A multifunctional accessory support (1) for cooking food in an oven, characterized in that it comprises: -a frame (2A) made of a single piece, or a frame (2B, 2B ' and 2B ") made of two pieces (3, 3' and 3") assembled together in a removable and/or foldable manner, and-at least one accessory (5, 5', 5 "and 5 '") that can be supported by two opposite sides of said frame (2A) or (2B, 2B ' and 2B ").

Technical Field

The present invention relates to the field of conventional cooking. More specifically, the present invention relates to a support, for example of the tray or shelf type, intended to support the food cooked in the oven.

Background

In the cooking field, it is known to use supports, for example of the tray or shelf type, to directly support the food or to support the food that has been placed in the pot for cooking by the oven.

The known supports are very practical, but also have a number of drawbacks, in particular in terms of use, namely:

due to their large size, are difficult to clean in a dishwasher or sink, and also difficult to store in a kitchen cabinet,

a single support is difficult or impossible to use for many different purposes,

lack of stability and inability to stand stably.

Disclosure of Invention

The object of the present invention is to propose a support with various combinations to adjust the container according to the needs of each meal or the number of people having a meal, while being more convenient to clean in a sink or dishwasher and more convenient to store.

Accordingly, the present invention proposes a multifunctional accessory support for cooking food in an oven, comprising:

a frame made of a single piece, or of two pieces assembled together in a removable and/or foldable manner, and

-at least one accessory supportable by two opposite sides of the frame, the support being characterized in that the frame has the overall shape of a square or rectangle and in that the two pieces have the overall shape of a C and are assembled together by means of two connecting members to form the frame, the two pieces comprising at least one first bar and two second bars, each starting from each end of the first bar and extending parallel to each other in the same direction, so that the longitudinal axes of the first and second bars lie in the same plane P or P' or P ", the two connecting members comprising an overall parallelepiped body comprising a vertical front face, a vertical rear face, two vertical side faces connecting the front and rear faces, and a horizontal top face and a horizontal bottom face connecting the front face, the rear face and the side faces together.

According to a first alternative embodiment, each of the two pieces of the frame comprises two third bars, each of which starts from the free end of one of the second bars and extends perpendicularly to the plane P in the same direction, and each connecting member comprises two slots having a shape complementary to at least a portion of one of the second bars of the two pieces and to at least a portion of the associated third bar, and symmetrically arranged on the front face thereof with respect to the sagittal plane of the body, each slot opening at one end thereof on one of the lateral faces of the body and at the other end on the bottom face of the body.

According to a second alternative embodiment, each of the two pieces of the frame comprises two third bars, each starting from the free end of one of the second bars and extending perpendicularly to the plane P' in the same direction, and two fourth bars, each starting from the free end of one of the third bars and extending parallel to the first bars towards each other, and each connecting member comprises two slots having a shape complementary to at least a portion of one of the second bars of the two pieces and to at least a portion of the relative third and fourth bars, and symmetrically arranged on each of the lateral faces with respect to the sagittal plane of the body, each slot opening at one end thereof on the relative lateral face of the body and at the other end on the front face of the body.

According to a third alternative embodiment, each of the two pieces of the frame comprises two third bars, each starting from the free end of one of the second bars and extending perpendicularly to the plane P "in the same direction, and two fourth bars, each starting from the free end of one of the third bars and extending parallel to the first bars towards each other, and each connecting member comprises two slots having a shape complementary to at least a portion of one of the second bars and to at least a portion of the associated third and fourth bars of the two workpieces, and one of the grooves is disposed on one of the side surfaces of the body of the connecting member and is opened at one end thereof on the associated side surface, at the other end, is opened on the front face of the main body through the hole, and another slot is arranged on the front face of the main body, and opens at one end thereof on the relevant front face and at the other end on the other side face of the main body.

The body of the connecting member advantageously comprises a recess provided in the continuation of the bore.

Preferably, each slot of the connecting member comprises two edges disposed relative to each other along the associated slot, the edges being respectively in line with the front face, the side faces and the associated side or front face and being elastically deformable so as to clamp each connecting member to two associated work pieces of the frame.

Each frame is advantageously made of a bent metal rod having a circular cross section.

Each connecting member is preferably made of a heat-resistant silicone material.

Detailed Description

Fig. 1 to 4 show a multifunctional accessory support 1 for ovens according to the invention, hereinafter referred to as support 1, and most possible combinations.

Thus, with reference to fig. 1, the support 1 comprises:

-a frame 2A made of a single piece having a generally square or rectangular overall shape, or

frames

2B, 2B 'and 2B "made of two

pieces

3, 3' and 3" having a C-shaped overall shape, assembled together in a removable and/or foldable manner, advantageously by means of two connecting

Thus, fig. 5 to 9 show a first alternative embodiment of a support 1 comprising a frame 2B made of two integral C-shaped pieces 3 assembled together in a removable manner by means of two connecting members 4, which, when assembled, form a frame 2B having the overall shape of a square or rectangle.

Fig. 5 and 6 show a support 1 with a frame 2B which supports, in a non-limiting manner, two shelves 5. It goes without saying that the frame 2B can support accessories 5', 5 "and 5"' of completely different types, while still remaining within the scope of the present invention.

Each workpiece 3 of the frame 2B comprises a first bar 31, two second bars 32, each starting from each end of the first bar 31 and extending parallel to each other in the same direction, so that the longitudinal axes of the first and

second bars

31, 32 belong to the same plane P, and two third bars 33 each starting from the free end of one of the second bars 32 and extending perpendicular to the plane P in the same direction.

It will be appreciated that the two third bars 33 increase the rigidity of each workpiece 3 of the frame 2B and therefore the mechanical strength of the support 1 comprising the frame 2B.

Each connecting member 4 comprises a body 40, which is parallelepiped in its entirety, and two slots 41, having the overall shape of a circular arc, each of which is capable of at least partially housing the second bars 32 and the relative third bars 33 of the two workpieces 3 of the frame 2B when the slots are arranged with respect to each other (see fig. 8 and 9).

Thus, the main body 40 includes an upright front face 42, an upright rear face 43, two upright side faces 44 connecting the front face 42 and the rear face 43, and a horizontal top face 45 and a horizontal bottom face 46 connecting the front face 42, the rear face 43, and the side faces 44 together.

The slots 41 have a shape complementary to at least a portion of one of the second bars 32 and to at least a portion of the relative third bar 33 of the two pieces 3 of the frame 2B and are arranged symmetrically on the front face 42 with respect to the sagittal plane of the body 40, each slot 41 opening at one end on one of the lateral faces 44 of the body 40 and at the other end on the bottom face 46 of the body 40.

Each slot 41 also comprises two edges 47 arranged along the slot 41 with respect to each other, the edges 47 being in line with the front face 42 and being elastically deformable to allow each of the two parts 3 of the frame 2B to be snapped into the relative slot 41 of the connecting member 4 in the direction F (see fig. 8 and 9).

The body 40 advantageously has a T-shaped cross-section for the obvious purpose of reducing material consumption.

The construction of the first alternative embodiment is particularly interesting because it allows the support 1 to be completely disassembled after use in an oven, so as to be easy to wash in a dishwasher and then easy to store.

Furthermore, fig. 10 to 14 show a second alternative embodiment of a support 1 comprising a frame 2B made of two integral C-shaped pieces 3 assembled together in a removable manner by means of two connecting members 4, which, when assembled, form a frame 2B having the overall shape of a square or rectangle.

Fig. 10 and 11 show a support 1 with a frame 2B that supports, in a non-limiting manner, two shelves 5. It goes without saying that the frame 2B ' can support accessories 5', 5 "and 5" ' of completely different types, while still remaining within the scope of the present invention.

Each piece 3 'of the frame 2B' comprises a first bar 31', two second bars 32', two third bars 33 'and two fourth bars 34', the second bars each starting from each end of the first bar 31 'and extending parallel to each other in the same direction, so that the longitudinal axes of the first bar 31' and the second bar 32 'belong to the same plane P', the third bars each starting from the free end of one of the second bars 32 'and extending perpendicular to the plane P' in the same direction, and the fourth bars each starting from the free end of one of the third bars 33 'and extending parallel to the first bar 31' towards each other.

It will be appreciated that the two third bars 33' and the two fourth bars 34' increase the rigidity of each piece 3' of the frame 2B ' and therefore the mechanical strength of the support 1 comprising the frame 2B '.

Each connecting element 4 'comprises a body 40' which is parallelepiped in its entirety and two slots 41', each of which is capable of at least partially housing the second bar 32' and the relative third and fourth bars 33', 34' of the two pieces 3 'of the frame 2B', when the slots are arranged with respect to each other (see fig. 13 and 14).

Thus, the main body 40' includes an upright front face 42', an upright rear face 43', two upright side faces 44' connecting the front face 42' and the rear face 43', and a horizontal top face 45' and a horizontal bottom face 46' connecting the front face 42', the rear face 43' and the side faces 44' together.

The slots 41' have a shape complementary to at least a portion of one of the second bars 32' and of the associated third bar 33' and fourth bar 34' of the two pieces 3' of the frame 2B ' and are arranged symmetrically on each of the lateral faces 44' with respect to the sagittal plane of the body 40', each slot 41' opening at one end on the associated lateral face 44' of the body 40' and at the other end on the front face 42' of the body 40 '.

Each slot 41' also comprises two edges 47' arranged with respect to each other along the slot 41', the edges 47' being in line with the relative side faces 44' and being elastically deformable to allow each of the two parts 3' of the frame 2B ' to be snapped into the relative slot 41' of the connecting member 4' in the direction F (see fig. 13 and 14).

Similarly, the body 40' advantageously has a T-shaped cross-section for the obvious purpose of reducing material consumption.

The construction of the second alternative embodiment is also particularly interesting because it also allows the support 1 to be completely disassembled after use in an oven, so as to be easy to wash in a dishwasher and then easy to store.

It will be appreciated that the two third bars 33 "and the two fourth bars 34" increase the rigidity of each workpiece 3 "of the frame 2B", and therefore the mechanical strength of the support 1 comprising the frame 2B ".

Each connecting member 4 "comprises a body 40" which is parallelepiped in its entirety and two slots 41A "and 41B", each of which is capable of at least partially housing one of the second bars 32 "and the relative third bar 33" and fourth bar 34 "of the two pieces 3" of the frame 2B ", when the slots are arranged with respect to each other (see fig. 19).

Thus, the main body 40 "includes an upright front face 42", an upright rear face 43", two upright side faces 44" connecting the front face 42 "and the rear face 43", and a horizontal top face 45 "and a horizontal bottom face 46" connecting the front face 42", the rear face 43" and the side faces 44 "together.

The slots 41A "and 41B" have a shape complementary to at least a portion of one of the second bars 32 "and to at least a portion of the relative third bar 33" and fourth bar 34 "of the two pieces 3" of the frame 2B ". The slot 41A "is arranged on one of the lateral faces 44" of the body 40 "of the connecting member 4" and opens at one end on the relevant lateral face 44 "and at the other end on the front face 42" of the body 40 "through the hole 48". The slot 41B "is arranged on a front face 42" of the main body 40 "of the connecting member 4" and opens at one end on the relevant front face 42 "of the main body 40" and at the other end on the other side face 44 "of the main body 40".

Each of the slots 41A "and 41B" also comprises two edges 47A "and 47B" arranged with respect to each other along the slots 41A ", 41B", respectively, the edges 47A "and 47B" being in line with the relative side 44 "or front 42" and being elastically deformable to allow each of the two parts 3 "of the frame 2B" to be snapped into the relative slot 41B "and 41A" of the connecting member 4 "in the directions F" and R ", respectively (see fig. 19 and 20).

In order to allow the fourth rod 34 "of one of the two pieces 3" of the frame 2B "to be placed inside the hole 48" of the body 40 "of the connecting member 4", the body 40 "also comprises a recess 49" provided in the continuation of the hole 48 "so as to allow the fourth rod 34" to be inserted into the hole 48 "in the direction G" (see fig. 19). The body 40 "advantageously has a T-shaped cross-section for the obvious purpose of reducing material consumption.

Furthermore, the connecting member 4 "may comprise two slots 41A" as described above, while still remaining within the scope of the present invention.

The construction of the third alternative embodiment is also particularly interesting as it also allows to completely disassemble the support 1 after use in an oven, or to remove the

5, 5', 5 "and 5'" and fold the frame 2 "up for easy washing in a dishwasher and then for easy storage.

Furthermore, according to alternative embodiments not shown, the connection members are of the bayonet type or of the hook type or of the magnetic type.

The multifunctional support 1 according to the present invention is particularly suitable for cooking food in an oven. However, it may also be used to support food in a refrigerator, for example.

Finally, it goes without saying that the above examples of the multifunctional support 1 according to the invention are only specific examples and do not limit the invention in any way.

Claims

1. A multifunctional accessory support (1) for cooking food in an oven, comprising:

-a frame (2A) made of a single piece, or a frame (2B, 2B ', 2B ") made of two pieces (3, 3', 3") assembled together in a removable and/or foldable manner, and

-at least one accessory (5, 5 ') supportable by two opposite sides of said frame (2A) or (2B, 2B'),

the support (1) is characterized in that the frame (2A) or (2B, 2B ') has a square or rectangular overall shape and in that the two portions (3, 3') have a C-shaped overall shape and are assembled together by means of two connecting members (4, 4') forming the frame (2B, 2B '), the two pieces (3, 3') comprising at least one first rod (31, 31') and two second rods (32, 32') each starting at each end of the first rod (31, 31') and extending parallel to each other in the same direction, so that the longitudinal axes of the first and second rods (31, 31 '; 32, 32') lie in the same plane P or P '), the two connecting members (4, 4, 4', 4') comprises a body (40, 40') which is parallelepiped in its entirety, comprising a vertical front face (42, 42', 42"), a vertical rear face (43, 43', 43"), two vertical side faces (44, 44') connecting the front face (42, 42') and the rear face (43, 43 ') and a horizontal top face (45, 45 ') and a horizontal bottom face (46, 46 ') connecting the front face (42, 42', 42"), the rear face (43, 43 ') and the side faces (44, 44') together.

Support (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that each of said two pieces (3) of said frame (2B) comprises two third bars (33), said third bars each starting from a free end of one of said second bars (32) and extending perpendicular to said plane P in the same direction, and in that each connecting member (4) comprises two slots (41) having a shape complementary to at least a portion of one of the second bars (32) and to at least a portion of the relative third bar (33) of the two work pieces (3), and symmetrically arranged on the front face (42) thereof with respect to the sagittal plane of the body (40), each slot (41) opening at one end thereof on one of the lateral faces (44) of the body (40) and at the other end on the bottom face (46) of the body (40).

Support (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that each of said two pieces (3') of said frame (2B') comprises two third bars (33') each starting from a free end of one of said second bars (32') and extending perpendicularly to said plane P 'in the same direction, and two fourth bars (34') each starting from a free end of one of said third bars (33') and extending towards each other parallel to said first bars (31'), and in that each connecting member (4') comprises two slots (41') having a shape complementary to at least a portion of one of said second bars (32') of said two pieces (3') and to at least a portion of the third bars (33') and of said fourth bars (34') concerned, and symmetrically arranged on each of said lateral faces (44') with respect to the sagittal plane of said body (40'), each slot (41') opening at one end thereof on the relative lateral face (44') of said body (40') and at the other end on the front face (42') of said body (40 ').

Support (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that each of said two pieces (3") of said frame (2B") comprises two third bars (33") each starting from a free end of one of said second bars (32") and extending perpendicularly to said plane P "in the same direction, and two fourth bars (34") each starting from a free end of one of said third bars (33") and extending towards each other parallel to said first bars (31"), and in that each of said connection members (4") comprises two slots (41A", 41B ") having a shape complementary to at least a portion of one of said second bars (32") of said two pieces (3") and to at least a portion of the associated third and fourth bars (33", 34"), and one (41A ') of said grooves (41A', 41B ') is arranged on one of said lateral faces (44') of said body (40') of said connecting member (4') and opens, at one end thereof, on the relative lateral face (44') and, at the other end, on said front face (42') of said body (40') through a hole (48'), the other groove (41B ') is arranged on said front face (42') of said body (40') and opens, at one end thereof, on the relative front face (42') and, at the other end, on the other lateral face (44') of said body (40').

5. Support (1) according to claim 4, characterized in that said body (40") of said connection member (4") comprises a recess (49") provided in a continuation of said hole (48").

6. Support (1) according to any one of claims 2, 3 or 4, characterized in that each slot (41, 41', 41A ", 41B") comprises two edges (47, 47', 47A ", 47B") disposed with respect to each other along the relative slot (41, 41', 41A ", 41B"), said edges (47, 47', 47A ", 47B") being respectively in line with said front face (42), said side face (44') and the relative side face (44") or with said front face (42") and being elastically deformable so as to clamp each connecting member (4, 4', 4") on two respective workpieces (3, 3', 3") of said frame (2B, 2B', 2B ").

7. Support (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that said frame (2A) or (2B, 2B') is made of bent metal bars having a circular cross section.

8. Support (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that each connecting member (4, 4' and 4") is made of a heat-resistant silicone material.
