Embodiment mode 1
The structure of an indoor unit 100 of an air conditioner according to embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3. Fig. 1 is an external perspective view of an indoor unit 100 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the indoor unit 100 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, and fig. 3 is an enlarged perspective view of a corner portion of a decorative panel 2 of the indoor unit 100 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. Here, a four-way cassette type air conditioner is shown as an example of the air conditioner, which blows air into a room from 4 directions.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the indoor unit 100 includes an indoor unit main body 1 having an opening on the lower side of the paper surface, which is the indoor side, and a substantially quadrangular decorative panel 2 attached to the lower surface of the indoor unit main body 1. The indoor unit main body 1 is disposed in a space in a ceiling of a room in the direction shown in the drawing, and the decorative panel 2 is disposed in the indoor space. Hereinafter, the ceiling side of the indoor unit 100, i.e., the upper side of the paper in fig. 1, will be referred to as "upper" and the indoor side of the indoor unit 100, i.e., the lower side of the paper in fig. 1, will be referred to as "lower".
An attachment portion 3 for attaching the decorative panel 2 is provided to protrude outward at the corner portions of 4 positions of the indoor unit main body 1. The mounting portion 3 is provided with a screw fastening hole 3a, and the decorative panel 2 is mounted to the indoor unit main body 1 by fastening a decorative panel mounting screw 9 of a mounting unit 8, which will be described later, to the screw fastening hole 3 a.
The decorative panel 2 has: a decorative panel body 4, and an attachment unit 8 attached to the decorative panel body 4. A suction port 5 for sucking air into the indoor unit body 1 is provided at the center of the panel body 4, and blow-out ports 6 for blowing out conditioned air into the room are provided around the suction port 5 along each of 4 sides of the panel body 4. The corner panel 7 is detachably attached to the corner portions of the 4 positions of the decorative panel body 4, and the corner panel 7 can be removed and operated at various operations.
As shown in fig. 3, mounting member arrangement portions 20 are formed at the corner portions of 4 positions of the decorative panel main body 4. The mounting component arrangement portion 20 is formed with: a first screw insertion hole 21 provided at a position corresponding to the screw fastening hole 3 a; and a first engaged portion 22 and a second engaged portion 23 which are provided on both sides of the first screw insertion hole 21 and which engage with a first engaging portion 15 and a second engaging portion 16 of the decorative panel mounting member 11, which will be described later, respectively.
The first engaged portion 22 and the second engaged portion 23 are long holes extending in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the first screw insertion hole 21, and are aligned in a straight line. The first engaged portion 22 and the second engaged portion 23 have a space in which the first engaging portion 15 and the second engaging portion 16 can move in the longitudinal direction. Thus, the first engaging portion 15 and the second engaging portion 16 are fixed so as not to be displaced in the width direction of the first engaged portion 22 and the second engaged portion 23, but can be displaced in the longitudinal direction.
Next, the mounting means 8 for mounting the decorative panel main body 4 to the indoor unit main body 1 will be described in detail. The mounting unit 8 includes a decorative panel mounting screw 9, a washer 10, and a decorative panel mounting member 11.
Fig. 4 is an enlarged perspective view of the decorative panel mounting member 11 of the indoor unit 100 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. Fig. 4 (a) is a view seen from the lower side when the decorative panel mounting member 11 is mounted to the decorative panel main body 4, and fig. 4 (b) is a view seen from the upper side when the decorative panel mounting member 11 is mounted to the decorative panel main body 4.

Two foldable hinge portions 18 are formed between the mounting surface portion 12 and the first engaging portion 15 in the first mounting plate portion 13. Similarly, two hinge portions 18 are formed in the second mounting plate portion 14 so as to be able to be bent between the mounting surface portion 12 and the second engaging portion 16. The hinge 18 is, for example, a thin groove, and the height position of the mounting surface portion 12 can be displaced by bending the hinge 18.
Further, two engaging portions 19 for holding the washer 10 are provided on the surface of the mounting surface portion 12 opposite to the side on which the first engaging portion 15 and the second engaging portion 16 are provided, with the second screw insertion hole 12a interposed therebetween in the longitudinal direction.
Next, a procedure of attaching the decorative panel main body 4 to the indoor unit main body 1 using the decorative panel attachment member 11 configured as described above will be described.
Fig. 5 is a sectional view a-a of a corner portion of the decorative panel 2 of the indoor unit 100 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, and is a view showing a state in which the decorative panel 2 is temporarily suspended from the indoor unit main body 1. Fig. 6 is a sectional view a-a of a corner portion of the decorative panel 2 of the indoor unit 100 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, and is a view showing a state in which the decorative panel 2 is attached to the indoor unit main body 1. Fig. 7 is an enlarged perspective view of a corner portion of the decorative panel 2 of the indoor unit 100 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, and is a view showing a state in which the decorative panel 2 is attached to the indoor unit main body 1.
The procedure of assembling the mounting unit 8 to the decorative panel main body 4 at the time of product shipment will be described. First, the decorative panel mounting member 11 is temporarily fixed to all the mounting member arrangement portions 20 of the decorative panel main body 4 in a state where the corner panel 7 is removed. That is, the first engaging portion 15 and the second engaging portion 16 of the decorative panel mounting member 11 are engaged with the first engaged portion 22 and the second engaged portion 23, respectively, and the gasket 10 is inserted into the engaging portion 19 of the decorative panel mounting member 11, and the decorative panel mounting screw 9 is inserted into and locked to the second screw insertion hole 12a with the head portion thereof at the lower side. After the mounting unit 8 is temporarily fixed to the mounting member arrangement portion 20, the decorative panel 2 is shipped together with the indoor unit main body 1 in a state where the mounting member arrangement portion 20 is covered with the corner panel 7.
At the site of installing the air conditioner, the installation worker first removes the corner panel 7 and exposes the portion to which the installation unit 8 is temporarily fixed. The decorative panel 2 is temporarily suspended from the indoor unit main body 1 by a locking means not shown. In a state where the decorative panel 2 is temporarily suspended from the indoor unit main body 1, as shown in fig. 5, the decorative panel attachment screw 9 is positioned coaxially with the screw fastening hole 3a and the first screw insertion hole 21, and the tip end is positioned inside the first screw insertion hole 21. The first mounting plate section 13 and the second mounting plate section 14 of the decorative panel mounting member 11 are not bent at the hinge section 18 and are in a horizontal state.
After that, when the decorative panel mounting screw 9 is rotated to fasten the decorative panel to the screw fastening hole 3a, the decorative panel mounting member 11 is bent at the hinge portion 18, and the first engaging portion 15 and the second engaging portion 16 slide in the direction of approaching each other along the first engaged portion 22 and the second engaged portion 23, respectively, whereby the mounting surface portion 12 is displaced upward.
Then, the fastening of the decorative panel mounting screw 9 to the screw fastening hole 3a is completed, and as shown in fig. 6, when the mounting surface portion 12 comes into contact with the lower surface of the mounting member arrangement portion 20, the mounting work of the decorative panel 2 is completed.
As described above, according to the indoor unit 100 of embodiment 1, when the panel attachment screw 9 is fastened to the screw fastening hole 3a, the panel attachment member 11 is bent at the hinge portion 18, and the first engaging portion 15 and the second engaging portion 16 slide along the first engaged portion 22 and the second engaged portion 23 in the direction of approaching each other, and therefore, even if a force of a degree that deforms the elastic bending portion is not applied as in the conventional case, the attachment surface portion 12 can be displaced upward. Therefore, workability in fastening the decorative panel attachment screw 9 to the screw fastening hole 3a can be improved.
Further, when fastening the panel attachment screw 9 to the screw fastening hole 3a, the height of the attachment surface portion 12 can be freely changed according to the amount of sliding movement of the first engagement portion 15 and the second engagement portion 16, and therefore, it is possible to cope with other models or the like having different height positions of the attachment portion 3 of the indoor unit main body 1 with one kind of panel attachment member.
Further, the decorative panel mounting member 11 is held by the decorative panel main body 4 only by engaging the claw-shaped first engaging portion 15 and the claw-shaped second engaging portion 16 with the first engaged portion 22 and the second engaged portion 23, and therefore, the assembling workability and the maintainability are excellent.
Further, since the mounting unit 8 is held by the panel main body 4 so as not to come off the panel main body 4, it is not necessary to hold the panel mounting screw 9 with hands when mounting the panel 2 to the indoor unit main body 1, and thus the work efficiency can be improved.
In the trim panel mounting member 11, the boss portion 17 is provided in the second screw insertion hole 12a for temporarily fixing the trim panel mounting screw 9, so that the trim panel mounting screw 9 is formed into a shape that is not easily removed, and the mounting workability can be improved.
Embodiment mode 2
An indoor unit 100 of an air conditioner according to embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 8 and 9. Fig. 8 is a sectional view a-a of a corner portion of the decorative panel 2 of the indoor unit 100 according to embodiment 2 of the present invention, and is a view showing a state in which the decorative panel 2 is temporarily suspended from the indoor unit main body 1. Fig. 9 is a sectional view a-a of a corner portion of the decorative panel 2 of the indoor unit 100 according to embodiment 2 of the present invention, and is a view showing a state in which the decorative panel 2 is attached to the indoor unit main body 1.
In the indoor unit 100 according to embodiment 1, the first engaging portion 15 and the second engaging portion 16 provided in the panel mounting member 11 are configured to engage with the first engaged portion 22 and the second engaged portion 23 provided in the panel main body 4, respectively. In contrast, the indoor unit 100 according to embodiment 2 is configured such that: in contrast to embodiment 1, the object of providing the engaging portion and the engaged portion is to provide a first engaging portion 31 and a second engaging portion 32 protruding downward on the decorative panel main body 4, and to provide a first engaged portion 41 and a second engaged portion 42 for engaging the first engaging portion 31 and the second engaging portion 32, respectively, on the decorative panel mounting member 11.
The first engaging portion 31 and the second engaging portion 32 are provided to protrude downward on both sides of the first screw insertion hole 21. The first engaging portion 31 and the second engaging portion 32 have the same shape as the first engaging portion 15 and the second engaging portion 16 of embodiment 1, have a claw shape having a protrusion and a claw portion, and are configured to be engaged with the first engaged portion 41 and the second engaged portion 42.
The first engaged portion 41 and the second engaged portion 42 provided in the decorative panel mounting member 11 are long holes extending in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the second screw insertion hole 12a, and are configured to be movable in the longitudinal direction in a state where the first engaging portion 31 and the second engaging portion 32 are engaged with each other. Thus, the first engaged portion 41 and the second engaged portion 42 are fixed so as not to be displaced in the width direction, but can be displaced in the longitudinal direction.
Note that the configuration other than the configuration in which the first engagement portion 31 and the second engagement portion 32 are provided without providing the first engagement portion 22 and the second engagement portion 23 in the panel main body 4 and the configuration in which the first engagement portion 15 and the second engagement portion 16 are not provided in the panel mounting member 11 and the first engagement portion 41 and the second engagement portion 42 are provided is the same as in embodiment 1, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
Next, a procedure of attaching the decorative panel main body 4 to the indoor unit main body 1 in the indoor unit 100 according to embodiment 2 will be described.
First, the decorative panel mounting member 11 is temporarily fixed to all the mounting member arrangement portions 20 of the decorative panel main body 4 in a state where the corner panel 7 is removed. That is, the first engaging portion 31 and the second engaging portion 32 of the decorative panel body 4 are engaged with the first engaged portion 41 and the second engaged portion 42 of the decorative panel mounting member 11, respectively, the washer 10 is inserted into the engaging portion 19 of the decorative panel mounting member 11, and the decorative panel mounting screw 9 is inserted into and engaged with the second screw insertion hole 12a with the head portion thereof at the lower side. The decorative panel 2 is shipped together with the indoor unit main body 1 in a state where the mounting member arrangement portion 20 is covered with the corner panel 7 after the mounting unit 8 is temporarily fixed to the mounting member arrangement portion 20.
At the site where the air conditioner is installed, the installation worker removes the corner panel 7 to expose the portion to which the installation unit 8 is temporarily fixed, and temporarily hangs the decorative panel 2 from the indoor unit main body 1 by using a locking unit, not shown. In a state where the decorative panel 2 is temporarily suspended from the indoor unit main body 1, as shown in fig. 8, the decorative panel attachment screw 9 is positioned coaxially with the screw fastening hole 3a and the first screw insertion hole 21, and the tip end is positioned inside the first screw insertion hole 21. The first mounting plate section 13 and the second mounting plate section 14 of the decorative panel mounting member 11 are not bent at the hinge section 18 and are in a horizontal state.
After that, when the decorative panel mounting screw 9 is rotated to fasten the decorative panel to the screw fastening hole 3a, the decorative panel mounting member 11 is bent at the hinge portion 18, and the first engaged portion 41 and the second engaged portion 42 are slidably moved in the direction of approaching each other in a state where the first engaging portion 31 and the second engaging portion 32 are engaged with each other, whereby the mounting surface portion 12 is displaced upward.
Then, the fastening of the decorative panel mounting screw 9 to the screw fastening hole 3a is completed, and as shown in fig. 9, when the mounting surface portion 12 comes into contact with the lower surface of the mounting member arrangement portion 20, the mounting work of the decorative panel 2 is completed.
As described above, according to the indoor unit 100 of embodiment 2, when the panel attachment screw 9 is fastened to the screw fastening hole 3a, the panel attachment member 11 is bent at the hinge portion 18, and the first engaged portion 41 and the second engaged portion 42 slide in the direction of approaching each other in the state where the first engaging portion 31 and the second engaging portion 32 are engaged with each other, and therefore, even if a force of a degree of deforming the elastic bending portion is not applied as in the conventional case, the attachment surface portion 12 can be displaced upward. Therefore, workability in fastening the decorative panel attachment screw 9 to the screw fastening hole 3a can be improved.
Further, when fastening the decorative panel mounting screw 9 to the screw fastening hole 3a, the height of the mounting surface portion 12 can be freely changed according to the amount of sliding movement of the first engaged portion 41 and the second engaged portion 42, and therefore, one type of decorative panel mounting member can be used for other models or the like having different height positions of the mounting portion 3 of the indoor unit main body 1.
Further, the decorative panel mounting member 11 can be held by the decorative panel main body 4 only by engaging the claw-shaped first engaging portion 31 and the claw-shaped second engaging portion 32 with the first engaged portion 41 and the second engaged portion 42, and therefore, the assembling workability and the maintainability are excellent.
Further, since the mounting unit 8 is held by the panel main body 4 so as not to come off the panel main body 4, it is not necessary to hold the panel mounting screw 9 by hand when mounting the panel 2 to the indoor unit main body 1, and the work efficiency is improved.
The form of the decorative panel mounting member 11 is not limited to the form described in embodiments 1 and 2.
For example, two foldable hinge portions 18 are formed in each of the first mounting plate portion 13 and the second mounting plate portion 14, but if the first mounting plate portion 13 and the second mounting plate portion 14 themselves are formed of a material that can be deformed so that the mounting surface portion 12 can be displaced upward, the hinge portions 18 need not be formed. For example, if the first mounting plate section 13 and the second mounting plate section 14 themselves are made of a flexible resin material, the first mounting plate section 13 and the second mounting plate section 14 can be deformed so that the mounting surface section 12 is displaced upward by fastening the decorative panel mounting screw 9 to the screw fastening hole 3 a.
The hinge portion 18 is a thin groove, but if the hinge portion 18 is configured to be foldable, the hinge portion 18 may be, for example, a slit structure with a notch or a structure in which plates are connected to each other by a hinge.
The first engaging portions 15, 31 and the second engaging portions 16, 32 have the same shape on the left and right sides, but may have different shapes. The first engaging portions 15, 31 and the second engaging portions 16, 32 do not need to have claw shapes, and may have shapes other than claw shapes as long as they can engage with the first engaged portions 22, 41 and the second engaged portions 23, 42, respectively, without falling off.
The decorative panel mounting member 11 has the hooking portion 19 for holding the gasket 10, but if the gasket 10 can be held by the decorative panel mounting member 11, the hooking portion 19 is not necessarily provided.
The decorative panel mounting member 11 has a shape extending in the longitudinal direction, but may be square, for example. The decorative panel mounting member 11 is made of a resin material, but need not be made of a resin material, and may be made of, for example, metal.
The embodiments of the first engaged portions 22 and 41 and the second engaged portions 23 and 42 are not limited to those described in embodiments 1 and 2.
For example, the first engaged portion 22 and the second engaged portion 23 extend in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the first screw insertion hole 21, but do not necessarily need to extend in the orthogonal direction as long as they extend in a direction intersecting the axial direction of the first screw insertion hole 21. Specifically, in embodiment 1, the description has been given of the configuration in which the first engaged portion 22 and the second engaged portion 23 extend in the horizontal direction, but the direction need not be a completely horizontal direction, and even if the direction is inclined obliquely from the horizontal direction, the first engaging portion 15 and the second engaging portion 16 may be movable in the direction in which they approach each other. Similarly, the first engaged portion 41 and the second engaged portion 42 extend in the direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the second screw insertion hole 12a, but do not necessarily need to extend in the orthogonal direction as long as they extend in the direction intersecting the axial direction of the second screw insertion hole 12 a.
The first engaged portions 22, 41 and the second engaged portions 23, 42 are elongated holes, but are not limited to this shape, and may be shaped like grooves, for example, as long as they are movable in a direction in which the first engaging portions 15, 31 and the second engaging portions 16, 32 can be moved closer to each other by engaging them.
The first engaged portions 22, 41 and the second engaged portions 23, 42 are arranged on a straight line, but need not be arranged on a straight line, and even if they are not arranged on a straight line, the first engaging portions 15, 31 and the second engaging portions 16, 32 may be movable in a direction in which they approach each other.
The holding structure of the panel mounting screw 9 of the panel mounting member 11 is not limited to the embodiment described in embodiments 1 and 2.
For example, the shape of the second screw insertion hole 12a has been described by taking the star shape of the projection 17 at the 6-point as an example, but the arrangement and the number of the projections 17 can be freely changed as long as the decorative panel mounting screw 9 can be easily inserted and the shape of the decorative panel mounting screw 9 can be held.
The second screw insertion holes 12a are formed in a shape capable of holding the panel mounting screws 9, but the second screw insertion holes 12a may not be configured to hold the panel mounting screws 9 as long as they have a structure capable of holding the panel mounting screws 9. For example, in the structure in which the panel mounting screw 9 and the washer 10 are integrated, the gasket 10 is held by the hooking portion 19, and the panel mounting screw 9 integrated with the washer 10 is also held by the panel mounting member 11, so that the panel mounting screw 9 can be held by the panel mounting member 11 even if the second screw insertion hole 12a is not a structure capable of holding the panel mounting screw 9.
In embodiments 1 and 2, the decorative panel attachment screw 9 is positioned coaxially with the screw fastening hole 3a and the first screw insertion hole 21 and the tip end is positioned inside the first screw insertion hole 21 in a state where the decorative panel 2 is temporarily suspended from the indoor unit main body 1, but the position of the decorative panel attachment screw 9 in the temporarily suspended state is not limited to the contents described in embodiments 1 and 2. Even if the decorative panel attachment screw 9 is not coaxial with the screw fastening hole 3a and the first screw insertion hole 21 and the front end is not positioned inside the first screw insertion hole 21, when the decorative panel 2 is attached to the indoor unit main body 1, the decorative panel attachment screw 9 may be aligned so as to be coaxial with the screw fastening hole 3a and the first screw insertion hole 21 and the front end may be inserted into the first screw insertion hole 21 to fasten the decorative panel attachment screw to the screw fastening hole 3 a.
In addition, although the first mounting plate section 13 and the second mounting plate section 14 of the trim panel mounting member 11 are not bent at the hinge section 18 and are in a horizontal state in a state where the trim panel 2 is temporarily suspended from the indoor unit main body 1, they may be bent by overlapping the trim panel mounting screws 9 and may have a downwardly hanging shape.
The gasket 10 is provided to increase the adhesion surface with the panel mounting member 11 and disperse the surface pressure against the panel mounting member 11, and the gasket 10 is not necessarily required. If the decorative panel 2 can be attached to the indoor unit main body 1, the attachment means 8 may be constituted by two decorative panel attachment screws 9 and decorative panel attachment members 11.
The decorative panel mounting member 11 is provided at all of the 4-position corner portions of the decorative panel main body 4, but need not be provided at all of the 4-position corner portions, and may be provided at, for example, two diagonal corner portions if the decorative panel 2 can be mounted to the indoor unit main body 1.
Embodiment 3

In the air conditioner of fig. 10, the outdoor unit 200 and the indoor unit 100 of embodiment 1 or 2 are connected by piping through a gas refrigerant piping 300 and a liquid refrigerant piping 400.
The outdoor unit 200 includes a compressor 210, a four-way valve 220, an outdoor heat exchanger 230, and an expansion valve 240.
The compressor 210 compresses and discharges a sucked refrigerant. The compressor 210 is not particularly limited herein, but may be configured to: the inverter circuit can change the capacity (the amount of refrigerant sent per unit time) of the compressor 210 by arbitrarily changing the operating frequency.
The four-way valve 220 is a valve that switches the flow of the refrigerant between cooling operation and heating operation, for example.
The outdoor heat exchanger 230 performs heat exchange between the refrigerant and outdoor air. For example, the refrigerant functions as an evaporator during heating operation, and evaporates and gasifies the refrigerant. In addition, the refrigerant functions as a condenser during the cooling operation, and condenses and liquefies the refrigerant.
The expansion valve 240 decompresses and expands the refrigerant, and is constituted by an expansion device, a flow rate control unit, or the like. When the expansion valve 240 is an electronic expansion valve, for example, the opening degree is adjusted based on an instruction from a control device not shown.
The indoor unit 100 has an indoor heat exchanger 110. The indoor heat exchanger 110 performs heat exchange between the refrigerant and air to be air-conditioned. For example, in the heating operation, the refrigerant functions as a condenser and is condensed and liquefied. Further, the refrigerant functions as an evaporator during the cooling operation, and evaporates and gasifies the refrigerant.
The air conditioner is configured as described above, and the flow of the refrigerant is switched by the four-way valve 220 of the outdoor unit 200, thereby achieving a heating operation and a cooling operation.
Here, the indoor unit 100 houses the indoor heat exchanger 110 inside the indoor unit main body 1 and is covered with the decorative panel 2. The decorative panel 2 is attached to the lower surface of the indoor unit main body 1 in the same manner as in embodiments 1 and 2.
According to the air conditioner of embodiment 3, in the air conditioner capable of performing the heating operation and the cooling operation, when the decorative panel 2 is attached to the indoor unit main body 1, the mounting surface portion 12 of the decorative panel mounting member 11 is displaced upward and the first mounting plate portion 13 and the second mounting plate portion 14 are moved so as to approach each other by fastening the decorative panel mounting screw 9 to the screw fastening hole 3a, so that the workability when fastening the decorative panel mounting screw 9 to the screw fastening hole 3a can be improved.
In addition, although the indoor units 100 of the four-direction cassette type air conditioners that blow air in 4 directions have been described in the above embodiments 1 to 3, the present invention can also be applied to indoor units that blow air in two directions, three directions, or the like, for example. Further, although the indoor unit 100 embedded in the ceiling is described, the present invention can be applied not only to the indoor unit embedded in the ceiling but also to an air conditioner in which the indoor unit is exposed. In addition, although the heat-exchangeable air conditioner using the refrigeration cycle has been described, the present invention can also be applied to, for example, a blower or a ventilator that does not use the refrigeration cycle. As described above, the present invention can be applied to any decorative panel attached to an indoor unit of an air conditioner.
