When gas enters the gas channel from one side of the opening of the outer ring, one side of the outer edge of the outer ring is propped against the inner wall of the gas channel to form a barrier, and the gas cannot circulate; when gas enters the gas channel from one side of the bottom of the outer ring, one side of the outer edge of the outer ring of the one-way valve is forced to be separated from the inner wall of the gas channel due to the pressure of the gas, so that the gas can pass through the one-way valve device, and a one-way channel is realized.

In the existing design of the artificial limb air pressure joint, the one-way valve influences the effect of the air flow direction of the artificial limb joint. The existing check valve realizes the function of a one-way passage by adopting a mode of sealing and adding a tip shaft, but has a complex structure and is inconvenient to disassemble and assemble.

When gas enters the gas channel from one side of the opening of the outer ring, one side of the outer edge of the outer ring is propped against the inner wall of the gas channel to form a barrier, and the gas cannot circulate; when gas enters the gas channel from one side of the bottom of the outer ring, one side of the outer edge of the outer ring of the one-way valve is forced to be separated from the inner wall of the gas channel due to the pressure of the gas, so that the gas can pass through the one-way valve device, and a one-way channel is realized. As shown in fig. 1, the present invention discloses a check valve device for a pneumatic joint of a prosthesis, the device comprising: the air-conditioning valve comprises an air passage 1 with an air inlet and an air outlet, a one-way valve outer ring 2, a one-way valve inner ring 3, a one-way valve end surface 4 and a shoulder shaft 5. The check valve inner ring 3 is fixedly arranged between the two shoulder lifting shafts 5 and is axially fixed with the shoulder lifting shafts (5) through shoulder lifting at two ends of the shoulder lifting shafts (5), the shoulder lifting shafts 5 are detachably connected with the check valve end face 4, one side of the bottom of the check valve outer ring 2 is fixedly integrated with the check valve inner ring 3 through the check valve end face 4, and one side of the outer edge of the check valve outer ring 2 forms an opening and is pressed against the inner wall of the air passage 1.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a radial cross section of the check valve inner ring 3 is circular, a radial cross section of the check valve outer ring 2 is tapered, a check valve end surface 4 with a certain thickness (which may be 1-2 mm in the embodiment of the present invention) is disposed on one side of a bottom of the check valve outer ring (i.e., on the left side in fig. 1), the radial cross section of the check valve end surface 4 is circular, and an opening is formed on one side of an outer edge of the check valve outer ring (i.e., on the right side in fig. 1).
The embodiment of the invention discloses a one-way valve device for an artificial limb pneumatic joint, which has the following specific working principle: when gas enters the gas channel 1 from the side of the outer edge opening of the one-way valve outer ring 2 (namely, the right side in fig. 1), the side of the outer edge opening of the one-way valve outer ring 2 is pressed against the inner wall of the gas channel 1 to form a barrier, and the gas cannot circulate; when gas enters the gas passage 1 from one side of the bottom of the outer ring 2 of the check valve (i.e. the left side in fig. 1), the outer ring 2 of the check valve is made of nitrile rubber, so that the outer edge of the outer ring 2 of the check valve is forced to separate from the inner wall of the gas passage 1 due to the pressure of the gas, i.e. at this time, the outer edge of the outer ring 2 of the check valve is no longer pressed against the inner wall of the gas passage 1, so that the gas can pass through the check valve device, thereby realizing a one-way passage.
From the above, the one-way valve device for the artificial limb pneumatic joint disclosed by the embodiment of the invention is provided with the conical nitrile rubber structure, so that the conical nitrile rubber structure is matched with the inner wall of the air passage and the shoulder raising shaft for use to form the one-way passage. The technical problems of high manufacturing cost and complex structure of a check valve for an artificial limb pneumatic joint in the prior art due to the fact that a spring and apical axis structure is generally adopted are solved.

the shoulder shaft (5) is detachably connected with the end surface (4) of the one-way valve;
one side of the bottom of the check valve outer ring (2) is fixedly integrated with the check valve inner ring (3) through a check valve end face (4), an opening is formed on one side of the outer edge, and the opening is pressed against the inner wall of the air passage (1).

4. A one-way valve device for a pneumatic joint of a prosthesis according to claim 1, characterised in that the radial cross-section of the one-way valve end face (4) is circular.
5. A one-way valve assembly for a pneumatic prosthetic joint according to claim 1, wherein said one-way valve outer ring (2) is of nitrile rubber material.
