,且银纤维(502)与记忆丝布料(501)构成一体化结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种可防紫外线与抗菌运动服高功能面料,其特征在于:所述接触层(6)由机械网眼布料构成,且机械网眼布料上分布若干个网眼结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种可防紫外线与抗菌运动服高功能面料,其特征在于:所述表面防护层(2)下方通过粘贴固定连接在御寒防晒层(3)上方,且表面防护层(2)与御寒防晒层(3)构成一体化结构。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种可防紫外线与抗菌运动服高功能面料,其特征在于:所述接触层(6)上方通过粘贴固定连接在吸湿排汗层(5)下方,且接触层(6)与吸湿排汗层(5)构成一体化结构。
10.根据权利要求1-9所述的一种可防紫外线与抗菌运动服高功能面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、通过化学镀银技术在尼龙纤维的表面形成一层银的镀层而形成的纤维,制备获得银纤维面料;
S2、法兰绒(301)面料在编织前将羊毛通过染色技艺后,加入原色的羊毛经过混纺编织而成,采用斜纹编织和平纹编织技艺,同时经过缩绒及拉毛处理,使编织品具有了柔软及紧密的特点,通过纺纱机械将法兰绒(301)和阻燃纤维(302)沿经向和纬向呈垂直十字交错穿插相连制成布料,获取御寒防晒布料,再通过将银纤维布料与御寒防晒布料进行粘贴固定;
S3、通过将纯棉布料放置在无毒抗菌除臭药水内进行浸泡,浸泡后进行晾干杀菌处理,再将防紫外线涂料涂抹在纯棉布料上;
S4、通过纺纱机械将银纤维(502)横向排列穿插在记忆丝布料(501)内,获取吸湿排汗层(5)所需布料原料;
S5、通过纺纱机械对纤维原料进行机械网眼布料制作,获取机械网眼布料,再通过将吸湿排汗布料与机械网眼布料进行粘贴固定。
S6、将接触层(6)朝下吸湿排汗层(5)朝上,再将抗菌除臭面料基层(4)放置在吸湿排汗层(5)上,将御寒防晒层(3)朝下银纤维布料朝上放置在抗菌除臭面料基层(4)上,再通过缝合机械将多层材质布料进行缝合构成所需的高功能面料(1)。
