According to the universal pedicle screw, the screw seat 1 is sleeved on the ball head part 33 of the ball head screw 3, the second groove 12 surrounding the inner wall is formed in the screw seat 1, the elastic clamping ring 4 is arranged in the second groove 12, the ball head part 33 of the ball head screw 3 is clamped by the elastic clamping ring 4 in an original state, and the ball head screw 3 can rotate in a conical surface, so that the function of a universal pedicle screw is realized, and the process of placing a connecting rod is simplified; furthermore, after the placement position of the ball screw 3 is determined, the ball screw 3 is pressed and moved, and the elastic clamping ring 4 has elasticity, the ball head part 33 stretches the elastic clamping ring 4 and enables the first groove 34 to be matched and fixed with the elastic clamping ring 4, so that the function of the uniaxial pedicle screw is realized, and the device has the characteristics of simple structure, convenience in operation, strong adaptability and the like.

the elastic clamping ring clamps the ball head part of the ball head screw, the ball head screw rotates in a conical surface mode along the circumferential direction of the ball head screw, the ball head part of the ball head screw is moved, the elastic clamping ring is opened, the first groove is matched with the elastic clamping ring, and the ball head screw, the screw seat and the elastic clamping ring are matched and fixed.
2. The pedicle screw according to claim 1, wherein the screw base is provided with a through hole passing through in the axial direction, the ball screw is sleeved with the screw base through the through hole, the through hole is divided into a straight hole section and a fixing section along the sleeving direction of the ball screw, and the elastic snap ring is positioned between the straight hole section and the fixing section.
3. The pedicle screw according to claim 2, wherein the fixation section is further divided into a curved section and a cylindrical section, the curved section being located at a side close to the snap ring.

The pedicle screw according to claim 3, wherein a side of the ball head portion close to the threaded portion is a cylindrical neck portion, and in a matched and fixed state, the ball head portion is attached to the curved surface section, and the cylindrical neck portion is matched and fixed with the cylindrical section.
5. The pedicle screw according to claim 4, wherein the cylindrical neck and the cylindrical section are in clearance fit, and the minimum clearance of the clearance fit is less than or equal to 0.1 mm.
6. The pedicle screw according to claim 2, wherein the screw seat with the straight hole section is provided with a first U-shaped groove arranged oppositely along the radial direction of the screw seat.
7. The pedicle screw according to claim 2, wherein a thread structure is arranged on the inner wall of one side of the straight hole section, which is far away from the elastic clamp ring.
8. The pedicle screw according to claim 6, wherein the screw base is further provided with a punching and riveting hole, and a punching and riveting boss is formed on the inner wall of the screw base after the punching and riveting of the punching and riveting hole.

13. A pedicle screw as claimed in claim 8, further comprising a retaining ring inside the screw seat, the retaining ring being divided into a retaining section and a mating section.
14. The pedicle screw according to claim 13, wherein the inner wall of the engagement section is a curved surface structure, and the inner wall of the engagement section is engaged with the curved surface of the ball head portion.
15. A pedicle screw according to claim 13, wherein the diameter of the anti-back section decreases in a direction away from the mating section.
16. The pedicle screw according to claim 13, wherein the outer wall of the anti-backing ring where the anti-backing section is located is provided with an inward concave structure corresponding to the position of the punching riveting boss.
17. The pedicle screw according to claim 13, wherein the anti-back section is provided with a second U-shaped groove, and the second U-shaped groove and the first U-shaped groove are provided along a radial direction of the screw base.
18. The method for preparing the multipurpose pedicle screw as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the method for preparing the multipurpose pedicle screw comprises the following steps:
