Abstract
The invention discloses a system for generating a structured report by integrating two-dimensional and three-dimensional breast ultrasound data, which comprises: 3D probe: the device is used for scanning the selected body position to obtain three-dimensional data of the mammary gland; holding the linear array probe: scanning the selected body position to obtain two-dimensional data of the mammary gland; an image processing module: integrally generating a structured data report by data transmitted by the 3D probe and the handheld linear array probe; an editing module: for compiling said structured data report. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the two-dimensional and three-dimensional data integrated structured report enables the formed report to be simpler and more understandable, the examination of the same patient can be integrated into a complete report, the coupling is increased, meanwhile, the multi-aspect data information is provided, the two-dimensional and three-dimensional data reports do not need to be checked respectively, the examination integrity can be checked, and the diagnosis and treatment process is very convenient.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of mammary gland ultrasonic diagnosis, and particularly relates to a system for generating a structured report by integrating two-dimensional and three-dimensional mammary gland ultrasonic data.
Background
Three-dimensional breast ultrasound is medical equipment providing help for female health, female breast cancer patients are increasing in China and even all over the world at present, no means for effectively preventing breast cancer exists in medicine, and early discovery, early diagnosis and early treatment are important methods for reducing cancer. The existing three-dimensional breast ultrasonic examination method is safe and effective, can accurately identify the physical position and the condition of the tumor, and can generate report data in time. The scanning station scans the three-dimensional data in real time, after a high-quality 3D data image is obtained, the two-dimensional data can be switched to assist in checking the breast, the thyroid, the neck blood vessels and the like, the two-dimensional and three-dimensional generated data are simultaneously transmitted to the workstation, and the workstation processes the data uniformly to generate a report. However, the current ultrasound report distinguishes two-dimensional data from three-dimensional data, generates two different reports, is very inconvenient to view data, and cannot process the two-dimensional data and the three-dimensional data in a centralized manner.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a system for integrating two-dimensional and three-dimensional breast ultrasound data into a whole to generate a structured report, after a scanning station transmits the two-dimensional and three-dimensional breast data of the same patient to a workstation, the two-dimensional and three-dimensional reports are not distinguished any more, and the system can generate the integrated structured report integrating the two-dimensional and three-dimensional breast data for a user to check.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a system for generating a structured report of two-dimensional and three-dimensional breast ultrasound data in one, comprising:
3D probe: the device is used for scanning the selected body position to obtain three-dimensional data of the mammary gland;
holding the linear array probe: scanning the selected body position to obtain two-dimensional data of the mammary gland; preferably, the two-dimensional data of the mammary gland is edited, such as: adding annotation marks and measurements, saving single or multiple frames, and the like.
An image processing module: integrally generating a structured data report by data transmitted by the 3D probe and the handheld linear array probe; preferably, the structured data is processed, such as adding a marking, lesion processing, etc.;
an editing module: for compiling said structured data report. Preferably, the reported two-dimensional and three-dimensional data information includes patient information, ultrasound procedures, ultrasound findings, ultrasound images, ultrasound diagnoses, recommendations. In the report editing, the ultrasonic process information comes from three-dimensional and two-dimensional scanning data information of the examination, including scanning body positions, modes and the like, the ultrasonic discovery information comes from the position, the size and the characteristics of a focus in the focus information of the examination, and the ultrasonic image information can select all image information of the current examination, so that repeated editing can be avoided.
Still further, the system includes an operation module: the system can perform emptying, suspending and issuing operations on the structured data report, and can transmit the structured data report to a DICOM system and a PACS system, import and export the structured data report to other storage modes and the like. Report issuing: after the system configuration clicks (issue), all examination data (such as patient information, two-dimensional and three-dimensional data sets, pictures and the like) are automatically sent to a hospital institution or a PACS system, and repeated issue is avoided. Report clearing: except for the information of the patient, the two-dimensional and three-dimensional data can be emptied at one time, and the operation is simple and convenient.
The operation process of the invention is as follows:
1. selecting an examination body position by adopting a 3D probe, and then performing 3D scanning and reconstruction;
2. editing the two-dimensional image after scanning the same inspection switching handheld linear array probe, such as: adding annotation marks and measurement, and storing single frame or multiple frames;
3. transmitting the two-dimensional and three-dimensional mammary gland data to an image processing module, and simultaneously transmitting the structural information to the image processing module in the two-dimensional data transmission process;
4. the image processing module performs data processing on the two-dimensional image and the three-dimensional image, such as marking addition, focus processing and the like;
5. opening an editing report through an editing module, wherein the report simultaneously contains two-dimensional and three-dimensional data information including patient information, an ultrasonic process, ultrasonic discovery, an ultrasonic image, ultrasonic diagnosis, recommendation and the like;
6. the operation module can be used for emptying, suspending and issuing the ultrasonic report, and simultaneously transmitting the ultrasonic report to a DICOM system and a PACS system, importing and exporting the ultrasonic report to other storage modes and the like.
By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the two-dimensional and three-dimensional data integrated structured report enables the formed report to be simpler and more understandable, the examination of the same patient can be integrated into a complete report, the coupling property and the readability are increased, meanwhile, the multi-aspect data information is provided, the two-dimensional and three-dimensional data reports do not need to be checked respectively, the examination integrity can be checked, and the diagnosis and treatment process is very convenient.

Detailed description of the preferred embodiments
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the system for generating a structured report of two-dimensional and three-dimensional breast ultrasound data includes:
3D probe: the device is used for scanning the selected body position to obtain three-dimensional data of the mammary gland;
holding the linear array probe: scanning the selected body position to obtain two-dimensional data of the mammary gland; the two-dimensional data of the mammary gland can be edited, such as: adding annotation marks and measurements, saving single or multiple frames, and the like.
An image processing module: integrally generating a structured data report by data transmitted by the 3D probe and the handheld linear array probe; structured data can be processed, such as adding markers, lesion processing, and the like;
an editing module: for editing the report. The reported two-dimensional and three-dimensional data information includes patient information, ultrasound procedures, ultrasound findings, ultrasound images, ultrasound diagnoses, recommendations. And the two-dimensional data and the three-dimensional data can be edited in a report in a unified editing mode without mutual influence.
An operation module: the report is emptied, suspended and issued, and can be transmitted to DICOM and PACS systems, imported and exported to other storage modes, and the like. And the system is issued once without separate issuing, and after the issuing, the check mark is finished and can be sent to all organizations capable of supporting the structured information.
In this embodiment, the scanning station sends the scanning data of the 3D probe and the scanning data of the handheld linear array probe under the same examination to the workstation, and a module in the workstation can load and process the data sent from the scanning station, and automatically generates a report fusing two-dimensional and three-dimensional breast ultrasound data, where the report includes all the structured information of the handheld linear array probe from the scanning station and the processing of the three-dimensional data by the workstation.
The user can edit two-dimensional and three-dimensional data, such as ultrasound findings, ultrasound diagnoses, ultrasound procedures, ultrasound images, respectively, in one report. The user may clear the report edit, click clear, and clear both two-dimensional and three-dimensional data. The user may pause the report and mark the belonging examination as paused. The user can issue the report, only one time of issuing is needed, and the two-dimensional and three-dimensional mammary gland data sets are issued to hospitals or institutions or PACS systems configured through the system.
In this embodiment, the images are processed separately, and a report is generated once, that is, two-dimensional data is generated in the scanning station, the image saved at this time and the generated measurement control, body mark and annotation are transmitted to the workstation in a structured manner, and the three-dimensional image in the scanning station is transmitted to the workstation to process the image, such as adding marks, editing focuses, and the like, and a structured report is generated after clicking the report, which includes both the structured information of the two-dimensional image transmitted by the scanning station and the processing result of the three-dimensional data.
The operation process of the embodiment is as follows:
1. the scanning station adopts the 3D probe to select corresponding presets and body positions and then scans a clear and available 3D image, the handheld linear array probe is switched to select corresponding presets and then enters two-dimensional image scanning, and the scanning station processes two-dimensional image data, such as adding measurement, annotation and body mark, and can store multi-frame and single-frame images. And finishing the inspection after the scanning is finished and sending the scanning result to the workstation, wherein the two-dimensional data report comprises single frames, multiple frames and mechanization information for adding comments and measurement.
2. After the patient data obtained by examination is sent to the workstation, the three-dimensional data can be processed, such as adding character marks, circle marks, measurement marks, focuses, screenshots and the like, a report is automatically generated, circles, characters and measurement marks can be added to the two-dimensional data, and the processing result of the two-dimensional data in the workstation is not recorded in the report.
3. The report is opened, a two-dimensional and three-dimensional breast ultrasound data integrated structured report is automatically generated, the report data of the handheld linear array probe comes from the processing information of the scanning station, wherein the patient information is not editable and is the same as the scanning station information; the ultrasonic process information comes from the three-dimensional and handheld linear array probe information of the examination, including scanning body position, mode and the like, if the three-dimensional scanning is carried out, three-dimensional automatic double-breast scanning is displayed, and the scanning body position is automatically recorded, for example, the scanning method comprises the following steps: three-dimensional automatic double breast scanning, scanning position:
RAP, RLAT, LAP and the like, if the scanning is a handheld linear array, the scanning is performed by all linear array probes and double-breast probes supported by a scanning station, and if the scanning method is: L18-5W double breast scan, etc.; the ultrasound image defaults to an image captured under the examination of the currently selected report, an adding image is clicked, the system displays the two-dimensional and three-dimensional images of the examination, and the user can select any desired image to add to the report; the information of ultrasonic discovery is from the position, size and characteristics of the lesion, the characteristics of surrounding tissues, calcification characteristic information and the like of the lesion edited in the current examination, and most of the ultrasonic discovery is the editing of three-dimensional data; the ultrasound diagnostic information is from a description of a lesion analysis result in the lesion; the content may be overwritten if regenerated.
4. If the user edits the automatically generated report, the automatically generated report can be cleared, and other information except the patient information can be edited.
5. If the user pauses the report, automatically saving the examination to which the current open report belongs, and marking the examination as paused.
6. After the report is edited, the report can be issued, a two-dimensional and three-dimensional breast ultrasound data are integrated into a structural report, and the two-dimensional and three-dimensional breast ultrasound data set is issued to a hospital or an organization or a PACS system configured through the system only by one-time issuing.
