And the annular convex portion 321 and the flat portion are not located at the same level, that is, the surface of the sound insulating member 32 is uneven, and the annular convex portion 321 contributes to reducing the reflection of sound, that is, enhancing the sound insulating effect.
In order to prevent the first fixing member 31 from rotating relative to the sound cavity housing 1, the sound cavity housing 1 further includes one or more second limiting blocks, and each of the second limiting blocks is disposed on the inner side surface of the sound cavity opening 12 at an interval. Correspondingly, the outer side surface of the first fixing member 31 is provided with a corresponding number of second limiting grooves, and the second limiting blocks are correspondingly arranged in the second limiting grooves one to one. In order to prevent the first fixing member 31 from moving upwards relative to the sound cavity housing 1, steps are provided on the second limiting block and the second limiting groove, and the steps are abutted against each other.
In a preferred embodiment, the handle bracket 2 is provided with a fixing portion at an upper end thereof, one end of the fixing portion is connected with the handle bracket 2, and the other end of the fixing portion extends upwards. The number and the arrangement position of the fixing parts are matched with those of the second limiting blocks. The side surface of the second limiting block, which is far away from the first fixing piece 31, is recessed inwards, and the upper end of the fixing part is arranged in the recessed area. And the fixed part and the second limiting block are respectively provided with a connecting hole, and the fastening piece sequentially penetrates through the connecting holes, so that the handle support 2 is detachably connected with the sound cavity shell 1.
In order to prevent the first fixing member 31 from displacing downward relative to the handle holder 2, the inner side surface of the upper end of the handle holder 2 is further provided with a step, and the step extends for a circle along the inner side surface of the upper end of the handle holder 2. The lower end of the first fixing member 31 is directly abutted against the step.
In a preferred embodiment, the handle support 2 is detachably connected to the sound cavity housing 1, the sealing device 3 is located between the handle support and the sound cavity housing, and the sealing device 3 can prevent sound in the sound cavity 11 from being transmitted into the handle support 2. In addition, as can be seen from the above, the sealing device 3 is not directly connected to the handle bracket 2 or the sound cavity housing 1, but depends on the steps to limit the displacement of the upper and lower sides, and depends on the second limiting block and the second limiting groove to limit the relative rotation, that is, only depends on the connection between the handle bracket 2 and the sound cavity housing 1 to realize the fixation, so that no additional fixing structure is needed, the structure inside the microphone is simple and light, and the installation is time-saving and labor-saving.
Referring to fig. 14-16, the fixing device 6 includes a fixing bracket 61, a partition 62 and a flexible sleeve 63. The fixing support 61 is provided with a containing cavity 611, the power module 5 and the partition plate 62 are arranged in the containing cavity 611, the partition plate 62 is positioned between the power module 5 and the inner side wall of the containing cavity 611, one side of the partition plate is abutted to the power module 5, the other side of the partition plate is abutted to the inner side wall of the containing cavity 611, therefore, the power module 5 and the fixing support 61 are arranged at intervals, and a space is reserved between the power module 5 and the inner side wall of the containing cavity 611, so that the heat dissipation of the power module 5 is facilitated. The outer side of the fixed support 61 is sleeved with a flexible sleeve 63, and the flexible sleeve 63 can absorb impact force formed by impact to achieve the shock absorption effect.
More preferably, the power module 5 is cylindrical, and the shape of the partition plate 62 is adapted to the shape of the power module 5, preferably in the shape of a major arc. The inner side surface of the partition plate 62 is disposed in contact with the outer side surface of the power module 5.
More specifically, the partition plate 62 is a metal plate, and the metal has good thermal conductivity. Therefore, the partition plate 62 is abutted against the power module 5, heat generated by the power module 5 can be transferred to the partition plate 62, and the partition plate 62 is in contact with air, so that the heat can be rapidly led out to the air, and the heat dissipation speed of the power module 5 is greatly increased. Secondly, the baffle 62 can with power module 5 interference fit, direct butt set up in power module 5's surface has reduced unnecessary fixed knot structure, the holistic quality of cost and microphone.
Of course, in other embodiments, the shape of the power module 5 is not limited to the above, and the partition 62 mainly functions to fix the power module 5 and to separate the power module 5 from the inner side wall of the accommodating cavity 611, so the arrangement and shape of the partition 62 are not limited to the above. For example, the shape of the power module 5 may be a rectangular parallelepiped, the shape of the partition plate 62 may vary with the shape of the power module 5, for example, a ring shape, a spiral shape, or a polygonal shape, and the partition plate 62 may be directly and fixedly disposed on the inner sidewall of the accommodating cavity 611. Or, the partition plate 62 is not required to be provided, a plurality of limit blocks are directly arranged on the inner side wall of the accommodating cavity 611 at intervals, and each limit block is arranged in abutment with the outer side surface of the power module 5, so that the power module 5 can be stably fixed in the accommodating cavity 611. The material of the partition plate 62 may not be metal, but may be another material having light weight and high hardness.
In a preferred embodiment, the shape of the receiving cavity 611 is adapted to the shape of the power module 5, preferably cylindrical. And the containing cavity 611 is arranged on the fixing support 61 in a penetrating manner and is provided with an upper opening and a lower opening, so that the exchange of the gas inside the containing cavity 611 and the gas outside the containing cavity 611 can be accelerated. Due to the existence of the power module 5, the temperature of the gas inside the accommodating cavity 611 is high, so that the gas with low external temperature enters the accommodating cavity 611, which is also beneficial to the heat dissipation of the power module 5.
In order to prevent the power module 5 from falling off from the accommodating cavity 611, a limiting plate is disposed at a lower end of the accommodating cavity 611, one end of the limiting plate is fixedly disposed with the lower end of the accommodating cavity 611, and is preferably integrally formed, and the other end of the limiting plate extends toward an axis of the accommodating cavity 611. The number of the limiting plates may be one or more, preferably two, and the limiting plates are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the accommodating cavity 611. The limiting plate can be in the shape of an arc. The lower end of the power module 5 is abutted against the limiting plate, and the limiting plate can prevent the power module 5 from displacing downwards along the axis of the accommodating cavity 611, so that the power module 5 is more stably mounted. And, because only two limiting plates are arranged, the contact area between the lower end of the power module 5 and the outside is larger, which is beneficial to the heat dissipation of the power module 5 and the realization of the electrical connection between the power module 5 and other elements of the microphone.
More preferably, the fixing bracket 61 may be made of metal, the metal has better thermal conductivity, the heat of the partition plate 62 can be quickly transferred to the fixing bracket 61, and because the fixing bracket 61 has a larger volume, a contact area with air is larger, so that the fixing bracket 61 can dissipate heat quickly, which is beneficial to heat dissipation of the power module 5. And the hardness of the metal is higher, the impact resistance is better, and the stable fixation of the power module 5 is facilitated. Of course, in other embodiments, the fixing bracket 61 may be made of other materials with higher hardness and better heat dissipation.
In a preferred embodiment, the cover plate is covered on the upper end of the receiving cavity 611, and the cover plate is detachably coupled to the fixing bracket 61 by a fastener. The lower side surface of the cover plate is abutted to the upper side surface of the power module 5. In order to make the power module 5 more stably installed, the lower side surface of the cover plate is formed with a limiting step, and the side surface of the limiting step is abutted to the side surface of the power module 5. The lower side surface of the cover plate can limit the power module 5 to move along the axial direction of the accommodating cavity 611, the limit step can limit the power module 5 to move along other directions, and the power module 5 can be stably fixed in the accommodating cavity 611.
Wherein, a through hole is arranged on the cover plate in a penetrating way, and the through hole is positioned at the upper side of the power module 5. That is, the air outside the cover plate can pass through the through hole to directly contact with the upper end of the power module 5, which is beneficial to heat dissipation of the power module 5 and is also beneficial to the electrical connection between the rest of the microphone on the upper side of the power module 5 and the power module 5.
In a preferred embodiment, the flexible sleeve 63 is sleeved outside the fixing bracket 61 and directly fixed with the fixing bracket 61 in an interference fit manner. The flexible cover 63 is preferably a silica gel cover, the silica gel texture is soft and light, deformation and recovery easily occur, and the silica gel has better heat conductivity, and is favorable for heat dissipation of the fixed support 61. When the microphone drops or suffers the impact, because power module 5's quality is great, consequently power module 5 suffers the impact force also great, and the silica gel cover can absorb outside impact force because the texture is soft for the impact force can't be transmitted to fixed bolster 61 with on the power module 5, power module 5 can stable install in hold in the chamber 611.
Of course, in other embodiments, the material of the flexible sleeve 63 may be other materials, such as rubber.
In a preferred embodiment, the fixing bracket 61 is detachably connected to the inside of the handle bracket 2 by a fastener, and the flexible sleeve 63 is disposed at a distance from or in abutment with the inner sidewall of the handle bracket 2, preferably at a distance, so that external impact force cannot be transmitted to the flexible sleeve 63 through the handle bracket 2.
More preferably, a knob 41 is rotatably disposed at the lower end of the handle bracket 2, the knob 41 is located at the lower side of the power module 5, a mounting hole is formed in the knob 41 in a penetrating manner, one end of the charging device can be disposed in the mounting hole, and the other end of the charging device is connected with the power module 5. But charging wire one end and outside power connection, the other end with in the mounting hole charging device connects, realizes giving power module 5 charges. The power module 5 is used for supplying power to the rest elements of the microphone.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, and any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. A microphone, comprising:
the sound cavity shell (1) is internally provided with a sound cavity (11), and the lower end part of the sound cavity shell is provided with a sound cavity opening (12);
the upper end of the handle bracket (2) is detachably connected with the lower end part of the sound cavity shell (1);
the sealing device (3) comprises a first fixing piece (31) and a sound insulation piece (32) arranged on one side surface of the first fixing piece (31), the upper end of the first fixing piece (31) is arranged in the sound cavity opening (12), and the lower end of the first fixing piece (31) is abutted to the upper end part of the handle bracket (2);
the volume adjusting device (4) comprises a knob (41), a volume control plate (42) and an adjuster (43), the knob (41) is rotatably arranged on the lower end part of the handle bracket (2), the volume control plate (42) is arranged in the lower end of the handle bracket (2), and the adjuster (43) is fixedly arranged on the volume control plate (42) and is matched with the knob (41) to adjust the volume;
the knob (41) comprises a knob body (411) and a plurality of protruding parts (412), and the protruding parts (412) are sequentially arranged and arranged on the knob body (411) in a surrounding mode; the adjuster (43) comprises an adjuster body (431) and a shifting sheet (432), the adjuster body (431) is fixedly arranged on the volume control plate (42), one end of the shifting sheet (432) is connected with the adjuster body (431), and the other end of the shifting sheet is located between the adjacent bulges (412).

The microphone according to claim 2, wherein the fixing device (6) further comprises a partition (62) and a flexible sleeve (63), the partition (62) is disposed in the accommodating cavity (611), and one side of the partition is disposed in abutment with the power module (5) and the other side of the partition is disposed in abutment with the inner side wall of the accommodating cavity (611); the flexible sleeve (63) is sleeved on the outer side of the fixed support (61) and is arranged at intervals with the inner side wall of the handle support (2).

A microphone according to claim 1, further comprising a sound input device (71) and a speaker (72), the speaker (72) being arranged in the sound chamber (11); the upper end part of the sound cavity shell (1) is provided with a fixing groove (13), the sound input device (71) is arranged in the fixing groove (13), and the sound input device (71) is electrically connected with the loudspeaker (72).

The microphone according to claim 4, wherein the sound chamber housing (1) comprises a first housing (14) and a second housing (15), and the fixing groove (13) and the sound chamber opening (12) are respectively disposed at the upper end and the lower end of the first housing (14); a loudspeaker fixing hole (16) is formed in the side surface of the first shell (14), and the loudspeaker (72) is fixed in the loudspeaker fixing hole (16); the second shell (15) is provided with a plurality of sound outlet holes at intervals and covers the loudspeaker fixing holes (16).
6. Microphone according to claim 1, characterized in that the sealing means (3) further comprise a second fixing element (33), the second fixing element (33) covering the sound-insulating element (32) and being removably connected to the first fixing element (31).

The microphone according to claim 6, wherein the first fixing member (31) is provided with a first through hole (311), the second fixing member (33) is provided with a second through hole (331), the soundproof member (32) is located between the first through hole (311) and the second through hole (331), and the soundproof member (32) includes an annular protrusion (321), and the annular protrusion (321) extends into the first through hole (311) or the second through hole (331).
