本申请实施例提供一种背光模组以及显示装置。一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括多个层叠设置的发光单元,每一所述发光单元包括:光源,所述光源用于发出同一种颜色的光线;导光板,所述导光板包括入光面和出光面,所述光源朝向所述入光面设置,所述光源发出的光线经由所述导光板传输后从所述出光面出射。显示装置,包括任一所述的背光模组。本申请实施例的有益效果在于将R、G、B三合一的LED更换为R、G、B三种单色的LED,三种的单色的LED数量排布都有所增加;同时再结合多张超薄的导光板,故而可以大幅度提升整体的背光模组亮度,来满足场序彩色显示高亮度背光的需求。

本申请涉及显示设备技术领域,特别涉及一种背光模组以及显示装置。
背景技术
在显示技术领域,场序彩色显示是一种新型的彩色显示模式,具有光源效率高、分辨率高和成本低等优点。但观看者通常会在显示目标的边缘感知到彩色的分离,即色分离现象。为了消除色分离的现象,国际上提出了许多方法,其中包括提高刷新频率。但随着刷新频率的提高,背光模组的开启比例也随之下降,为了维持正常的显示需求,需要提高背光模组的亮度。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种背光模组以及显示装置,用于解决现有技术中提高刷新频率使得背光模组开启比例下降导致显示屏显示不佳的问题。
一种高亮背光模组,包括:
包括多个层叠设置的发光单元,每一所述发光单元包括:
光源,所述光源用于发出同一种颜色的光线;
导光板,所述导光板包括入光面和出光面,所述光源朝向所述入光面设置,所述光源发出的光线经由所述导光板传输后从所述出光面出射。
进一步地,还包括:
驱动电路,所述驱动电路与每一所述发光单元的光源连接,所述驱动电路用于驱动每一所述发光单元的光源发出光线。
进一步地,所述驱动电路包括多个子驱动模块,每一所述子驱动模块与一个所述发光单元的光源连接,以驱动与所述子驱动模块连接的光源发光。
进一步地,每一所述发光单元的光源用于发出绿色光线、红色光线、蓝色光线中的一种。
进一步地,所述多个层叠设置的发光单元包括底层发光单元,所述底层发光单元之外的发光单元依次层叠设置在所述底层发光单元上;
所述背光模组还包括:
反射片,设置在所述底层发光单元背离出光面的一侧,所述反射片用于反射光线。
进一步地,所述多个层叠设置的发光单元包括顶层发光单元,所述顶层发光单元之外的发光单元依次层叠设置在所述顶层发光单元下面;
所述背光模组还包括:
扩散层,设置在所述顶层发光单元出光面的同一侧,所述扩散层用于均匀光线。

增亮膜,设置在所述顶层发光单元出光面的同一侧,所述增亮膜用于增量光线。
进一步地,每相邻的两个所述发光单元的导光板之间设有胶黏层,以使得相邻两个所述导光板直接接触设置;或者
每相邻的两个所述发光单元的导光板之间形成有空气层,以使得相邻两个所述导光板间隔设置。
进一步地,所述导光板的厚度为0.05mm~0.15mm。
本申请实施例还提供一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括任一所述的控制电路。
本申请实施例的背光模组包括多个层叠设置的发光单元。每一发光单元包括光源和导光板,光源用于发出同一种颜色的光线;导光板用于改变光线射出方向。本申请实施例提供一种显示装置,包括上述的背光模组。本申请实施例的有益效果在于:将R、G、B三合一的LED灯更换为R、G、B三种单色的LED灯,三种的单色的LED灯数量排布都有所增加;同时再结合多张超薄的导光板,故而可以大幅度提升整体的背光模组亮度,来满足场序彩色显示高亮度背光的需求。

本申请实施例提供一种背光模组以及显示装置。
请参阅图1,图1为本申请实施例提供的应用场景图。如图1所示,本申请实施例提供的显示装置1可广泛地应用于生活中。显示装置1可以为液晶显示装置(Liquid CrystalDisplay,LCD)以及具有液晶显示面板的电子设备中,例如移动电话、个人数字助理(PDA)、数字相机、计算机屏幕或笔记本电脑屏幕等。用户3可以使用显示装置1完成信息的交流和沟通。
请参阅图2,图2为本申请实施例提供的第一种发光单元的背光模组结构示意图。背光模组2包括发光单元21,其中,发光单元包括光源211和导光板212。光源211用于发出同一种颜色的光线。可以理解的,所述光线的颜色为RGB三原色中的一种,即发光单元21的光源211用于发出绿色光线、红色光线、蓝色光线中的一种。导光板212包括入光面和出光面,光源211朝向入光面设置。导光板212可以将从光源211水平射入的线光源转换成从出光面均匀射出的面光源,以使得改变侧入式光源的出射方向并实现更均匀的光源。
可以理解的,导光板设计原理源于笔记本电脑的液晶显示屏,是将线光源转变为面光源的高科技产品。可以任意裁切成所需要的尺寸,也可以拼接使用,工艺简单,制作方便。且导光板的光转换率高(较传统板高30%以上),光线均匀,寿命长室内可正常使用8年以上,安全环保,耐用可靠户内外皆可适用。在同等面积发光亮度情况下,发光效率高,功耗低;同时可以制作成异型,如圆形,椭圆,圆弧,三角形等,在同等亮度情况下,可以使用较薄的产品,节约成本。并可以使用任何光源,点线光源做面光源转换。本实施例优选导光板212采用光学压克力材料或聚碳酸酯注塑形成。
可以理解的,在本申请实施例中,每相邻的两个发光单元的导光板之间可以设置有胶黏层,以使得相邻两个导光板直接接触,通过胶黏层固定。
可以理解的,在本申请实施例中,每相邻的两个发光单元的导光板也可间隔设置,导光板之间形成有空气层。
可以理解的,每一所述发光单元的导光板的厚度为0.05mm至0.15mm。
可以理解的,背光模组2包括多个发光单元21,且多个发光单元21层叠设置。多个层叠设置的发光单元包括底层发光单元,底层发光单元之外的发光单元依次层叠设置在所述底层发光单元上。背光模组2还包括反射片22,反射片22设置于底层发光单元背离出光面的一侧,反射片22起到反射光线作用,使得光源集中,贴附于导光板212,反射从导光板泄露的光线以使得光线不外泄。
可以理解的,所述多个层叠设置的发光单元包括顶层发光单元,所述顶层发光单元之外的发光单元依次层叠设置在顶层发光单元下面。背光模组2中的扩散层23设置在顶层发光单元出光面的上,扩散层23用于均匀光线。背光模组2还包括扩散层23,扩散层23的主要作用是将来自导光板212出光面的光线均匀导出,除此之外还可以起到模糊网点的作用。根据光学原理分类,扩散板只分为两种,一种是会将光束角变大的,一种是维持原来的角度。根据材料分类,扩散板的材料有玻璃、聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、亚克力(PMMA)、丙烯酸(MMA)等。扩散板的种类还可以分为气扩散板、声扩散板、液扩散板、光扩散板、味扩散板、光扩散板,凡是能将分子均匀分散的材料都统称为扩散板。扩散板在装上以后不能看到网点,且透光率要在90%左右。
可以理解的,背光模组2还包括增亮膜24,增亮膜设置于顶层发光单元出光面的同一侧,且设置于扩散层23上。增亮膜指的是应用于薄膜晶体管LCD背光模块中以改善整个背光系统发光效率为目的的薄膜或薄片,顾名思义及用来增量光线。主要有四种类型,一般棱镜片(normal prism sheet)、多功能棱镜片(Multi-Functional Prism Sheet)、micro-lens film与反射型偏光片(reflective polarizer)。
请参阅图3,图3为本申请实施例提供的第二种发光单元的背光模组结构示意图。可以理解的,显示面板的显色基本原理为,液晶显示器的每一个像素点都是有R、G、B三部分组成,当3个点都通高电平时,液晶融化成液态成透明,所以看到的就是背光颜色白色;当3个点都通低电平时,液晶凝固成晶体状,将背光完全挡住,所以看到的是黑色。因此要能够正常显色,需要同时具备R、G、B三原色。因此发光单元21的个数为三的倍数。可以理解的,背光模组可以包括6个发光单元,6个发光单元依次层叠设置。其结构细节同图2所述包括3个发光单元的背光模组。
请参阅图4,图4为本申请实施例提供的第三种发光单元的背光模组结构示意图。可以理解的,由上述可知,发光单元21的个数为三的倍数。因此背光模组可以包括9个发光单元,9个发光单元依次层叠设置。其结构细节同图2所述包括3个发光单元的背光模组。
请参阅图5,图5为本申请实施例提供的第四种发光单元的背光模组结构示意图。可以理解的,背光模组2中R、G、B三种单色光源的位置可以相互更换。
请参阅图6,图6为本申请实施例提供的驱动电路示意图。
可以理解的,背光模组2还包括多个驱动电路213。每一发光单元21的光源211由单独一个驱动电路213控制。通过时序控制R、G、B三种单色的LED来进行混合出显示装置1所需要的颜色。
可以理解的,背光模组2还可以包括一个集成驱动电路213,集成驱动电路每包括多个子驱动模块。每一子驱动模块与一个发光单元21的光源211电连接,以驱动与子驱动模块连接的光源发光。同样通过时序控制R、G、B三种单色的LED来进行混合出显示装置1所需要的颜色。
请参阅图7,图7为本申请实施例提供的显示装置结构示意图。显示装置1包括如上所述任一背光模组2。
本申请实施例提供一种背光模组以及显示装置。本申请实施例的背光模组包括多个层叠设置的发光单元。每一发光单元包括光源和导光板,光源用于发出同一种颜色的光线;导光板用于改变光线射出方向。本申请实施例将背光模组中的单张导光板更换为三张超薄的导光板,对应的将R、G、B三合一的光源更换为R、G、B三种单色的光源。从而增加了光源中LED灯的个数,从根源上提高了背光模组的亮度。由于光源为水平放置的LED灯条,为了使光线从垂直方向射出,每一光源都得配备一张导光板以使得改变光线出射方向并均匀光线。多张导光板可以使得出光更加均匀,显示效果更好。本申请实施例还提供一种显示装置,包括上述的背光模组。将RGB三合一的LED更换为R,G,B三种单色的LED,三种的单色的LED数量排布都有所增加;同时再结合多张超薄的导光板,故而可以大幅度提升整体的背光模组亮度,来满足场序彩色显示高亮度背光的需求。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括多个层叠设置的发光单元,每一所述发光单元包括:
光源,所述光源用于发出同一种颜色的光线;
导光板,所述导光板包括入光面和出光面,所述光源朝向所述入光面设置,所述光源发出的光线经由所述导光板传输后从所述出光面出射。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,还包括:
驱动电路,所述驱动电路与每一所述发光单元的光源连接,所述驱动电路用于驱动每一所述发光单元的光源发出光线。
3.根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于:
所述驱动电路包括多个子驱动模块,每一所述子驱动模块与一个所述发光单元的光源连接,以驱动与所述子驱动模块连接的光源发光。
4.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:
每一所述发光单元的光源用于发出绿色光线、红色光线、蓝色光线中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的背光模组,其特征在于:
所述多个层叠设置的发光单元包括底层发光单元,所述底层发光单元之外的发光单元依次层叠设置在所述底层发光单元上;
所述背光模组还包括:
反射片,设置在所述底层发光单元背离出光面的一侧,所述反射片用于反射光线。
6.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的背光模组,其特征在于:
所述多个层叠设置的发光单元包括顶层发光单元,所述顶层发光单元之外的发光单元依次层叠设置在所述顶层发光单元下面;
所述背光模组还包括:
扩散层,设置在所述顶层发光单元出光面的同一侧,所述扩散层用于均匀光线。
7.根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,还包括:
增亮膜,设置在所述顶层发光单元出光面的同一侧,所述增亮膜用于增量光线。
8.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:
每相邻的两个所述发光单元的导光板之间设有胶黏层,以使得相邻两个所述导光板直接接触设置;或者
每相邻的两个所述发光单元的导光板之间形成有空气层,以使得相邻两个所述导光板间隔设置。
9.根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于:
每一所述发光单元的导光板的厚度为0.05mm至0.15mm。
10.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至9任一项所述的背光模组。
