Abstract

responding to the photo request information as printing request information, wherein the photo demand party has photo printing authority, and the corresponding photo has the printed authority, providing a printing configuration interface for the photo demand party to acquire the printing configuration information of the photo demand party, and sending the printing configuration information and the corresponding photo to the photo printer;
or, in response to the photo request information being the download request information, and the photo demander having the photo download authority and the corresponding photo having the downloaded authority, providing a photo download interface for the photo demander and sending the corresponding photo to the photo demander.
Referring to embodiment 1, the electronic photograph integrated management apparatus may further include a user registration and authority configuration module for different types of user registration, a settlement management module for monitoring printing posting results and settling fees, and the like.
The specific functions of the above modules are implemented as related contents in reference to embodiment 1.
Example 3
Based on the same inventive concept as embodiments 1 and 2, referring to fig. 1, this embodiment introduces an electronic photograph integrated management system, including: an integrated management server (system manager), a photo provider, a photo printing mechanism, and a photo demander;
the integrated management server executes the steps of the electronic photo integrated management method in embodiment 1, receives the electronic photo uploaded by the photo provider and the authority configuration information of the electronic photo, and interacts with the photo provider, the photo demander and the photo printing mechanism.
And specific interactive contents refer to the related contents of the first aspect.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present application is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the application. These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
While the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, which are illustrative and not restrictive, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. An electronic photo integrated management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving and storing an electronic photo uploaded from the outside and authority configuration information of the electronic photo, wherein the authority configuration information of the electronic photo comprises configuration information of downloaded authority and printed authority of the photo;
obtaining login identity information of a photo demander, and matching the obtained login identity information with a preset user permission configuration record to obtain user permission configuration information of the photo demander, wherein the user permission configuration information of the photo demander comprises configuration information of a downloading permission and a printing permission of a photo;
receiving photo request information of a photo demand party, and responding the photo request information according to user permission configuration information and permission configuration information of a corresponding photo, wherein the photo request information comprises the following steps:
responding to the photo request information as printing request information, wherein the photo demand party has photo printing authority, and the corresponding photo has the printed authority, providing a printing configuration interface for the photo demand party to acquire the printing configuration information of the photo demand party, and sending the printing configuration information and the corresponding photo to the photo printer;
or, in response to the photo request information being the download request information, and the photo demander having the photo download authority and the corresponding photo having the downloaded authority, providing a photo download interface for the photo demander and sending the corresponding photo to the photo demander.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the photo demander comprises a plurality of types, and the right configuration information of the electronic photo comprises configuration information of the downloaded right and the printed right of the photo facing each type of photo demander.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the authority configuration information of the electronic photograph further includes printing cost information required for the photograph having the authority to be printed;
the method further comprises the following steps: and responding to the photo request information as the printing request information, after the printing configuration information of the photo demand party is acquired, calculating the photo printing cost according to the printing configuration information and the permission configuration information of the electronic photo, providing a cost payment interface for the photo demand party, and sending the printing configuration information and the corresponding photo to the photo printing mechanism according to the payment result of the photo demand party.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the rights configuration information of the electronic photograph further includes download charge information required for the photograph having the rights to be downloaded;
the method further comprises the following steps: and responding to the photo request information as the downloading request information, before providing a photo downloading interface for the photo demander, calculating photo downloading cost information according to the authority configuration information of the electronic photo, providing a cost payment interface for the photo demander, and transmitting a corresponding photo file to the photo demander according to a payment result of the photo demander.
5. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the photo request information of the photo demander further includes viewing request information;
in the method, in response to the photo request information being the viewing request information, the photo image subjected to resolution reduction processing and/or watermarking processing is output through a human-computer interface.
6. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the print configuration information includes print request configuration information including a print quantity and/or designated print mechanism information;
the method further comprises the following steps: receiving the photo receiving confirmation information of the photo demand side and/or the photo printing progress and sending progress information of the photo printing mechanism, and settling the printing cost of the corresponding photo between the clearing interface and the photo printing mechanism of the photo according to the received information.
7. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising: acquiring registration identity information of a user, configuring system authority of the corresponding user according to the acquired registration identity information and a set authority configuration rule, and storing the system authority;
the registration identity information at least comprises a user type, a user name and user identity information;
the set permission configuration rule is as follows: and matching the user identity certification information with a preset information database corresponding to the user type according to the user type, classifying the user to be the legal user of the corresponding user type if matching to obtain the matching information, and configuring the system authority of the corresponding user to be the preset authority of the corresponding user type.
8. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising: acquiring registration identity information of a user, wherein the registration identity information at least comprises a user type, a user name and user identity certification information;
outputting the acquired user registration identity information to the outside for registration information verification, and acquiring a registration information verification result;
and according to the registration information verification result, configuring system authority of a corresponding user type for the user passing the verification, and storing the user name, the user type and the user authority information.
9. An electronic photograph integrated management apparatus, comprising:
the photo receiving module is configured to receive and store an electronic photo uploaded from the outside and authority configuration information of the electronic photo, wherein the authority configuration information of the electronic photo comprises configuration information of downloaded authority and printed authority of the photo;
the user authority determining module is configured to acquire login identity information of a photo demander, match the acquired login identity information with a preset user authority configuration record, and acquire user authority configuration information of the photo demander, wherein the user authority configuration information of the photo demander comprises configuration information of a downloading authority and a printing authority of a photo;
the user request corresponding module is configured to receive photo request information of a photo demander, and respond to the photo request information according to user permission configuration information and permission configuration information of a corresponding photo, and comprises:
responding to the photo request information as printing request information, wherein the photo demand party has photo printing authority, and the corresponding photo has the printed authority, providing a printing configuration interface for the photo demand party to acquire the printing configuration information of the photo demand party, and sending the printing configuration information and the corresponding photo to the photo printer;
or, in response to the photo request information being the download request information, and the photo demander having the photo download authority and the corresponding photo having the downloaded authority, providing a photo download interface for the photo demander and sending the corresponding photo to the photo demander.
10. An electronic photograph integrated management system, characterized by comprising: the system comprises an integrated management server, a photo provider, a photo printing mechanism and a photo demander;
the integrated management server executes the steps of the electronic photo integrated management method of any one of claims 1 to 8, receives the electronic photo uploaded by the photo provider and the authority configuration information of the electronic photo, and interacts with the photo provider, the photo demander and the photo printing mechanism.
