The invention discloses a cold rolling welding machine and a cooling system of a transformer thereof, wherein the cooling system of the transformer of the cold rolling welding machine comprises: the cooling device comprises a plurality of connecting pipelines and a plurality of speed regulating valves; the cooling device is communicated with a plurality of cooling liquid interfaces of the transformer through the plurality of connecting pipelines; the plurality of connecting pipes include: at least two coolant outlet lines and at least one coolant recovery line; the speed regulating valve is arranged in the cooling liquid output pipeline; the plurality of coolant ports includes: at least two coolant inlets, and at least one coolant outlet; and the cooling liquid output pipeline is communicated with the cooling liquid inlet, and the cooling liquid recovery pipeline is communicated with the cooling liquid outlet. The cold rolling welding machine and the cooling system of the transformer thereof provided by the invention improve the stability and the cooling effect of the cooling system of the transformer of the cold rolling welding machine.
Description
Technical Field

The cooling device 1 includes a coolant tank 11, a circulation pump 12, and a refrigerator 13. The cooling liquid tank 11 is communicated with a circulating pump 12, the output end of the circulating pump 12 is respectively communicated with at least two cooling liquid inlets through at least two cooling liquid output pipelines, and the input end of the circulating pump 12 is communicated with at least one cooling liquid outlet through at least one cooling liquid recovery pipeline; the refrigerator 13 communicates with the coolant tank 11, and the coolant tank 11 may be a water tank.
In one embodiment, the plurality of connecting pipes 3 includes: three coolant output pipelines and one coolant recovery pipeline; the plurality of coolant ports includes: three coolant inlets, and one coolant outlet. The first cooling liquid output pipeline is a cooling liquid output pipeline with the flow of the cooling liquid lower than a preset branch flow value, and the second cooling liquid output pipeline is a cooling liquid output pipeline with the flow of the cooling liquid not lower than the preset branch flow value.
The invention also provides a cold rolling welder comprising: the cooling system of the transformer of the cold rolling welding machine and the transformer 2 of the cold rolling welding machine communicated with the cooling system.
The transformer 2 of the cold-rolling welding machine comprises a coil structure 22, a rectifying structure 23 and a cooling cavity structure 21.
Rectifying structure 23 and cooling chamber structure 21 all are located the coil structure 22 outside, and are provided with first cooling tube 211 in the cooling chamber structure 21, are provided with second cooling tube 231 in the rectifying structure 23, equally divide on first cooling tube 211 and the second cooling tube 231 and do not be provided with coolant liquid import and coolant liquid export.
The first cooling pipe 211 is provided with at least two cooling inlets, the first cooling inlet of the first cooling pipe 211 is communicated with the cooling outlet of the second cooling pipe 231 through the transformer pipe 7, and the second cooling inlet of the first cooling pipe 211 is communicated with the output end of the cooling device 1 through the cooling outlet pipe.

In addition, compared with the existing cooling system of the transformer of the cold rolling welding machine, the invention does not adopt an internal cooling pump set and a kettle, thereby reducing the equipment purchase and maintenance cost, controlling the transformer 2 of the cold rolling welding machine to carry out circulating cooling through the cooling device 1, avoiding the situation of overflowing cooling water in the kettle and reducing the failure probability of the cooling system of the transformer of the cold rolling welding machine.
In the cooling system of the cold rolling welding machine and the transformer thereof provided by the invention, two cooling devices 1 can be provided to be connected into the transformer 2 of the cold rolling welding machine, one cooling device 1 is used normally, the other cooling device is used for standby, and when one cooling device 1 fails, the other cooling device 1 starts to be started.

the plurality of coolant ports includes: at least two coolant inlets, and at least one coolant outlet; and the cooling liquid output pipeline is communicated with the cooling liquid inlet, and the cooling liquid recovery pipeline is communicated with the cooling liquid outlet.

The cooling system of a transformer of a cold rolling welder as recited in claim 1, wherein said cooling means comprises a cooling liquid tank and a circulation pump; the cooling liquid tank is communicated with the circulating pump, the output end of the circulating pump is respectively communicated with the at least two cooling liquid inlets through the at least two cooling liquid output pipelines, and the input end of the circulating pump is communicated with the at least one cooling liquid outlet through the at least one cooling liquid recovery pipeline.
