Abstract
The invention relates to an LED bulb (1) with a multi-tone control unit (3E) and an integrated lever (3F), which allows an easy transition from lighter to darker light tones by direct operation of the lever (3F) arranged on a receiving base (3) of the bulb (1).
Description
Technical Field
The invention applies to the technical field of light bulbs and room lighting and relates to an LED light bulb with an integrated system that allows easy conversion from lighter light hues to average light hues and finally to warmer light hues.
Background
Under the current state of the art, possible choices are:
a bulb producing a single light tone, which is generally classified as warm, natural or white;
a system with a switch that requires multiple activations until shut down to obtain a preferred light hue.
The state of the art therefore only provides a two-layer system applied to a bulb and a switch, which is capable of changing the light of the bulb and switching from one shade to another in the case of repeated operation.
Therefore, special switches or devices (remotely managing the lights by special "applications" from smartphones, tablets, etc.) need to be installed to integrate them in the light bulb.
This solution proves to be restrictive and in any case unsuccessful, since to pass from one light shade to another it is necessary to toggle the switch several times to try all the light shades foreseen by the bulb, and in any case cannot be applied to systems that do not incorporate switches or other techniques.
Furthermore, the state of the art relates to a series of problems that the present invention is specifically directed to. Indeed, according to the above, the wide variety of LED bulbs on the market and their technical limitations in reproducing a single hue (warm-natural-white) require that at the time of purchase, a bulb with a light hue that best matches the demand is selected; furthermore, if it is desired to switch to a different hue than the hue selected at the time of purchase, a new bulb having a different light hue must be purchased. This wide product selection and variety in the market means that retailers need to stock many (n) LED bulbs with warm tones, many (n) LED bulbs with natural tones, and many (n) LED bulbs with white tones. The object of the present invention is to allow the purchase of a single product with a light hue that varies according to the need, avoiding the need to purchase three different products (bulbs with warm, neutral, cold light) and to employ technologies that are too expensive and/or difficult to access and manage.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows:
frequent breakage of the switch, which is susceptible to inevitable failures due to repeated stress;
-avoiding changing the hue and intensity of the light with the switch finally closed by applying pressure to the switch a plurality of times;
avoiding the need for expert installation techniques or other techniques that are not easily accessible (e.g. mobile applications);
limited applicability.
The present invention applies a technique directly integrated into the light bulb, allowing the selection of the light hue simply by moving the integrated joystick onto the desired and clearly indicated light hue, thus eliminating the need to install a suitable switch and operating the switch multiple times to permanently turn off the lamp.
The invention comprises an LED bulb which can be installed like a common bulb and is internally provided with a multi-tone control unit; which is operated by a joystick provided on a base and directly connected to a color temperature change switch, and can reproduce three light tones (warm, natural, white).
The special features of the present invention allow the desired light color adjustment to be selected directly via the light bulb, simply by placing the joystick on the receiving base over the desired light color adjustments 3200K, 4000K and 6500K indicated on the receiving base, without changing the light bulb and adjusting it as desired. With this technique applied directly to the bulb, it is only necessary to mount the bulb in a common lamp holder (of any kind and interface) and operate the switch in a conventional on/off manner to energize the bulb; the light bulb will select the desired hue of light directly from the position of the integrated joystick on the base. The selected color tone will be the same until it is determined that another color tone is to be obtained by moving the joystick to the new desired color tone.
Drawings
Further characteristics and advantages of the invention will be better explained in the description of the device according to the invention, illustrated herein for the sake of illustration only and not of limitation in the attached drawings, wherein:
figures 1 and 2 show perspective views of all the components of the device according to the invention;
fig. 3 shows a side view of the device according to the invention.
Detailed Description
According to the preceding figures, the device according to the invention, generally designated by the reference numeral 1, has a standard polishing shell 2 and a lamp cap base 4 (of any kind and fitting), all fixed to a containing base 3 with an adhesive material (adhesive, silicone, etc.). Specifically, the housing base 3 houses an aluminum LED board 3A (of various types and shapes) having 3200K type LED chips 3A1 and 6500K type LED chips 3A2 thereon; the number of chips varies depending on the characteristics of the bulb and is set on the heat sink 3B, and all chips are connected to the multi-tone control unit 3E through the jigs 3C and 3 output cables 3D. The multi-tone control unit 3E includes a capacitor 3E5, an inductor 3E6, a resistor 3E7, a color temperature change switch 3E4, an electrolytic capacitor 3E3, a transformer 3E2, and an input cable 3E 8.
Fig. 4 shows the operating principle of a triple multi-tone (tris multi-tone) LED light bulb 1 with an integrated joystick 3F and multi-tone control unit 3E:
when the joystick 3F provided on the housing base 3 and directly connected to the color temperature change switch 3E4 is positioned on 6500K tone, the 6500K type LED chip 3A2 on the aluminum LED board 3A stably emits 100% light and the color temperature/tone is 6500K;
when the joystick 3F provided on the receiving base 3 and directly connected to the color temperature change switch 3E4 is positioned on 3200K color tone, the 3200K type LED chip 3A1 on the aluminum LED board 3A stably emits 100% light and the color temperature/color tone is 3200K;
when the operating lever 3F provided on the receiving base 3 and directly connected to the color temperature changing switch 3E4 is positioned at the 4000K color tone, the 3200K type LED chip 3A1 and 6500K type LED chip 3A2 on the aluminum LED board 3A are both lit at the same time at an intensity of 50%, and the color tone of light emitted by the standard polished cover 2 is at an intermediate color tone using the principle of the color superposition theory and becomes 4000K due to the mixture of the two color tones.
The above makes the device 1 according to the invention unique, being able to produce a light color of 4000K without the need to mount a type 4000K LED chip inside. This is achieved by a combination of the color tones of 3200K and 6500K, and is due to a specially designed multi-color-tone control unit 3E which delivers electrical pulses simultaneously to the 3200K type LED chip 3a1 and the 6500K type LED chip 3a 2; they are illuminated simultaneously, each with 50% intensity through the housing 2, so that a light hue of 4000K is produced.
It is evident from what has been described that the device according to the invention achieves the intended objects. The device of the invention is susceptible of numerous modifications and variants, all of which are within the scope of the inventive concept expressed in the appended claims. All the details may be replaced by other technically equivalent elements, and the materials may vary depending on the requirements, without departure from the scope of protection of the invention.
While the invention has been described with particular reference to the accompanying figures, the numerals referred to in the disclosure and claims are only used for the sake of an enhanced intelligibility of the invention and shall not be intended to limit the claimed scope in any manner.
