The invention discloses a double off-line payment method of digital currency, which comprises the following steps: under the condition that the payee is detected to input the transaction amount, broadcasting is carried out, and the payer establishes an information channel with the payee based on a preset medium; the payee acquires and verifies a first digital certificate of the payer based on the information channel; the payer acquires and verifies the collection information of the payee and the second digital certificate of the payee; after the verification is successful, the payer sends the digital currency and the signature to the payee to enable the payee to verify, and under the condition that both the signature and the digital currency pass the verification, a transaction receipt is sent to the payer; the payer deducts the transaction amount based on the transaction receipt, and the payee increments the transaction amount. The process realizes the establishment of the information channel based on the preset medium under the condition of no network, realizes the off-line payment of the payee and the payer based on the information channel, and is not limited by the network environment.
The double offline payment method based on the digital currency is applied to a payee, and in the embodiment of the invention, a double offline payment device of the digital currency is also provided and applied to the payee, and a structural block diagram of the payment device is shown in fig. 4, and the method comprises the following steps:
a broadcast module 201, a verification module 202 and a verification and transmission module 203.

Based on the above-mentioned double offline payment method of digital currency, which is applied to the payer, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a double offline payment device of digital currency, which is applied to the payer, and the structural block diagram of the payment device is shown in fig. 5, and includes:
an establishment module 301, an acquisition and verification module 302, a sending module 303 and a deduction module 304.

the deduction module 304 is configured to receive the transaction receipt, and deduct a corresponding transaction amount based on the transaction receipt.

under the condition that the payee is detected to input the transaction amount, broadcasting, wherein the payer establishes an information channel with the payee based on a preset medium;
the payee acquires a first digital certificate of the payer based on the information channel and verifies the first digital certificate;
the payer acquires collection information of the payee and a second digital certificate of the payee, and verifies the second digital certificate and the collection information;
after the verification is successful, the payer sends digital currency and a signature to the payee;
the payee verifies the digital currency and the signature, and sends a transaction receipt to the payer under the condition that the signature and the digital currency are verified;
the payer deducts the transaction amount based on the transaction receipt, and the payee increments the transaction amount.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the blockchain further comprises: a system for a bank blockchain is provided,
when the blockchain is detected to be in a network condition, acquiring transaction information of the payer and the payee;
the bank blockchain system verifying the payee, the payer, and the transaction amount based on the transaction information;
and in the case of passing the verification, changing the transaction state of the payer and the payee.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the payer establishes an information channel with the payee based on a predetermined medium, comprising:
the payer asks the payee for the random public key;
the payee sends the random public key to the payer for response;
the payer encrypts a random key based on the random public key and sends the random key to the payee;
the payee encrypts a reply confirmation response based on the random key.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein verifying the second digital certificate and the receipt information comprises:
verifying the payee;
acquiring the transaction amount in the collection information, and verifying the transaction amount;
verifying the second digital certificate based on a root certificate.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the transaction receipt comprises: if the payer receives the transaction receipt, the information channel is disconnected, and the information channels of the payer and the payee are reestablished based on the preset medium.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the transaction status of the transaction amount in the payee is a temporary status.
7. A method of dual off-line payment for digital currency, for use with a payee, the method comprising:
under the condition that the payee is detected to input the transaction amount, broadcasting is carried out so as to enable the payer and the payee to establish an information channel;
acquiring a first digital certificate of the payer based on the information channel, and verifying the first digital certificate;
and after the verification is passed, receiving the digital currency and the signature sent by the payer, verifying the digital currency and the signature, and sending a transaction receipt to the payer under the condition that the signature and the digital currency are verified to be passed.
8. A method for dual offline payment of digital currency, applied to a payer, the method comprising:
under the condition of receiving a payee broadcast, the payer establishes an information channel with the payee based on a preset medium;
under the condition that the payee verifies the payer through the instruction, acquiring the collection information of the payee and a second digital certificate of the payee, and verifying the second digital certificate and the collection information;
after the verification is successful, sending the digital currency and the signature to the payee so as to enable the payee to verify the digital currency and the signature, and sending a transaction receipt under the condition of passing the verification;
and receiving the transaction receipt, and deducting the corresponding transaction amount based on the transaction receipt.
9. A dual off-line payment device for digital currency, for use with a payee, the device comprising:
the broadcast module is used for broadcasting under the condition that the payee is detected to input the transaction amount so as to enable the payer and the payee to establish an information channel;
the verification module is used for acquiring a first digital certificate of the payer based on the information channel and verifying the first digital certificate;
and the verification and transmission module is used for receiving the digital currency and the signature sent by the payer after the verification is passed, verifying the digital currency and the signature, and sending a transaction receipt to the payer under the condition that the signature and the digital currency are verified to be passed.
10. A dual offline payment apparatus for digital currency, applied to a payer, the apparatus comprising:
the establishment module is used for establishing an information channel between the payer and the payee based on a preset medium under the condition of receiving the broadcast of the payee;
