Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of computer information management, in particular to a method for realizing automatic classification and automatic catalog editing of image files by using bar codes, which comprises a credit material quick issuing system module and a credit archive image management system module, wherein the credit material quick issuing system module comprises a catalog and code setting submodule, a loan material document template and catalog code setting submodule thereof and a credit data entry and loan material synthesis submodule, and the credit archive image management system module comprises a credit data and archive interface submodule and a credit archive scanning submodule. The invention converts the code into the catalogue name character string by generating the loan material containing the bar code or the two-dimensional code, automatically compiles the catalogue, greatly improves the efficiency of the bank credit file visualization, has high identification speed of the bar code or the two-dimensional code, accurate identification result and stable system, improves the scanning speed, and improves the processing speed of bank staff for applying materials and contracts for the loan.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of computer information management, in particular to a method for realizing automatic classification and automatic cataloguing of image files by using bar codes.
Background
The credit file is an important legal file of the bank, and each time the bank issues a loan to a client, the corresponding received credit file is a piece of credit file material signed by the client, so the credit file is essentially an asset of the bank. There are also some solutions today, such as: by using OCR technology, the image is recognized into characters when scanning files, and then the catalog matching in the form of characters is carried out, but because the contents of various materials are very complicated, characters, forms, on-site photo images and various certificate copies exist in the business handling process, the recognition effect is unstable, the matching rate is unstable, and the effect is not ideal in the actual production process.

In the invention, the catalogue and code setting submodule is used for setting catalogue names of loan materials and corresponding codes and is used for setting catalogue codes corresponding to all templates.

2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fast loan material issuing system module is used for generating loan materials with bar codes or two-dimensional codes before loan issuance.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the credit file image management system module is used for scanning and creating electronic files after loan issuance, and automatically recognizing the bar codes or two-dimensional codes and converting them into electronic file directories.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sub-module is used for setting the name of the loan materials and the corresponding code.
