Due to the existence of the second magnetic loop, the upper limit of the tripping current of the high-current tripping device is greatly increased under the condition that the rigidity of the spring 3 is not changed, and the circuit breaker can be used for short-circuit protection with larger capacity.
When the loop current is subjected to the fluctuation of external interference, a magnetic field which changes along with the fluctuation of the current is generated in a magnetic loop formed by the magnetic conduction frame 1, the armature 2 and the working air gap, the electromagnetic force applied to the armature 2 also changes along with the fluctuation of the current, under the critical condition, if the electromagnetic force applied to the armature 2 fluctuates near the resistance value of the spring 3, the resultant force of the electromagnetic force and the spring force applied to the armature 2 can generate the zero crossing condition, at the moment, the armature can shake up and down, and if the shake amplitude is too large, the false tripping phenomenon of the circuit breaker can occur. Preferably, in order to solve this problem, two short-circuit rings 4 are symmetrically arranged on the magnetic conduction frame 1 of the second magnetic circuit, when the magnetic field changes along with the current fluctuation, induced eddy currents are generated in the short-circuit rings 4, the magnetic flux passing through the second magnetic circuit is blocked from changing, the electromagnetic force born by the armature 2 is also delayed from changing, the electromagnetic attraction force of the armature 2 is compensated, in this case, the electromagnetic force born by the armature 2 is always smaller than the resistance of the spring 3, so that the shaking of the armature 2 can be reduced, and the false tripping action caused by interference of a circuit breaker is avoided.
Further, if the expected trip current value of the circuit breaker is to be fine-tuned, the compression amount of the compression spring 6 needs to be adjusted. Referring to fig. 6 to 9, the circuit breaker trip device preferably further includes a setting current scale adjusting device 7 provided at the lower end of the magnet conductive frame 1 for setting an initial compression amount of the compression spring 6.
