本申请实施例公开了一种数据传输方法及相关设备,包括:用户设备接收第一下行控制信息DCI,所述第一DCI用于调度第一物理下行共享信道PDSCH,所述第一DCI包括第一信息域,所述第一信息域包括特定值或非特定值,所述特定值表示不发送所述第一PDSCH的确认信息、或暂不发送所述第一PDSCH的确认信息;所述用户设备根据所述第一信息域,确定在所述第一PDSCH之后接收的第二PDSCH对应的HARQ进程编号的值或取值范围。采用本申请实施例,可以提高数据的传输速率。
