Description

Temporary abdominal cavity closing device capable of controlling pressure and measuring pressure
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical abdominal cavity instruments, in particular to a temporary abdominal cavity closing device capable of controlling pressure and measuring pressure.
Background
In the process of open wound treatment of abdomen or operation treatment in abdominal cavity, because the organ tissues of intestinal tract, mesentery and the like in abdominal cavity of a patient have serious edema, the first-stage operation cannot be performed, the abdominal cavity needs to be opened temporarily, if the infection is caused, the treatment such as long-term abdominal cavity flushing and drainage is also needed, and the abdominal cavity can be closed by the second-stage operation after the condition of the disease is improved and the pressure of the abdominal cavity is reduced. The simple temporary closure of the abdominal cavity often leads to intra-abdominal high pressure and secondary abdominal compartment syndrome due to aggravated organ and tissue edema in the abdominal cavity, and further causes multi-organ dysfunction failure in the abdominal cavity, and even leads to death of patients in severe cases. Aiming at the problem, in order to avoid serious consequences caused by overhigh pressure in the abdominal cavity, a plurality of abdominal operations are often performed in clinical treatment, so that the operation not only greatly attacks the body of a patient and is unfavorable for the recovery of the state of an illness, but also increases the medical burden.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a temporary abdominal cavity closing device capable of controlling pressure and measuring pressure, which solves the problem that the medical burden is increased because a doctor needs to perform an abdominal operation repeatedly on a patient.
In order to realize the technical effects, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a manometric temporary abdominal closure device, comprising:
the sticking film is covered and stuck on the skin around the abdominal incision of the patient to seal the abdominal incision;
the closing assembly is used for closing the abdominal incision and comprises a rotating shaft and a closing tube, the bottom side surface of the closing tube is arranged on the adhesive film, a gap is formed in the bottom side wall of the closing tube along the axis direction, the rotating shaft is rotatably sleeved in the closing tube, two ends of the rotating shaft extend to the outer side of the closing tube, and the middle part of the adhesive film extending along the incision direction extends from the gap to the inside of the inner closing tube and is wound on the rotating shaft; and
the pressure measurement subassembly, the pressure measurement subassembly is used for detecting the pressure in the abdominal cavity, the pressure measurement subassembly includes pressure measurement pipe and closure piece, and the one end of pressure measurement pipe is used for inserting the abdominal cavity inside, and the other end passes the pad pasting and extends to the external world, and the closure piece setting is located external tip at the pressure measurement pipe for block up the tip of pressure measurement pipe, be equipped with pressure gauge or pressure measurement gasbag on the closure piece.
The temporary abdominal cavity closing device capable of controlling pressure and measuring pressure is adhered to the skin around the incision through the adhesive film, so that the inside of the abdominal cavity is isolated from the outside to form a closed environment, meanwhile, the infection and excessive seepage inside the abdominal cavity are avoided to cause dehydration and hypoalbuminemia of a patient, the skin around the incision is pulled to be closed towards the middle part through rotating the rotating shaft and the auxiliary rotating pipe, the closing degree of the incision is adjusted, the pressure inside the abdominal cavity is detected through the fact that a pressure measuring meter or an air bag is identical to the pressure measuring catheter through a closing part, the closing degree of the incision is adjusted, the operation is convenient, and the workload of doctors is reduced.
Furthermore, the pad pasting includes basement membrane and two winding membranes, and the basement membrane is used for bonding on the skin around the incision, and the one end of two winding membranes bonds respectively and is located notched both sides at the basement membrane, and the other end of two winding membranes all passes the winding in the pivot from the breach. The peritoneum incision is sealed to the basement membrane, makes the abdominal cavity inside and external isolated closed environment that forms to maintain certain abdominal cavity pressure, pivot and basement membrane are connected to the winding membrane, avoid the pivot directly to pull the basement membrane and lead to the basement membrane to warp, have the cushioning effect.
Further, the closing component still includes supplementary commentaries on classics pipe, and the quantity of supplementary commentaries on classics pipe is two, and two supplementary commentaries on classics pipe respectively rotatable cover establish the pivot be located the tip outside of closed pipe both ends outside, and the one end that the basement membrane was kept away from to the winding membrane is cut apart and is formed middle part winding point and two tip winding points, and middle part winding point twines in the pivot, and two tip winding points twine respectively on supplementary commentaries on classics pipe. The working principle of the invention is as follows: when in use, firstly, the basement membrane 11 is pasted on the skin around the incision, the middle winding point 121 of the winding membrane 12 is wound on the rotating shaft 21 through the notch, and the two end winding points 122 are wound on the auxiliary rotating pipe 23; then, the first limiting block 24 is rotated to enable the bottom end of the first limiting block 24 to be inserted into the first limiting groove 211, and the rotating shaft 21 is rotated to enable the winding film 12 to drive the basement membrane 11 to draw the skin on the two sides of the incision to be folded towards the middle part; when the folding degree of the skin in the middle of the incision and the two ends of the incision are not consistent, the auxiliary rotating pipe 23 is slid, the second limiting block 25 is inserted into the second limiting groove 221 to limit the rotation of the auxiliary rotating pipe 23, the first limiting block 24 is rotated to separate the first limiting block 24 from the first limiting groove 211, and the rotating shaft 21 is independently rotated to fold the skin in the middle of the incision; and finally, periodically detecting the pressure inside the abdominal cavity so as to adjust the closing degree of the incision and enable the abdominal cavity pressure to be in a normal range.
The pressure gauge 333 is inserted into the cannula to measure the pressure inside the abdominal cavity, when the pressure inside the abdominal cavity is larger than the normal range, the rotating shaft 21 and the auxiliary rotating tube 23 are rotated to open the gap of the incision in the closed state, and when the pressure inside the abdominal cavity is smaller than the normal range, the rotating shaft 21 and the auxiliary rotating tube 23 are rotated to close the gap of the incision in the closed state.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the temporary abdominal cavity closing device capable of controlling pressure and measuring pressure is adhered to the skin around an incision through the bottom film 11, so that the inside of an abdominal cavity is isolated from the outside to form a closed environment, certain abdominal cavity pressure is maintained, meanwhile, dehydration and hypoalbuminemia of a patient caused by infection and excessive seepage in the abdominal cavity are avoided, the skin around the incision is pulled to be closed towards the middle part through the rotating shaft 21 and the auxiliary rotating pipe 23, the closing degree of the incision is adjusted, so that the pressure in the abdominal cavity is maintained in a normal range, the pressure in the abdominal cavity is detected through the fact that the pressure measuring meter 333 or the air bag is identical to the pressure measuring catheter 31 through the closing part 32, so that the closing degree of the incision is adjusted, the abnormal abdominal cavity pressure is avoided, the operation of the whole temporary closing device is convenient, and meanwhile, the workload of doctors is relieved.
The above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit it; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and they should be construed as being included in the following claims and description.
