Abstract

一种基于光反射的取样计数方法,属于计量领域,包括触发采样电路的采样操作,获取采样电路以电压值形式输出的处理值(11);基于处理值确定计量仪表所处环境的环境光偏差值以及用于判断反射面中反射区颜色的判决门限,根据环境光偏差值、判决门限和异常数据门限对处理值进行有效性筛选(12);根据筛选结果对反射面的不同反射区颜色的变化情况进行判断,结合反射区颜色进行读数计量(13)。通过引入根据把不同颜色的反射面对光线进行针对性反射的方式,相对于现有的磁取样可以降低外界环境对计量的影响;另外增设了环境光偏差值和判决门限对计量过程中的数值进行多重筛选,尽可能避免不确定因素对计量过程的干扰,能够进一步提升计量仪表的精确性。
