Description

Method and device for providing recommended service information
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates generally to the field of electronic technology, and more particularly, to a method and apparatus for providing recommended service information.
Background
A smart screen recognition function of an electronic terminal (e.g., a smart phone, etc.) is a function capable of automatically recognizing text displayed on a screen selected by a specific touch operation (e.g., a single finger long pressing the screen) and providing recommended services (e.g., introduction information, flight, schedule, etc.) related to the text. For example, as shown in fig. 1, if the user presses the text shown in (a) for a long time, the smart screen function can automatically recognize the text, and perform word segmentation on the text and provide corresponding recommended service information (as shown in (b)).
Currently, the display order of the recommended service information is determined based on the position of the corresponding entity word in the text, specifically, the earlier the position of the entity word in the text, the earlier the display order of the recommended service information corresponding to the entity word. Therefore, there are problems that: when there is too much recommended service information corresponding to the text, it takes a plurality of sliding (e.g., page back) to find the required recommended service information. For example, as shown in fig. 1, when a user wants to view related recommended service information about the entity word "toy always moves", the user needs to slide until the 5 th card (including the first participle card) to find a required recommended service information card, which is not convenient for the user and affects the user experience.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present disclosure, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the like elements throughout. The embodiments are described below in order to explain the present disclosure by referring to the figures.
Fig. 2 illustrates a flowchart of a method of providing recommendation service information according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The method may be implemented by a computer program. For example, the method may be performed by an application for smart screen installed in the electronic terminal, or by a functional program implemented in an operating system of the electronic terminal. By way of example, the electronic terminal may be a mobile communication terminal (e.g., a smartphone), a smart wearable device (e.g., a smartwatch), a personal computer, a tablet, or the like.
Referring to fig. 2, at step S10, at least one entity word in at least a part of text displayed on a touch screen is acquired in response to a user operation with respect to the touch screen.
By way of example, the at least a portion of text is text displayed on one of a plurality of controls on the touch screen.
By way of example, the user operation may be a touch operation on a control on the touch screen where the at least part of text is located. For example, the touch operation may include at least one of: long-pressing with single finger, long-pressing with multiple fingers, and pressing with multiple fingers.
As an example, the at least one entity word may be obtained by performing a splitting process on the at least part of the text. For example, the at least part of the text may be split semantically. For example, the at least part of the text may be semantically split using a natural language understanding (e.g., NLU/NLP) method.
In step S20, the recommended service information associated with the at least one entity word is acquired.
It should be understood that one or more associated recommended service information may be obtained for each entity word, and it is also possible that the entity word does not have recommended service information associated with it.
As an example, the recommended service information associated with the entity word may be various appropriate service information that may be required by the user recommended to the user for the entity word, and may be service information such as express delivery information, travel information, hotel information, and specific introduction information.
In step S30, based on the user operation, an order in which the acquired recommended service information is provided to the user is determined.
As an example, the order in which the acquired recommended service information is provided to the user may be determined based on a touch position of the user operation on the touch screen and a display position of each entity word having the recommended service information on the touch screen.
Further, the display order of the recommended service information associated with each entity word having the recommended service information may be determined based on the degree of closeness between the display position of the entity word and the touch position, wherein the closer the display position of the entity word and the touch position, the earlier the display order (i.e., display position) of the recommended service information associated with the entity word.
As shown in fig. 3, the entity words with gray undertones in the text are entity words having associated recommended service information, and according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the display order of the recommended service information associated with each entity word may be determined based on the ranking of the degree of closeness between the display position and the touch position of the entity words, where the numbers marked on the entity words indicate the ranking results from close to far according to the degree of closeness to the touch position, as shown in the following table:
TABLE 1 ranking results of distance between entity words and touch location
Figure BDA0003053961500000071
As an example, the display position of the entity word may be determined by: determining the position of the first character and the last character of the entity word in the at least part of text (for example, the first character of the at least part of text); and determining the display position of the entity word based on the positions of the first character and the tail character of the entity word in the at least part of text.
As an example, when the first character and the last character of the entity word are in the same line of the at least part of text, the entity word may be regarded as a rectangle, and the display position of the entity word may be represented by the upper left corner coordinate and the lower right corner coordinate of the entity word, where the upper left corner coordinate of the entity word is the upper left corner coordinate of the first character of the entity word, and the lower right corner coordinate of the entity word is the lower right corner coordinate of the last character of the entity word.
As an example, when the first word and the last word of the entity word are in different lines of the at least part of the text, the display position of the part of the entity word in each line may be determined separately. Specifically, for a portion of the entity word located in each line, the positions of the first character and the last character of the portion in the at least part of the text are determined, and the display position of the portion is determined based on the positions of the first character and the last character of the portion in the at least part of the text, respectively. For example, when the first and last words of the entity word are in two lines of the at least partial text, the display positions of the portions of the entity word located in each of the two lines may be determined separately, i.e., the display positions of the two portions may be determined separately. For example, for a part where an entity word is located in each row, the display position of the part can be represented by the upper left corner coordinate and the lower right corner coordinate of the part, wherein the upper left corner coordinate of the part is the upper left corner coordinate of the first character of the part, and the lower right corner coordinate of the part is the lower right corner coordinate of the last character of the part.
In one embodiment, the ordinate value y of the upper edge of the line where the first character and the last character of the entity word are located in the at least part of text may be obtainedOn the upper partAnd a longitudinal coordinate value y of the lower edgeLower part(ii) a Based on the position of the first character and the tail character of the entity word in the line, acquiring the abscissa value x of the left edge of the first character of the entity wordLeft side ofAbscissa value x of the right edge of the Chinese character' HeRight side(ii) a And based on yOn the upper part、yLower part、xLeft side ofAnd xRight sideAnd determining the display position of the entity word. By way of example, when the first and last words of a physical word are in the same line of the at least partial text, the display position of the physical word may be represented as (x)Left side of,yOn the upper part)、(xRight side,yLower part). As an example, the above-described embodiment of determining the display position of the entity word may be implemented using the frame architecture of the Android system. For example, the Android frame may obtain all controls and their coordinates in the currently displayed interface, and may traverse each control, and when the touch position falls within the coordinates of this control, that control touched by the user operation is found, and then may obtain the text displayed by this control, that is, the at least partial text, by using a getText () method of TextView.
By way of example, the line in which the first word and the last word of the entity word are located may be determined according to the fact that the first word and the last word of the entity word in the at least part of text are the second words of the at least part of text. For example, the first word of the entity word is the second word of the text, which can be obtained by using the string method indexof (string str) method provided by Java, for example, as shown in fig. 3, the first word "wide" of the entity word "cantonese" is the 22 nd word of the text; next, the number of words of the entity word whose tail word is the number of words of the text can be obtained according to the total number of words and the number of words of the entity word whose head word is the number of words of the text. For example, the rows where the first character and the last character of the entity word are located may be determined by the API based on that the first character and the last character of the entity word are the second characters of the at least part of text, and the ordinate values of the upper edge and the lower edge of the row where the first character and the last character are located may be obtained. It should be understood that when the at least part of the text is in english, the first word is understood to be the first word.
As an example, the abscissa value of the left edge of the first character of the physical word and the abscissa value of the right edge of the last character may be obtained according to the first character and the last character of the physical word being the second number of the line.
In another embodiment, the display positions of the first character and the last character of the entity word may be obtained using an optical character recognition method based on the positions of the first character and the last character of the entity word in the at least part of text, and the display position of the entity word may be determined based on the display positions of the first character and the last character of the entity word.
The optical character recognition method can recognize characters in the picture, and the whole text and the section display position thereof, the whole line text and the line display position thereof, and the single character and the character display position thereof can be obtained by the optical character recognition method. For example, the word display position of the word of the at least part of the text may be obtained by an optical character recognition method according to that the first word of the entity word is the second word of the at least part of the text; or, starting from the first line of the at least part of text, searching whether the whole entity word is in the line by using the method indexof (string str) provided by java, if the whole entity word cannot be found, searching by character, if the entity word crosses the line, searching whether the rest entity words are in the next line, if so, finding the line in which the entity word is located, and because the character display position of each character in each line can be obtained by the optical character recognition method, the character display position of the first character of the entity word can also be obtained.
It should be understood that the display position of the entity word may be determined by other suitable means, and the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
For example, when the user touches the screen on the electronic terminal using the Android operating system, the operating system may distribute Touch events to the frame and the corresponding application APP, where the Touch events have position coordinates of Touch points, and accordingly, the Touch position of the user operation may be obtained.
In one embodiment, the degree of closeness between the display position of each entity word having the recommendation service information and the touch position may be determined by: and sequencing the distance between the display position of the entity words with the recommendation service information and the touch position according to the distance between the circle center of the touch position and the edge of the display position of each entity word. It should be understood that the shorter the distance between the two, the closer the two are indicated.
For example, the center (x, y) of the touch position and the display position ((x) of the entity word may be determined in the manner shown in fig. 4 and table 2Left side of,yOn the upper part),(xRight side,yLower part) Distance between edges of):
TABLE 2 determining distance between center of touch location and edge of display location of physical word
Figure BDA0003053961500000091
In fig. 4, the ordinal number of the upper left corner of each rectangle representing the display position of the entity word indicates the sorted result in which the distance between the corresponding display position and the touch position is sorted from near to far.
In another embodiment, the degree of closeness between the display position of each entity word having the recommendation service information and the touch position may be determined by: and sequencing the distance between the display position of the entity words with the recommendation service information and the touch position according to the distance between the circle center of the touch position and the center of the display position of each entity word.
As an example, referring to FIG. 5, the display position ((x) of the entity word is obtained firstLeft side of,yOn the upper part)、(xRight side,yLower part) Of center, i.e., ((x)Left side of+xRight side)/2,(yOn the upper part+yLower part) /2) so that the distance between the coordinates of the center of the touch position and the coordinates of the center of the display position of the physical word can be acquired. As shown in fig. 5, the ordinal number of the upper left corner of each rectangle representing the display position of the entity word indicates the sorted result in which the distance between the corresponding display position and the touch position is sorted from near to far.
In another embodiment, the display position of the entity word with the display position overlapping the touch position and the far and near degree between the touch position and the display position of the entity word with the display position overlapping the touch position may be sorted according to the size of the overlapping area (it should be understood that the larger the overlapping area of the two is, the closer the two is represented); then, for the entity words with the recommended service information and the display positions which are not overlapped with the touch positions, sorting the distance between the display positions and the touch positions of the entity words with the display positions which are not overlapped with the touch positions according to the distance between the center of the circle of the touch positions and the edge or the center of the display position of each entity word, wherein the entity words with the display positions which are overlapped with the touch positions are closer to the touch positions than the entity words with the display positions which are not overlapped with the touch positions, namely, when the entity words with the display positions which are overlapped with the touch positions are sorted from near to far from the touch positions, the entity words with the display positions which are overlapped with the touch positions are arranged in front of the entity words with the display positions which are not overlapped with the touch positions.
As an example, the size of the area of the touch position may be obtained, the finger touch screen is mostly elliptical and may be calculated approximately as a circle, and the display position of the physical word may also be regarded as a rectangle, so that it may be converted into a size ranking of the area of the rectangle formed by the circle formed by calculating the touch position covering the display position of the physical word (i.e., the overlap area), wherein the larger the overlap area, the closer the display position of the physical word and the touch position is indicated, the more forward the ranking. As shown in fig. 6, the ordinal number of the upper left corner of each rectangle representing the display position of the entity word indicates the sorted result in which the distance between the corresponding display position and the touch position is sorted from near to far.
As an example, when the first word and the last word of the physical word are in different lines of the at least part of text, the distance between the center of the circle of the touch position and the edge or the center of the display position of the physical word is: a statistical distance derived based on a distance between a center of the touch position and an edge or a center of a display position of the portion of the entity word located in each row. As an example, the statistical distance may be a mean value or a minimum value, for example, a minimum value of distances between the center of the touch position and the center of the display position of the portion of the entity word located in each row may be taken as a distance between the center of the touch position and the center of the display position of the entity word.
Further, as an example, when the user operation is a multi-finger touch operation on a control for providing the at least part of text displayed on a touch screen, a minimum value among distances between a display position of a physical word and touch positions of respective fingers in the multi-finger may be taken as a distance between the display position of the physical word and the touch position of the user operation.
In step S40, the acquired recommended service information is provided to the user in the determined order.
As an example, the acquired recommended service information may be provided to the user through a screen display or a voice output, and when the acquired recommended service information is provided to the user through the screen display, front and rear display positions of the acquired recommended service information may be determined in a determined order; when the acquired recommended service information is provided to the user through the voice output, the output sequence of the acquired recommended service information can be determined according to the determined sequence.
As an example, when the acquired recommended service information is provided to the user through a screen display, the recommended service information may be displayed in the form of a card, i.e., each recommended service information may be displayed on one card.
According to the exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, a user can make the recommended service information which needs to be learned more preferentially provided by making the touch position of the user operation (for example, the specific touch operation on the control which is displayed on the touch screen and used for providing the text) fall near the entity word corresponding to the recommended service information which needs to be learned more, so that the user can find the recommended service information conveniently. As shown in fig. 7, the user wants to know the recommended service information about "total toy mobilization", and therefore, when the user performs the specific touch operation on the control for providing text displayed on the touch screen, the touch position of the operation may be brought near the display position of the physical word "total toy mobilization", so that the recommended service information about "total toy mobilization" can be preferentially displayed according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
