s1, fixing and limiting a handle: the bending type aluminum alloy handle to be processed is fixed by a fixing device (2),
s2, drilling a handle: installing a punching drill with a proper outer diameter on the execution device (3), punching the handle through the work of the execution device (3), taking down the handle after punching the hole, repeatedly fixing a new handle through the fixing device (2) and then re-machining until all the handles are completely drilled;
s3, tapping the handle: the punching drill on the execution device (3) is replaced by a tapping drill with a proper outer diameter, and the handles with drilled holes are fixed by the fixing device (2) and then tapped by the execution device (3) until all the handles are tapped completely;
s4, checking and packaging the quality of the handle: the quality of all processed handles is checked, the handle is prevented from being broken in the handle punching and tapping process, and the inspected handles with qualified quality are packaged and put in storage;
the forming surface treatment of the aluminum alloy handle of the cabinet in the steps S1-S4 is completed by the matching of the supporting device (1), the fixing device (2) and the executing device (3); wherein:
the inner wall of the bottom end of the supporting device (1) is provided with a fixing device (2) in a movable connection mode, the inner wall of the top end of the supporting device (1) is provided with an executing device (3), the executing device (3) is positioned right above the fixing device (2), and a handle to be processed is arranged in the fixing device (2) in a clamping mode;
the supporting device (1) comprises a bottom plate (11), a first limiting bolt (12), a second limiting bolt (13), a supporting column (14) and a top plate (15); the outer wall of the middle part of the upper end of the bottom plate (11) is provided with a mounting hole, the inner wall of the bottom end of the mounting hole of the bottom plate (11) is provided with a first limiting bolt (12), a second limiting bolt (13) is arranged on the upper end surface of the bottom plate (11), supporting columns (14) are uniformly arranged on the upper end surface of the bottom plate (11), and a top plate (15) is arranged at the top ends of the supporting columns (14); the top ends of the first limiting bolt (12) and the second limiting bolt (13) are both magnetic structures;
