Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
The take-out industry is prosperous, and the probability that a plurality of users with similar geographical positions take out at the same point of the merchant in a short time is very high, especially in the places with concentrated take-out groups at the points of schools, office buildings and the like. For example, an office building can accommodate thousands of people working, and when a meal peak occurs, a plurality of users in the office building have a high possibility of submitting take-out orders to the same business in the same time period. In this case, the take out platform may assign the several take out orders to the same forensics, i.e., the several take out orders constitute an in-route delivery, and then the forensics need only make one trip to deliver multiple take out orders.
Currently, take-away platforms can randomly create straightforward deliveries, however, the proportion of the straightforward deliveries created randomly is small, resulting in limited delivery efficiency and reduced delivery costs. In order to solve the above problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a takeout delivery method, which can guide a user to submit a takeout order to a specific merchant, so as to form an in-route delivery, improve the specific gravity of the in-route delivery, improve the takeout delivery efficiency, and save the takeout delivery cost.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the main steps of a takeaway distribution method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the main steps of the takeaway distribution method may include steps S101 to S105.
Step S101: and acquiring merchants browsed by the user on the takeout platform and seed orders corresponding to the merchants.
Before taking out a point, a user first browses a merchant on a take-out platform, so in step S101, the merchant browsed by the user and a seed order corresponding to the merchant can be obtained. The seed order corresponding to the merchant needs to meet the following requirements: (1) a take order submitted and successfully paid at the merchant site; (2) it should be noted that, the embodiment of the present invention aims to allocate a newly submitted take-out order to a take-out person corresponding to a seed order, and therefore it is necessary to limit that the seed order has not yet started to be delivered, that is, if a take-out order has already started to be delivered, the take-out order is a non-seed order; (3) the takeaway platform independently distributes the takeaway orders of the takeaway staff, and if a certain takeaway order is independently distributed to the takeaway staff A, the takeaway platform indicates that other non-distributed orders of the merchant are not distributed to the takeaway staff A currently.
For example, at 11 o 'clock and 10 o' clock, user C1 located in building S submitted and paid a takeaway order P1 to merchant M, and when P1 did not form an in-route delivery with other takeaway orders from merchant M, the takeaway platform would assign a takeaway member to P1 for delivery. Before P1 begins distribution, P1 may consider the seed order corresponding to merchant M. At point 11 and point 12, the user C2 in building S submits and pays a takeaway order P2 to merchant M, and the takeaway platform distributes P2 to the corresponding takeaway of seed order P1, so that P1 and P2 constitute the forward distribution. At point 11 and 25, user C3 located in building S submitted and paid a takeaway order P3 to merchant M, at which point P1 and P2 have been delivered, so the takeaway platform independently distributes P3 to another member. Obviously, before P3 starts to deliver, P3 may also be considered as the seed order corresponding to merchant M. It can be seen that P1 and P3 are orders for independently distributed takeoffs, so P1 and P3 are seed orders for merchant M before P1 and P3 are distributed; while the delivery of P2 borrows the delivery resources of seed order P1, i.e., P2 is an order without a separate allocation reseller, so P2 is a non-seed order. In summary, a seed order is a takeaway order with a takeaway member independently assigned, while a non-seed order is a takeaway order without a takeaway member independently assigned, and borrows delivery resources of the seed order from the non-seed order.
Step S102: and judging whether the user meets the preset in-route distribution condition or not according to the receiving address corresponding to the seed order and the in-route limited time corresponding to the seed order.
It should be noted that if a certain takeaway order is a seed order, the forward limit time corresponding to the seed order is set. If a take-away order is generated that is close to the delivery route of the seed order within the on-road time limit, the take-away order may be distributed to the corresponding take-away member of the seed order. The take out order P1 in the above example sets the forward limit time of P1 to 11 points 18 points after the payment is successful. Then take orders generated between 11 o 'clock 10 and 11 o' clock 18 and having a delivery address at or near the building S (i.e., within a certain range of distance from the building S) are assigned to the corresponding takeout clerk at P1 for onward delivery.
After the seed order corresponding to the merchant is obtained, whether the user meets the preset in-route distribution condition is judged according to the receiving address corresponding to the seed order and the in-route limited time corresponding to the seed order, namely whether the user meets the in-route distribution condition formed by the seed order if the user takes out at the merchant.
As an embodiment of the present invention, determining whether the user meets the preset on-road delivery condition according to the receiving address corresponding to the seed order and the on-road limit time corresponding to the seed order may include: acquiring a browsing address and browsing time of a user browsing merchant; judging whether the distance between the browsing address and the receiving address corresponding to the seed order is smaller than a preset first distance threshold value or not and whether the browsing time does not exceed the forward limit time corresponding to the seed order or not; and if so, determining that the user meets the preset forward distribution condition.
The browsing address refers to an address required by a user when the user browses a merchant on the takeaway platform. The takeaway platform may present the user with merchants near the browsing address. The browsing address can be the current location address of the user or the address input by the user. The first distance threshold may be set according to practical circumstances, such as 50 meters. Generally, the browsing address is a receiving address of the user, and therefore, whether the distance between the browsing address and the receiving address corresponding to the seed order is smaller than a preset first distance threshold value is judged. If yes, the delivery route of the generated take-out order is close to the delivery route of the seed order and meets one of conditions for constituting direct delivery.
Besides the analysis of the browsing address, the analysis of the browsing time is also required. The browsing time refers to the time when the current user browses the merchant on the takeaway platform. If the time for the user to browse the merchant exceeds the forward limited time corresponding to the seed order of the merchant, the takeaway order generated by the user ordering at the merchant cannot form forward delivery with the seed order corresponding to the merchant.
In summary, if the distance between the browsing address of the user and the receiving address corresponding to the seed order is smaller than the preset first distance threshold, and the time that the user browses the merchant does not exceed the forward-route limited time corresponding to the seed order of the merchant, it is determined that the user meets the preset forward-route distribution condition.
Step S103: and if so, sending the forward distribution preferential information to the user.
When a user browses a merchant on a take-away platform, determining that the user meets a preset in-route distribution condition, and sending in-route distribution preferential information related to the merchant to the user. For example, when the user browses the merchant M, and determines that the on-road distribution condition is met, the user is reminded that "just right, a user nearby also places a take-out order for the merchant M. If you place an order and pay for this merchant M in XX (i.e., in the limited time on the way corresponding to the seed order) and distribute to your current location (i.e., browsing location), the take out clerk can distribute on the way, which reduces the saved distribution fee XX to you ". And if the user is determined not to be in accordance with the preset forward distribution condition, no forward distribution preference information is sent to the user. That is, in the browsing stage, if it is determined that the user does not comply with the preset forward distribution condition according to the browsing information, it is not necessary to push the forward distribution preference information to the user.
It should be noted that each merchant viewed by the user may be analyzed. For each browsed merchant, if the preset forward distribution condition is determined to be met, forward distribution preferential information related to the merchant is sent to the user.
Step S104: and responding to the takeout order corresponding to the forward distribution discount information submitted by the user, and verifying the takeout order submitted by the user.
Step S105: and if the verification is passed, distributing the takeout order submitted by the user to a takeout person corresponding to the seed order so as to realize the forward distribution.
Considering that the receiving address corresponding to the takeaway order submitted by the user may not be consistent with the address when the user browses the merchant, and the order submission time and the order payment time are not consistent with the time when the user browses the merchant, it is necessary to verify whether the takeaway order submitted by the user can form forward distribution with the seed order of the merchant. Therefore, after sending the on-road distribution offer information related to the merchant to the user, if the user submits a takeaway order at the merchant, the takeaway order submitted by the user needs to be verified. If the verification is passed, the takeout order submitted by the user can be distributed to the same takeout personnel as the seed order, and then the takeout personnel can distribute the seed order and the takeout order submitted by the user in one trip, so that the forward distribution can be realized, the distribution efficiency is improved, and the distribution cost is saved.
According to the takeout distribution method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the seed order corresponding to a user browsing merchant can be obtained, and under the condition that the takeout address corresponding to the seed order and the forward route limiting time are determined to be in accordance with the forward route distribution, the user is reminded of the forward route distribution preference, so that the user can be guided to submit the takeout order related to the forward route distribution preference, and then after the order submitted by the user is verified, the takeout order submitted by the user is distributed to the same takeout person as the seed order, so that the forward route distribution of the order submitted by the user and the seed order is realized, the problem that the randomly formed forward route distribution is low in specific gravity is solved, the distribution efficiency is improved, and the distribution cost is saved.
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of the main steps for validating a take order submitted by a user, according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, the main steps of validating a takeaway order submitted by a user may include:
step S201, acquiring a receiving address and order submitting time corresponding to a takeout order submitted by a user;
step S202, judging whether the distance between the receiving address corresponding to the takeaway order submitted by the user and the receiving address corresponding to the seed order is smaller than a preset second distance threshold value or not and whether the order submitting time does not exceed the forward limit time corresponding to the seed order or not, if so, executing step S203, wherein the second distance threshold value can be set according to the actual situation, and the second distance threshold value can be the same as the first distance threshold value;
step S203, calculating a first distribution fee corresponding to the takeaway order submitted by the user according to the forward distribution discount information;
step S204, after the user finishes payment according to the first distribution fee, obtaining order payment time of the user;
step S205, determining whether the order payment time does not exceed the forward limit time corresponding to the seed order, if yes, performing step S206, and if no, performing step S207;
step S206, determining that the verification is passed;
step S207, it is determined that the verification fails.
Since the delivery address corresponding to the takeaway order submitted by the user may not be consistent with the address when the user browses the merchant, and the order submission time may not be consistent with the time when the user browses the merchant, in step S202, the delivery address and the order submission time corresponding to the takeaway order submitted by the user are determined. And if the distance between the receiving address corresponding to the takeout order submitted by the user and the receiving address corresponding to the seed order is smaller than a preset second distance threshold value, and the order submission time does not exceed the on-road limited time corresponding to the seed order, the user submits the takeout order close to the delivery route of the seed order within the on-road limited time range. Then, according to the forward distribution preferential information, a first distribution fee corresponding to the takeaway order submitted by the user can be calculated. That is, the first delivery fee is calculated according to the calculation mode of reducing and avoiding the delivery fee, so that the user can be guided to submit the takeout order at the merchant, the forward delivery can be realized, the delivery efficiency is improved, the delivery cost is saved, the delivery fee can be saved for the user, and the effects of retaining the original user and attracting the new user are achieved.
In step S203, after the user completes payment according to the first delivery fee, it is determined whether the order payment time does not exceed the forward limit time corresponding to the seed order. Since there is a case where no payment is made or no payment is made for a short time after the user submits the order, the order payment time needs to be verified. And if the order payment time does not exceed the forward limited time corresponding to the seed order, the verification is passed, the seed order and the takeout order submitted by the user can form forward distribution, and the takeout order submitted by the user is distributed to the takeout personnel corresponding to the seed order. If the order payment time exceeds the forward limited time corresponding to the seed order, and the seed order is possibly delivered or is about to be delivered at the moment, the verification fails, and the seed order and the takeaway order submitted by the user cannot form forward delivery.
In addition, as an embodiment of the present invention, if the distance between the receiving address corresponding to the takeaway order submitted by the user and the receiving address corresponding to the seed order is not less than the preset second distance threshold, or the order submission time exceeds the forward limited time corresponding to the seed order, the second delivery fee corresponding to the takeaway order submitted by the user is calculated; and after the user finishes payment according to the second distribution fee, distributing takeoffs for the takeaway orders submitted by the user, wherein the distributed takeaway persons are different from the takeaway persons corresponding to the seed orders.
That is, if it is determined that the take-away order submitted by the user cannot be distributed with the seed order, then the second distribution fee may be calculated in a non-exempt distribution fee calculation manner. Then, after the user completes payment according to the second delivery fee, the takeaway platform may distribute the takeaway order submitted by the user to other takeaway personnel, that is, the takeaway personnel other than the takeaway personnel corresponding to the seed order.
In addition, as an embodiment of the present invention, if it is determined that the verification fails, that is, the order payment time exceeds the forward limit time corresponding to the seed order, information of paying the delivery fee difference or canceling the order may be sent to the user, that is, the user selects to pay the delivery fee difference or cancel the order. Wherein, the delivery fee difference is the difference between the second delivery fee and the first delivery fee. That is, after the first distribution fee is calculated, the user is reminded to pay, and if the payment time of the user exceeds the forward limited time corresponding to the seed order, it can be determined that the takeaway order submitted by the user cannot form forward distribution with the seed order, that is, the distribution fee of the user cannot be reduced. In this case, the user may be given the option to make up for the previously discounted delivery fee or to cancel the order. If the user chooses to make up the previously discounted fee, i.e., the user pays the difference between the second delivery fee and the first delivery fee, the order placement is successful. If the user chooses to cancel the order, the cost that the user has paid is returned to the user.
It is further noted that embodiments of the present invention may set an unpaid order expiration time. That is, for a take-away order submitted by a user, if the user does not pay within a specified time (which may be, but is not limited to, 15 minutes), the order is automatically cancelled, and after cancellation, the user is unable to pay for the order. Wherein the specified time is the unpaid order expiration time. Therefore, after the first delivery fee is calculated, if the user does not pay within the specified time, the takeaway order submitted by the user is automatically cancelled, and the takeaway order submitted by the user and the seed order cannot form a direct delivery. And after the second delivery fee is calculated, if the user does not pay within the specified time, the takeaway order submitted by the user is automatically cancelled.
As an embodiment of the present invention, after distributing the takeaway order submitted by the user to the takeaway staff corresponding to the seed order, distribution preference information may also be sent to the user corresponding to the seed order. Wherein delivering the coupon information includes delivering the coupon or delivering the coupon point. If the take orders P1 and P2 in the above example constitute direct delivery and are distributed to a take out clerk for delivery, the delivery coupon or the delivery points may be sent to user C1 corresponding to P1 after delivery is successful.
FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating the main steps of obtaining seed orders corresponding to merchants according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the main steps of acquiring the seed order corresponding to the merchant may include:
step S301, acquiring one or more target orders corresponding to merchants, wherein the target orders are takeaway orders which are allocated with takeoffs and do not start to be delivered;
step S302, selecting a target order from the obtained one or more target orders;
step S303, if the target order and other target orders corresponding to the merchant do not form forward distribution, determining the target order as a seed order;
step S304, if the target order and other target orders corresponding to the merchant form a forward distribution, determining whether the distribution time corresponding to the target order does not exceed the distribution time corresponding to other target orders, if so, performing step S305, and if not, performing step S306;
step S305, determining the target order as a seed order;
step S306, determining the target order as a non-seed order;
step S307, judging whether all target orders corresponding to the businessman are analyzed, if so, executing step S308, and if not, executing step S302;
step S308, obtaining a seed order corresponding to the merchant.
First, a target order corresponding to a merchant, that is, a takeaway order to which a takeaway is allocated but delivery has not yet started, is obtained. And then selecting a seed order from the obtained target orders. Considering that the number of target orders may be one or more, each target order needs to be analyzed to determine whether the target order is a seed order. In particular, the method comprises the following steps of,
(1) if the target order and other target orders corresponding to the merchant do not form a direct delivery, the target order is a takeaway order which is independently distributed to the takeaway staff, and therefore the target order can be determined to be a seed order.
(2) If the target order and other target orders corresponding to the merchant form a direct delivery, that is, the target order and other target orders are allocated to a takeaway member, it is necessary to determine whether the target order is a takeaway order to which the takeaway member is independently allocated. Specifically, the distribution time corresponding to the target order is compared with the distribution time corresponding to other target orders. The other target orders are takeout orders that constitute direct delivery with the target orders, and are referred to as other target orders SL for ease of understanding; the allocation time refers to the time that a takeaway order is allocated to a takeaway member. If the distribution time corresponding to the target order is less than the distribution time corresponding to other target orders SL, it means that a takeaway is first distributed to the target order, and then other target orders SL are distributed to the same takeaway as the target order. In this case, the target order is considered to be a takeout order to which a takeout person is independently assigned, that is, the target order is determined to be a seed order. On the contrary, if the distribution time corresponding to the target order is longer than the distribution time corresponding to the other target orders SL, it is indicated that the takeaway is firstly distributed to the other target orders SL, and then the target order is distributed to the takeaway corresponding to the other target orders SL. In this case, the target order is considered to be a takeaway order without an independent allocation foreigner, and the delivery resources of other target orders SL are borrowed, that is, the target order is determined to be a non-seed order.
Further, after acquiring the seed order corresponding to the merchant, the takeaway distribution method may further include: judging whether the number of orders which form the on-road distribution with the seed order is smaller than a preset on-road order number threshold value or not; if yes, determining the seed order as a valid seed order; if not, determining the seed order as an invalid seed order. The preset in-route order quantity threshold value is that a quantity upper limit is set for in-route distribution orders, for example, 5 orders are available, that is, at most 5 orders can form in-route distribution with seed orders. Therefore, after the seed order is obtained, whether the number of orders which form the forward distribution with the seed order reaches the set upper limit value of the number can be judged. If so, it indicates that the seed order cannot be distributed in a direct way, in which case, the seed order is considered as an invalid seed order, and then the invalid seed order is deleted.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a main process of acquiring a seed order corresponding to a merchant according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the main process of acquiring the seed order corresponding to the merchant may include:
step S401, one or more target orders corresponding to merchants are obtained, wherein the target orders are takeaway orders which are allocated with takeoffs and do not start to be delivered;
step S402, selecting a target order from the obtained one or more target orders;
step S403, if the target order and other target orders corresponding to the businessman do not form forward distribution, determining the target order as a seed order;
step S404, if the target order and other target orders corresponding to the merchant form forward distribution, determining whether the distribution time corresponding to the target order does not exceed the distribution time corresponding to other target orders, if so, executing step S405, and if not, executing step S406;
step S405, determining the target order as a seed order;
step S406, determining the target order as a non-seed order;
step 407, determining whether the number of orders forming an on-road distribution with the target order is smaller than a preset on-road order number threshold, if so, executing step 408, otherwise, executing step 409;
step S408, determining the target order as an effective seed order;
step S409, determining the target order as an invalid seed order and deleting the invalid seed order;
step S410, determining whether to analyze all target orders corresponding to the merchant, if yes, performing step S411, and if no, performing step S402;
step S411, a seed order corresponding to the merchant is obtained.
When the user browses the merchants on the takeaway platform, the seed order corresponding to the merchant can be obtained through the steps S401 to S411. And then, judging whether the takeout of the user at the merchant site meets the condition of forming the in-route distribution with the seed order according to the receiving address corresponding to the seed order and the in-route limited time. If the order is matched with the order, the order taking preferential information is sent to the user, the effect of guiding the user to place the order in the merchant is achieved, the order submitted by the user and the seed order are carried out on the order taking preferential information, the takeout delivery efficiency is improved, and the takeout delivery cost is saved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a main process of a takeout distribution method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the main processes of the takeaway distribution method may include:
step S501, acquiring merchants browsed by a user on a take-out platform and seed orders corresponding to the merchants;
step S502, judging whether the user accords with the preset on-road distribution condition or not according to the receiving address corresponding to the seed order and the on-road limited time corresponding to the seed order, if so, executing step S503;
step S503, sending the forward distribution discount information to the user;
step S504, responding to the takeaway order corresponding to the forward distribution discount information submitted by the user, and acquiring a receiving address and order submitting time corresponding to the takeaway order submitted by the user;
step S505, determining whether a distance between a receiving address corresponding to the takeaway order submitted by the user and a receiving address corresponding to the seed order is smaller than a preset second distance threshold, and whether order submission time does not exceed an on-road limit time corresponding to the seed order, if yes, performing step S506, and if not, performing step S507;
step S506, calculating a first delivery fee corresponding to the takeaway order submitted by the user according to the calculation mode of the deduction and exemption delivery fee;
step S507, calculating a second delivery fee corresponding to the takeaway order submitted by the user according to a calculation mode of not reducing the delivery fee;
step S508, after the user finishes paying according to the first delivery fee, obtaining the order payment time of the user;
step S509, determining whether the order payment time does not exceed the forward limit time corresponding to the seed order, if yes, performing step S510, and if no, performing step S511;
step S510, distributing the takeout order submitted by the user to the same takeout personnel as the seed order to realize the forward distribution;
step S511, sending the information of paying the delivery fee difference or canceling the order to the user;
step S512, after the user finishes paying according to the second delivery fee, distributing the takeout order submitted by the user to a takeout person different from the seed order.
The specific process of acquiring the seed order corresponding to the merchant in step S501 may be implemented by steps S401 to S411. The specific process of determining whether the user meets the preset on-road delivery condition in step S502 is already described in step S102, and is not described in detail here. If it is determined in step S502 that the preset forward distribution condition is not met, the forward distribution coupon is not sent to the user. In this case, if the user places an order, a second delivery fee is calculated in such a way that the delivery fee is not reduced, and the takeaway order submitted by the user is distributed to a different takeaway from the seed order after the user completes payment according to the second delivery fee.
In step S511, information for paying the difference of the delivery fee or canceling the order is transmitted to the user. If the user chooses to make up the previously discounted fee, i.e., the user pays the difference between the second delivery fee and the first delivery fee, the order placement is successful. If the user chooses to cancel the order, the cost that the user has paid is returned to the user.
Further, for a take out order submitted by a user, if the user does not pay within a specified time (which may be, but is not limited to, 15 minutes), the order is automatically cancelled. Therefore, after the first delivery fee is calculated in step S506, if the user does not pay within the specified time, the takeaway order submitted by the user is automatically cancelled, and the takeaway order submitted by the user and the seed order cannot constitute direct delivery. And, after the second delivery fee is calculated in step S507, if the user does not pay within the specified time, the takeaway order submitted by the user is also automatically cancelled.
The takeaway distribution method according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described below using a specific example. User D is browsing information for various merchants on the take-away platform, with the current time being 11 o' clock, 21 minutes, 25 seconds. At this time, the merchant N that the user D is browsing meets the following conditions: a merchant N which is browsed by a user D receives a seed order Q which is not delivered; the seed order Q is submitted and paid by the user F at 11 points 20 minutes and 18 seconds, and the forward limited time corresponding to the seed order Q is 11 points 25 minutes and 18 seconds, so that the time for the user D to browse the merchant N (i.e., 11 points 21 minutes and 25 seconds) does not exceed 11 points 25 minutes and 18 seconds; the distance between the browsing address of the user D and the receiving address corresponding to the seed order Q is 20 meters, and the distance is smaller than a preset first distance threshold. Therefore, if the user D submits an order to the merchant N and pays 25 minutes and 18 seconds before 11 o' clock, the order submitted by the user can be distributed to the reseller K corresponding to the seed order Q, and the reseller K can distribute the two orders in the same way, so that the distribution efficiency is improved, and the distribution cost is saved. To guide user D to place an order to merchant N at 11 o' clock, 25 min 18 sec, user D may be sent an on-road shipping offer, i.e., to entice user D to place an order to merchant N at a defined time and pay in a manner that reduces shipping fees. And, after the takeaway K successfully delivers the order and seed order submitted by the user, it may send a delivery coupon or a delivery coupon score to the user D.
