s3: selecting a needle hole at a position which is hidden on the face and easy to operate, inserting a liposuction needle into a fat part of a patient along a subcutaneous fat layer, pressing the liposuction part, and uniformly sucking redundant fat by adopting radial reciprocating suction, wherein superficial fat liposuction can induce skin retraction to a certain degree, so that a satisfactory effect is obtained, and better support is provided for the promotion of a facial beauty unit;
s4: or the loose and drooping fat-less area is stripped without negative pressure by a hollow needle to stimulate collagen regeneration, so as to achieve the purpose of tightening the skin;
s5: anatomically filling the recessed location; selecting granular fat (2.5mm) for supplementing deep fat and bone loss; particulate fat (1mm) was used to supplement superficial fat loss; nano-fat (800um) was used for intradermal injection to reshape the facial contour by fat filling.
