As shown in fig. 6, the air extracting cylinder 51 includes an outer cylinder 511, a piston 513 and a piston rod 512, a circumferential side wall of the piston 513 is overlapped with an inner side wall of the outer cylinder 511, the circumferential side wall of the piston 513 is hermetically connected with the inner side wall of the outer cylinder 511, a first end of the piston rod 512 is fixedly connected with a second end of the piston 513, the second end of the piston rod 513 penetrates through the top of the outer cylinder 511, a vent hole 514 is formed in the top wall of the outer cylinder 511, and the bottom of the side wall of the outer cylinder 511 is communicated with a first end of a pipeline; the bottom of the outer cylinder 511 is hinged with the side wall of the connecting cylinder 1, and the second end of the piston rod 512 is hinged with the inner side wall of one hinge rod 31 in the opening component.
As shown in fig. 7, the pressure storage box 52 includes a box 521 and an elastic plate 522, the box 521 is a rectangular box 521 with an open side, and the elastic plate 522 is hermetically connected to a side wall of the open side of the box 521; one side of the box 521 is communicated with the second end of the pipeline, the first end of the air pipe 53 is communicated with the side wall of the box 521, and the bottom of the box 521 is fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the connecting cylinder 1.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the outer annular wall of the adsorption ring 54 is provided with two or more arc grooves 55 along the circumferential direction thereof, and the bottom wall of each arc groove 55 is provided with a through hole; the second end of the air pipe 53 on the side wall of one of the pressure storage tanks 52 is communicated with one of the through holes.
The working process is as follows: in actual operation, as shown in fig. 10, the cut-off device is first placed into the hard circular tube, the inner diameter of the hard circular tube and the maximum outer diameter of the cut-off device when the cut-off device is contracted should be matched with each other, when the cut-off device is placed into the hard circular tube, the first spreading component 3 and the second spreading component 4 are in a compressed state, and the elastic band 32 is in a stretched state; the drainage tube 7 is communicated with an externally-connected drainage device, a hard circular tube is placed in an intestinal tract, the cut-off device is pushed outwards, the drainage device is pushed out of the hard circular tube, when the cut-off device pushes out the hard circular tube, the elastic band 32 pulls the first opening component 3 and the second opening component 4 to move close to each other under the action of self elastic force, the hinge rod 31 is unfolded and drives the support plate 35 to be far away from the axis of the connecting cylinder 1, and the support plate 35 can rotate freely due to the fact that the support plate 35 is hinged through the hinge plate 34, and therefore the inner wall of the intestinal tract is attached to the support plate 35;
when the hinged rod 31 is unfolded, the hinged rod 31 synchronously pulls the piston rod 512 of the air pumping cylinder 51, the piston rod 512 pulls the piston 513 to be far away from the bottom of the air pumping cylinder 51, and the gas in the pressure storage tank 52 is pumped between the piston 513 and the air pumping cylinder 51 through a pipeline, the gas in the pressure storage tank 52 is reduced, as the end part of the arc groove 55 is sealed through the absorbable membrane 56, the elastic plate 522 generates elastic deformation depression, the elastic plate 522 has elastic potential energy of the original state, when the side wall of the adsorption ring 54 contacts the intestinal wall and supports the intestinal wall, the absorbable membrane 56 is dissolved, the absorbable membrane 56 is a quick dissolving membrane for medical use, the arc groove 55 on the side wall of the adsorption ring 54 adsorbs the intestinal wall under the action of negative pressure to complete supporting and fixing, and digested matters are drained into the connecting cylinder 1 through the membrane sleeve 6 and pass through the drainage tube 7;
after using certain cycle, can absorb stationary blade 33 by dissolving the absorption, the stationary blade dissolves the back completely, the cycle that the stationary blade dissolves completely and the recovery cycle phase-match of intestinal operation, lose the effect of connecting two elastic bands 32, first subassembly 3 and the second of strutting strut resets after the pulling force that subassembly 4 lost elastic band 32, lose the effect that supports the intestinal wall, the aspiration cylinder 51 resets simultaneously, store up pressure case 52 internal pressure and recover, circular arc recess 55 can not adsorb the intestinal wall, thereby the cut-off equipment wholly loses support and fixed effect, it can to take out it.

Claims (9)

1. The cut-off device for the intestinal treatment comprises a connecting cylinder (1), two or more fixing plates (2) and a drainage tube (7) which is connected in the connecting cylinder (1) in a sealing mode, wherein the two or more fixing plates (2) are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the middle part of the outer side wall of the connecting cylinder (1), hinge holes are formed in the side walls of two ends of each fixing plate (2), the cut-off device is characterized in that a stretching assembly is arranged at the end part of the connecting cylinder (1), the end part of the stretching assembly is hinged with the side wall of each fixing plate (2), and a negative pressure adsorption assembly (5) is arranged at the end part of the outer wall of the connecting cylinder (1); the strutting component drives the negative pressure adsorption component (5) to move to generate negative pressure and adsorb the inner wall of the intestinal tract.

An intestinal treatment cut-off device according to claim 1, wherein the spreader assembly comprises a first spreader assembly (3) and a second spreader assembly (4), the first spreader assembly (3) being disposed at a first end of the connector barrel (1) and the second spreader assembly (4) being disposed at a second end of the connector barrel (1); the end parts of the first spreading component (3) and the second spreading component (4) are respectively hinged with the two ends of the fixing plate (2).

The cut-off device for the intestinal tract treatment according to claim 3, wherein the structure of the first opening component (3) is the same as that of the second opening component (4), the first opening component (3) comprises a hinge rod (31), a hinge plate (34), a support plate (35) and an elastic belt (32), one end of the hinge plate (34) is hinged with the first end of the hinge rod (31), the other end of the hinge plate (34) is fixedly connected with the side wall of the support plate (35) in the middle, and the first end of the elastic belt (32) is fixedly connected with the side wall of the hinge rod (31) far away from the axis of the connecting cylinder (1); the second end of a hinge rod (31) of the first opening component (3) is hinged with the first end of the fixing plate (2), the second end of a hinge rod (31) of the second opening component (4) is hinged with the second end of the fixing plate (2), the second end of an elastic belt (32) of the first opening component (3) is fixedly connected with an absorbable fixing piece (33), and the other end of the absorbable fixing piece (33) is fixedly connected with the second end of the elastic belt (32) of the second opening component (4); the equal sealing connection in both ends tip of connecting cylinder (1) has film sleeve (6), the outer end and two or more of film sleeve (6) of the first end of connecting cylinder (1) in first subassembly (3) of strutting the one end fixed connection of fixed plate (2) is kept away from in backup pad (35), the outer end and two or more of film sleeve (6) of connecting cylinder (1) second end the second props in subassembly (4) the one end fixed connection of fixed plate (2) is kept away from in backup pad (35).

The cut-off device for intestinal tract treatment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adsorption assembly (5) comprises an air suction cylinder (51), a pressure storage tank (52) and two adsorption rings (54), the side wall of the air suction cylinder (51) is communicated with the side wall of the pressure storage tank (52) through a pipeline, the side wall of the pressure storage tank (52) is communicated with an air pipe (53), and the pressure storage tank (52) is communicated with the adsorption rings (54) through the air pipe (53); one end of the air pumping cylinder (51) is hinged to the outer side wall of the connecting cylinder (1) through a hinge seat, the other end of the air pumping cylinder (51) is hinged to the inner side wall of the hinge rod (31) of the first opening component (3) or hinged to the inner side wall of the hinge rod (31) of the second opening component (4), the pressure storage box (52) is fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the connecting cylinder (1), one adsorption ring (54) is sleeved on the middle portion of the outer side wall of the supporting plate (35) of the first opening component (3) in the opening component, and the other adsorption ring (54) is sleeved on the middle portion of the outer side wall of the supporting plate (35) of the second opening component (4) in the opening component.
