Abstract
本发明公开了一种多层复合过滤袋,涉及空气过滤领域,包括化学滤网层和玻纤层,所述化学滤网层和玻纤层对应的三个边缝合在一起,使之成为一个敞口的袋体,所述袋体的轴向上缝合有多条拉线,所述拉线穿过化学滤网层和玻纤层,所述拉线为松弛状,使得袋体可以根据风的大小而张开或闭合,本发明中的拉线为松弛状,使得袋体可以根据风的大小而张开或闭合,使得袋体能够与空气充分接触,提高空气的过滤效率,同时节省了支撑物,所述化学滤网层能够去除空气中的有害物质,所述玻纤层能够去除空气中的灰尘等。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及空气过滤领域,特别涉及一种多层复合过滤袋。
背景技术
过滤袋为袋状的除尘过滤器,空气从袋体的开口处进入,经过过滤袋,对空气中的有害物质和灰尘进行过滤,将有害物质和灰尘截留在袋体上;
现有的过滤袋一般使用支撑物将过滤袋撑开,但是对于安装在空调箱上的过滤袋,其存在支撑物质量较重的问题。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种不需要使用支撑物支撑过滤袋,过滤袋可以根据风的大小而张开或闭合,使得与空气充分接触、提高过滤效率的多层复合过滤袋。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:多层复合过滤袋,包括化学滤网层和玻纤层,所述化学滤网层和玻纤层对应的三个边缝合在一起,使之成为一个敞口的袋体,所述袋体的轴向上缝合有多条拉线,所述拉线穿过化学滤网层和玻纤层,所述拉线为松弛状,使得袋体可以根据风的大小而张开或闭合,使得袋体能够与空气充分接触,提高空气的过滤效率,所述化学滤网层用于去除空气中的有害物质,如二氧化硫、酸性物质或碱性物质,所述玻纤层用于去除空气中的灰尘等。
进一步的是:所述化学滤网层和玻纤层对称设置有两层,使得空气可以从袋体的上侧或下侧通过,无论空气是从袋体的上侧还是从袋体的下侧通过,均通过化学滤网层和玻纤层,进行过滤。
进一步的是:所述玻纤层设置在化学滤网层的内侧,先去除空气中的灰尘等,然后再去除空气中的有害物质。
进一步的是:所述多条拉线阵列设置,使得袋体在有风进入后能够有规律的张开或闭合,使得空气与袋体充分接触,不至于袋体一半张开一半闭合。
进一步的是:所述袋体的最外层位于拉线处设置有覆盖层,所述覆盖层用于封住拉线穿过的孔,防止化学滤网层漏碳。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明中的拉线为松弛状,使得袋体可以根据风的大小而张开或闭合,使得袋体能够与空气充分接触,提高空气的过滤效率,同时节省了支撑物,所述化学滤网层能够去除空气中的有害物质,所述玻纤层能够去除空气中的灰尘等。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示的多层复合过滤袋,包括化学滤网层1和玻纤层2,所述化学滤网层1和玻纤层2对应的三个边缝合在一起,使之成为一个敞口的袋体,所述袋体的轴向上缝合有多条拉线3,所述拉线3穿过化学滤网层1和玻纤层2,所述拉线3为松弛状,使得袋体可以根据风的大小而张开或闭合,使得袋体能够与空气充分接触,提高空气的过滤效率,所述化学滤网层1用于去除空气中的有害物质,如二氧化硫、酸性物质或碱性物质,所述玻纤层2用于去除空气中的灰尘等。
在上述基础上,所述化学滤网层1和玻纤层2对称设置有两层,使得空气可以从袋体的上侧或下侧通过,无论空气是从袋体的上侧还是从袋体的下侧通过,均通过化学滤网层1和玻纤层2,进行过滤。
在上述基础上,所述玻纤层2设置在化学滤网层1的内侧,先去除空气中的灰尘等,然后再去除空气中的有害物质。
在上述基础上,所述多条拉线3阵列设置,使得袋体在有风进入后能够有规律的张开或闭合,使得空气与袋体充分接触,不至于袋体一半张开一半闭合。
在上述基础上,所述袋体的最外层位于拉线3处设置有覆盖层4,所述覆盖层4用于封住拉线3穿过的孔,防止化学滤网层1漏碳。

1.多层复合过滤袋,其特征在于:包括化学滤网层(1)和玻纤层(2),所述化学滤网层(1)和玻纤层(2)对应的三个边缝合在一起,使之成为一个敞口的袋体,所述袋体的轴向上缝合有多条拉线(3),所述拉线(3)穿过化学滤网层(1)和玻纤层(2),所述拉线(3)为松弛状,使得袋体可以根据风的大小而张开或闭合。
2.如权利要求1所述的多层复合过滤袋,其特征在于:所述化学滤网层(1)和玻纤层(2)对称设置有两层。
3.如权利要求2所述的多层复合过滤袋,其特征在于:所述玻纤层(2)设置在化学滤网层(1)的内侧。
4.如权利要求3所述的多层复合过滤袋,其特征在于:所述多条拉线(3)阵列设置。
5.如权利要求3所述的多层复合过滤袋,其特征在于:所述袋体的最外层位于拉线(3)处设置有覆盖层(4)。
