一种数据传输方法及装置,其中方法包括:在第一固定帧周期FFP内,终端设备接收来自网络设备的第一控制信息;所述第一控制信息用于调度所述终端设备在第二FFP内进行上行链路数据传输;所述第二FFP位于所述第一FFP之后;当所述终端设备接收所述网络设备在所述第二FFP内发送第二控制信息,则在所述第二FFP内,根据所述第一控制信息进行上行链路数据传输。
