10. The process of assembling a bed back assembly according to claim 9, comprising the steps of:
s1, forming a plurality of lightening holes (2001) in the support plate (20), placing the support plate (20) on a stamping die, and positioning the support plate (20) on the stamping die by using the lightening holes (2001);
s2, starting a stamping die to stamp and form the support plate (20) to obtain a stamping groove (2002);
s3, bending the two sides of the support plate (20) by using a bending machine to obtain a first bending edge (2003), and bending the two sides of the support plate (20) again by using the bending machine to obtain a second bending edge (2004);
s4, machining the mounting block (22) by using machining equipment, machining a square block (5) at the bottom of the mounting block (22), forming a groove (2201) at the top of the mounting block (22), and forming a plurality of second through grooves (2202) communicated with the groove (2201) at the top of the mounting block (22);

s8, welding the periphery of the fixing block (23) by using a welding technology, and fixedly connecting the fixing block (23) to the mounting block (22);
and S9, fixing the fixed frame (21) at the two ends of the supporting plate (20) by screwing the bolt and the mounting sleeve (25) together.
